Is tradezella.com Legit?

Very much manual work needed when using with IBKR and options. Doesn't understand expirations and assignments correctly. If auto-close is enabled, closing options early is not detected. I'm seeing invalid PNL all the time. More work for me than use so I'm stopping the use of it. I have reported all the bugs.

TradeZella or nothing. As simple as that. There's no other platform as cool as this. They keep adding new features and that is cooooooooool as hell. Yea some features like backtesting is in beta phase and you might face tiny bugs but trust me if you're dedicated to become a professional trader, you need a professional journaling platform too.

Having tried 5+ trade journaling platforms and spent numerous days testing/troubleshooting them, I wasn't able to find anything that worked properly. I can't believe that I've actually found one that works as intended in the end. Also, Tradezella has excellent customer support. Hamza spent several hours walking me through the platform. Thank you

The product is very good, I recommend it.Also the customer service was excellent, I asked for a refund, not because the product was bad, instead because it didn’t fit my personal requirements, and they proceeded with the refund without any problem, so at least for my experience, it’s recommended.

App says it syncs with IBKR, which it does. BUT it doesn't get the deposit/withdrawel amounts, it doesn't show any dividend income, it doesn't show any interest income, etc.As such you have to manually enter those things into by using workarounds such as adjusting fee amounts. This is completely useless, you can do much more just with basic excel integration!Guess what? It also doesn't show closing or current prices of open positions, in fact it shows all open positions as 100% profits, what a useless app. Oh, and you have to pay for it before you can see these things for yourself. I requested a refund but still no response. I paid for this a little over 20 minutes ago.

I emailed customer service one month ago and never heard back from them. Unlike Tradervue, Tradezella does not give you either a basic or trial experience at no cost. Before I invest almost $400 on a yearly membership, I have to see and try the product. The question I had asked is related to tracking trades for tax purposes; and I need to understand if Tradezella can do this. Never heard back. It truly makes me skeptical of the positive reviews on this site because it's not matching my experience at all. If you expect traders to pay you professional costs the BIG FIRMS charge, you must give back professional service!

This has to be the worst trade journal. He’ll even worst than worst. There is no customer service. The pricing is not transparent, features are buggy. They have mistakes on their website detailing the different plans. The CEO just keeps promoting his own wins and keeps sharing unwanted trading advice presenting his fake p&l on social media. I will not be a customer. Such companies will not earn my hard earned money.

This software is the best I've found for journaling trades. The dashboard is visually pleasing and provides key insights into your trading. One of my favorite features is the daily journal, where you can view your daily stats at a glance, write out your trade breakdowns, add screenshots, and notate your overall performance for the day. The calendar is also a great visual tool, allowing you to see your PnL quickly, with each box colored green or red to indicate profit or loss.I've encountered a couple of minor bugs, but the support team has been incredible and attentive in resolving them. I’ve spoken with Caroline and Kyle, and both have provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this software to every trader!

TradeZella is a great tool for tracking trades, and their customer service is truly great in the few instances I've needed to reach out to them. The platform is fairly user-friendly and has helped me highlight which times of day to avoid. Tradezella is not yet perfect - the backtesting feature still needs some work and you are better off using fxreplay, and there are a few other missing features but it's on their roadmap - I believe TradeZella is a solid choice for traders looking for an all-in-one journaling solution. If they continue to improve and add new features, I'm sure they'll earn a full score.

This company is the Cream of the crop for trade Journaling. If you are lacking the discipline to journal on your own and do all the calculations required, this program is 110% worth the money. just link your account and get ready to review and journal your trades. Tradezella gives cool stats on your trading that you normally wouldn't be able to see. this company changed the way I trade. Tradezella would be the second thing I would tell a new trader to get right after a brokerage account. it is worth the hype.

I had an issue with Tradezella unable to collect my trades and I contacted their Customer Support team. Hamza suggested we do a Zoom call and he showed me the exact steps to re-sync my trade accounts. Now my Tradezella account is showing my accurate P&L. I've been using the platform since Q4 2023 after trying several other software options, and I have to say, there is no comparison. What Umar and the team are doing is amazing; they continually introduce new features that keep raising the bar in this industry. The customer support is unparalleled, and any bugs or issues are quickly addressed by Michael in Discord and put to the team, either resolved promptly or scheduled on the roadmap for future completion. It’s a great all-around experience that keeps getting better day by day. It's safe to say I'll be sticking with this platform for years to come!

Amazing experience all around. The product and team at TradeZella have been nothing but impressive. Built and run by traders, the team understands the needs of seasoned traders and those new to the market. The product itself is clean and intuitive which is great considering the amount of time one spends journaling and not what you see in other trading software. The growing feature list is helping to bring other data/tools needed that also helps reduce the number of subscriptions needed elsewhere. Support has always been quick to respond and helpful with any issues I've come across (shoutout to Hamza). Excited for the updates and future of this product.

I have been trading for 3 years. Journaling is the best thing I found and I can see my trading improves to the next level over the past few months. Along with the software itself, the Tradezella community/mods have helped me a lot when it comes to utilize the software effectively and issues that I had.

Tradezella is a nice idea and would be fine, although it is pricey, but the problem is it just isn't reliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've gone back and forth with Tradezella a couple of time. It isn't worth the hassle. I've tried different browsers, I have Windows 11 Pro and I upload according to their instructions and the uploads are usually successful and will display the data (which I could get for free from my broker easily), but the charts are spotty at best. Sometimes they display and sometimes they don't. I think TradeSync and TraderVue are worse, but that isn't saying much. Unfortunately, I have not found a reliable trading journal. The experienced and profitable traders I have asked do their own journaling.
