Is transcriptionpuppy.com Legit?

I had a very difficult file that was hard to open and it was stressing me out because it was for a trial for the same week and I didn't think it would be completed in enough time. They communicated fast and efficiently and they got my audio transcribed the very next day. AMAZING customer support and fantastic transcribing. I didn't see very many issues, other than misspelled names, which isn't their fault. For sure will use this service in the future.

I used Rev.com for years, until they switched to AI and continued to charge for "human trascription." The errors became too numerous and I needed a new vendor. I tried several companies with the same file, and Transcription Puppy had the clearest, cleanest, and best formatted result. Most of my transcripts are technical and contain complicated place/person/ drug names or jargon. They have been correct more than 99% of the time. I will continue to use them.

So glad I found this transcription website. I tried the AI route and gave up because of the poor accuracy. Don't waste your time with AI. Deal with an actual person that can answer all your concerns and deliver a quality product. A++

If anyone needs any documents transcribed, this is the perfect company to use. I had a document transcribed by another company and they wouldn’t fix the errors. This company not only corrected errors but was very prompt, courteous and great pricing. Their process is very easy to use to upload your media and download your completed document. They are easy to reach by phone or a portal you securely sign in to. I highly recommend this company.

Do not waste your time or money on this service.I have spent several days going back and forth with them because of gross inaccuracies. They refuse to refund my money and keep wanting me to do all the edits for them. Even after I gave them correct information they still got it wrong.

Slightly disappointed in this transcription. Previous transcriptions had been unbelievably precise, far surpassing what I'd received from Rev.com. The audio file I uploaded was difficult to hear in spots, and I understand the degree of difficulty. It also was a long audio file (50 minutes). However, to wait more than 24 hours, and to still need to re-listen to the audio to clean up what was listed as "inaudible" cost me valuable time. Normally I would give this transcription 3 stars. However, because the uploaded audio was less than crystal clear, I added a star to make it 4 stars.

Very accurate and passed a strict QC of this Film so you are now our service cause REV is not as good and more costly. AND you actually answered a phone call, that is appreciated.

The transcription itself was pretty good; I had to go back and correct a handful of words, but it was quite easy to do. The customer service person with whom I spoke about how to upload my transcription to a YouTube video was able to point me in the right direction. It was a good value and a speedy turnaround for the price.

Everything was completed quickly and was all done so cleanly and legible with labels per speaker and commitment to actual language use which is important to my research. So appreciated. Sending more data soon!
