They are scamming robbing gits. They need calling down fast.

This Company is a scam making people pay £1 and then charged £24.90 per month. I paid for 2 month before realising. When I called they said had to cancel the subscription within 48 hours. I didn’t subscribe to anything so this writing would have been hidden. They refused to credit my payments. I am contacting Trading standards looking at the reviews, I am not the only one.

Thought it was £1 later found out I’m getting charged £24.90 this company’s a joke I don’t understand why no one takes action on taking websites like these down there literally stealing.

This company operates a scam. You think you are paying £1 to find a parcel but they actually sign you up for a monthly subscription of £25 per month. When you discover the charges to your credit card and contact them they say you should have read the T&Cs.

Yes, another one duped by this company. Took up the advertised £1 trace and ended up having £49.80 taken from my Bank account before realising it. This is deception,and must be stopped.Do NOT use this Company.

Do not sign up to Traceparcel. I sent a parcel in the summer for a cost of £1. I have now found that Traceparcel has removed £24.90 from my account four times! Apparently I signed up for this though it is probable that this was an 'opt out' that I missed. I am now trying to get my money back. Stewart

TOTAL SCAM! This is linked to the Parcel Force tracking system. As a first time user of Parcel Force I didn't think anything of it and with the current climate too. They take £1 to track the parcel. Then an email will apparently come. It doesn't. I noticed today £24.90 was pending so got in touch with the bank and my card has been cancelled and the money has been refunded! Lucky I was on top of it. But I have found LOADS of reviews regarding this scam but under different names. Parcel Force have also been notified.

After the initial fee you will find yourself signed up for £24.90 a month subscription which is not clear on their site and no e-mail is sent to confirm. Luckily my bank spotted it and I was able to stop payment. AVOID !

Total scam, tracked a parcel for £1 which I was directed to via Parcelforce. For the following 3 months I have realised £24.90 has been debited from my account. Avoid!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR READ THE TOC. I was charged £24.90 and called the number for a refund. They were having it! Cancelled and received an email with that regard.

They are still at it. £1, then £24.90.Why are they not stopped.They must be making millions through this fraud
