Is tradevanaccessories.co.uk Legit?

Bought a set of Atlas v2 closed rail cross bars, arrived quickly. Poor quality though, T track in bars bent after installing a bike carrier, used other bars before and never had this issue. Wouldn’t recommend, and no after sales support when emailed to discuss the problem. Was told I had over tightened the carrier and would not be eligible for refund

The delivery was fast unfortunately we couldn’t see inside the boxes were so well wrapped. The side step box was slightly damaged and the step had a scrape on it, fortunately on the under side but non the less annoying.

Bought a pair of roof bars and ladder retainers from TVA. Simple straightforward ordering process, good communications updating order status, quick delivery and the product is absolutely fantastic. I called TVA as I had a question about the fit of running boards for my car. I left a message and a request to be called back, which a very polite member of staff did within a couple of hours. My question was answered along with her giving extra information about delivery, which may be slightly longer due to weather related backlogs and the fitting service offered by TVA. As I intend to fit the product myself, I was advised that I could call if I had any questions, or book in for a fitting. I placed my order on-line the same day and the goods were received within a couple of days. Outstanding!

Found tradevanaccessories through Google. The site was very easy to navigate and my order was delivered quickly. My only suggestion would be if you could use Apple Pay at checkout but this is a personal preference. I’d use the site again and have already recommended them to friends.

Save your money, check reviews before you order. Ordered roof bars, took them a week to reach out to say they didn't have stock and another 2 weeks when it will be back in stockm 3 weeks later still nor back in stock. Recoeved a refund bit only at the discounted rate they moved the product to after I purchased. Has been poor customer service and just dodgy communication throughout. Whoever they have behind the key board is a proper geezer there to defend the business not to offer customer service. Update: they told me to order when it's back in stock. Its back in stock, I go to order and I am blocked to ordering because of this review. So now I'm not in my right to share a bad experience or order what I need. This is the least professional shopping experience I've ever been witness too. Shocking behaviour from an apparent business. Rather then make up a bad shopping experience to a customer you retaliate???? So much for trading standards.

cheap material, 3 piddly little brackets, when you stand on it the boards bend, instructions are useless, you have 9 blurry pictures of I don’t even know what I’m looking at, all in all I’ll them a whopping 1 star because they keep spamming me to leave a review and so I have. The quality of the item is dog, instructions are dog,Packaging came busted and as a result I’ve got scratched boards.Wish I never bought these silly running boards
