trademarkengine.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives trademarkengine.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 90.2. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 90.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to trademarkengine.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning trademarkengine.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between trademarkengine.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of trademarkengine.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of trademarkengine.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. trademarkengine.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether trademarkengine.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether trademarkengine.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, trademarkengine.com.

Nadine was extremely helpful. She went into the details of my account and stayed on the phone to address any questions I may have. She also provided me with all the necessary info and was a pleasure to speak with. She truly cares about helping the customer and providing a great experience. I am very happy with the services she provided me today and am glad I close trademark engine.
Informative and concerned about my questions. Provided good answers and was knowledgeable to guide me in the right direction. Jesse was able to explain what needed to be done and guided me along the process.
Blanche was amazing from start to finish. What great a positive energy she has and was very informative for every specific question I had. Tremendous help and incredible asset to the company!
Martin was extremely helpful while I was completing my trademark application. He was very patient an transparent regarding each step involved with the process. Trademark engine streamed line the process and is very user friendly!
This experence was great because i did not put the correct information. I had to call and the person who helped me was able to change it for me. I will definitly use them agian.
I recently placed an order with Trademark Engine (Order No. 315185) and the customer service from Madel, was outstanding, attentive, clear, and made sure I understood everything. The whole process was seamless, and I felt supported throughout.
Jesse helped me with my orders (315978 and 315982). He both walked me through some technical issues on my part and saved me from a potential disaster by identify an issue with my application prior to sending it to the USPTO. I am so grateful. Thank you Jess.
Jesse was responsive and knowledgeable, taking the time to address my issue and resolve it quickly.
Scammy service that automatically signs you up for a $199 service to monitor your trademark (even if you do not have a trademark issued)They "say" it is complimentary but hide the fact it is a subscription service using black UX practices (meaning they make it purposefully hard to understand what you are signing up for - and they are really clever at it given I'm in ht business and missed it)Further - they make it equally hard to cancel the subscription, require a phone call to customer service who try to sell you on keeping the subscription you never signed up for in the first place>Granted - their Terms Of Service tell you all of this - but any company that uses these tactics is super suspect IMHO (and, when was the last time you actually read TOS fully?)
I had a fantastic experience with the Trademark service! Ben was incredibly helpful and addressed my concerns immediately. I was very worried about an issue, but He patiently answered all my questions and resolved the problem quickly. His professionalism and quick response gave me peace of mind, and I’m grateful for the excellent support. Highly recommend their service!
I spoke with Irene, she was very helpful, had a calm comforting demeanor and was able to answer my questions and provide the right solution.
Ben was very helpful in understanding my request and getting it setup in the system.
If I could give it a minus five, I would. If you haven't already given money to them, DON'T!! If you have, just be sure to inactivate any autopay which their fine print entitles them to. If you don't, they are very likely to scam you for much more than you thought you contracted for.
I called for guidance, and Martin was able to assist me. He was patient and walked me through the process with no hesitation. That’s what you call excellent customer service.
9/18 Please have Gretal contact me... / 303-478-8567Thanks ..!Gretal (not sure @ spelling) was wonderful.... I can now sleep tonight and forever b/c Gretal understood my issue (that I've tried for two months to resolve!!) and immediately resolve the problem.. YAY for Gretel..!!
Ben helped me out so much and inspired me to continue inventing.
Cody was great, very helpful, and assisted me with all my issues promptly and answered all my very specific questions.
Jesse was thorough in guiding me to complete my application. Please give him a giant raise!
Absolutely disgraceful service! I have been trying to resolve a simple issue with my trademark application for over a month—a basic address correction on my USPTO document. Despite contacting them dozens of times through chat, email, and phone, I’ve been bounced around endlessly between their incompetent support and a useless third-party service (Swiftlegal) that did nothing to fix the problem. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare. I’ve wasted hours of my time chasing them, only to be met with empty promises and absolutely no resolution. The support team is either clueless or just doesn’t care, and all they seem capable of doing is shifting the blame to someone else. Meanwhile, they keep pocketing my money for services that are not being delivered. The fact that a simple update has taken over a month and still remains unresolved shows just how utterly unprofessional and incompetent this company is. They are quick to charge you for every little add-on, but when it comes to delivering what you paid for, they’re nowhere to be found. If you value your time, money, and sanity, AVOID Trademark Engine at all costs. This company is a scam, and their so-called services are nothing but a waste of money. I’m demanding a full refund for this mess, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.Trust me — don't make the same mistake I did!
Very helpful in walking me through the process.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
