Is trademarkengine.com Legit?

Nadine was extremely helpful. She went into the details of my account and stayed on the phone to address any questions I may have. She also provided me with all the necessary info and was a pleasure to speak with. She truly cares about helping the customer and providing a great experience. I am very happy with the services she provided me today and am glad I close trademark engine.

I recently placed an order with Trademark Engine (Order No. 315185) and the customer service from Madel, was outstanding, attentive, clear, and made sure I understood everything. The whole process was seamless, and I felt supported throughout.

Scammy service that automatically signs you up for a $199 service to monitor your trademark (even if you do not have a trademark issued)They "say" it is complimentary but hide the fact it is a subscription service using black UX practices (meaning they make it purposefully hard to understand what you are signing up for - and they are really clever at it given I'm in ht business and missed it)Further - they make it equally hard to cancel the subscription, require a phone call to customer service who try to sell you on keeping the subscription you never signed up for in the first place>Granted - their Terms Of Service tell you all of this - but any company that uses these tactics is super suspect IMHO (and, when was the last time you actually read TOS fully?)

I had a fantastic experience with the Trademark service! Ben was incredibly helpful and addressed my concerns immediately. I was very worried about an issue, but He patiently answered all my questions and resolved the problem quickly. If I could give it a minus five, I would. If you haven't already given money to them, DON'T!! If you have, just be sure to inactivate any autopay which their fine print entitles them to. If you don't, they are very likely to scam you for much more than you thought you contracted for.

I called for guidance, and Martin was able to assist me. He was patient and walked me through the process with no hesitation. That’s what you call excellent customer service.

Absolutely disgraceful service! I have been trying to resolve a simple issue with my trademark application for over a month—a basic address correction on my USPTO document. Despite contacting them dozens of times through chat, email, and phone, I’ve been bounced around endlessly between their incompetent support and a useless third-party service (Swiftlegal) that did nothing to fix the problem.This entire experience has been a complete nightmare. I’ve wasted hours of my time chasing them, only to be met with empty promises and absolutely no resolution. The support team is either clueless or just doesn’t care, and all they seem capable of doing is shifting the blame to someone else. Meanwhile, they keep pocketing my money for services that are not being delivered.The fact that a simple update has taken over a month and still remains unresolved shows just how utterly unprofessional and incompetent this company is. They are quick to charge you for every little add-on, but when it comes to delivering what you paid for, they’re nowhere to be found.If you value your time, money, and sanity, AVOID Trademark Engine at all costs. This company is a scam, and their so-called services are nothing but a waste of money. I’m demanding a full refund for this mess, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.Trust me — don't make the same mistake I did!
