The app is straight forward and does exactly what you want it to and is easy to navigate. The company keeps me informed of what I need, great job, very quick to react to market fluctuations up and down, would highly recommend both company and app, please keep up the great work.

Was helped with some matters I did not fully understand. However, could not get the correct answer from bot, and had to wait a while to speak with human, but really helped me, he was polite and followed up. I’m getting used to the site and it really is excellent.

This app is great for people starting out managing there own investments for the future. Forums are very helpful, app is easy to use (haven’t tried the computer version yet). They are constantly updating for better user experience and providing more products such as the ISA account. Only thing I wish they could do soon is provide JISA accounts to take advantage of the fractional shares affordability v HL with whole share purchase only.

I must admit I was nervous joining a company I had never heard of, but as it was promoted through Martin Lewis news letter then I felt confident to take the plunge and set up my ISA. So far it’s been plain sailing good communication and very straightforward. I am now a confident and happy customer.

Easy to set up an ISA at the market leading rate, for now. I didn’t want to link my bank using their “True Layer App” so paid in using normal bank transfer. It said this could take up to 2 days but was usually only a matter of minutes.

Great interest rate on cash isa and fantastic app have encouraged me to consider opening a stocks and shares isa with Trading 212.

The investment platform is much like others nonetheless the less it’s informative and easy to understand .Growth is important and affects how one feels about the platform!

I have been using T212 for years. I can’t say they are the best because I never felt a need to try another platform. I have recommended T212 to friends who have also been happy with it.

I have been awaiting for over 24 hours just to get a response on why my Paypal verification has failed. Their first reason was because my paypal email is different from my Trading 212 account( like this is a reason). All the other information on my transaction is on the statement. So, in short I can put money in but can't take money out (how convenient) CS is none existed, been switched between bots to humans few time for a answer, still waiting.

Everything has been so easy. Haven't needed to make any withdrawals but I assume thar will be just as easy if it becomes a necessity.

Easy to use, high interest rate on uninvested funds, unlimited withdrawals, and able to withdraw and replace within the same year without losing allowance, excellent! Only negative is that it's not possible to get monthly/annual statements, the only thing you can get is a confirmation of holdings, which doesn't give current account value and doesn't include uninvested funds.
