Is toyswonderland.com Legit?

Toys Wonderland/Toys Apollo, I ordered a Obi-Wan series Darth Vader Hot Toys, and I was given “shipping information” saying it shipped, but when tracked it says “still awaiting label” meaning they haven’t even dropped it off yet. About 3 months later and over 100 emails I got told it was delayed until end of June. We are currently at the end of August and they are back to ignoring me and offering no update. Even though the item on there sight says “in stock”

didn't reply and didn't shipped the order, just give a fake tracking number.

If it were an option, I wouldn’t give any stars. Placed an order in August 2023 for a product that was deemed “in stock”. It is now August 2024 and I still haven’t received my order.When I last checked the tracking on the order (which is now not working) it stated my order had been delivered in Georgia, USA…I live in Wales, UK.Completed and utter scam which has cost me £255 that I’ll never get back!They have now changed their name to Toys Apollo but it is the same company.Avoid at all cost!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The absolute worst place to order from. Nothing but scammers who take your money and you have to wrestle them to ship what you paid for. They keep you on the hook until the dispute period to file a claim with your credit card company, or PayPal, they simply rip you off.

I have three orders with Toys Wonderland/Toys Apollo ad I have not received them as of yet.I had multiple orders placed that I cancelled due to not being delivered. I ordered newly released figures and all I have received is incorrect tracking numbers for UPS.

Scammer Hold on my $5500 AUD for 2.5 years without shipping the items with 35 different excuses to delay .TVB Hong Kong going to have special coverage about their scanning journey tomorrow

Awful company that will fob you off for months on orders hoping your PayPal protection will run out.Will never use again after numerous issues Shame as they were once reliable 😔

My first experience with Toys Wonderland was quite positive as I had ordered a Dark Knight DX19 figure and it arrived exactly as described. Unfortunately my second experience has resulted in losing around $700 as I had ordered a couple of Spiderman no way home figures as pre-orders in 2022. Both figures were released by the beginning of this year and I still have not received anything. They used to but no longer respond to my emails. The bank will not make a good will payment given that the transaction was almost two years ago. By this point, I feel like I have been totally scammed!

Didnt do my research :(I should have thought to check here first and now I too have fallen victim of their allegedly having stuff in stock but never shipping anything or responding to even one email asking for help.Just praying that my credit card company comes through with the charge back claim I just submitted. I was smart and didnt wait months and months like Ive read others have done in hopes that they would get their merchandise risking waiting too long for the credit card company to be able to help.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAMMERSA once seemingly legit company have turned into full on scumbags. Taking people’s orders, hundreds & thousands of pounds - to then ghost them. They will not ship your order. They will not respond to emails. If they do, they outright lie to you. They’re impossible to contact. I’m echoing what many others have said, but this is the worst company I’ve dealt with and they need to be investigated/prosecuted. Scumbags.

They don't respond to emails - I have tried many times to get a response and never do. They got me to pay delivery for an item that was never sent and I also have not received other items I ordered.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTStoy wonderland and also known as TOYS Apollo are thieves.They'll happily advertise hot toys as in stock, send out fake shipping notices, run fake discounts and will block your emails when requesting refund/store credit.Although as tempting some of their deals or prices may seem, I would strongly recommend you stay well clear. I have had 2 years trying to recoup costs on 3x failed orders and now they simply ignore emails and more recently deleted the orders from my account.Absolutely disgusting company. Stay clear.

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my The Batman DX figure. All paid for,still no sign of it,no response to my countless emails.bought and paid for in November 2022!. Seen it for sale on their site for £100 pounds less than I paid for it! .Bank not interested in compensating me . Live and learn I guess?!

Received 1/6 Obi Wan Kenobi Hot Toys figure in excellent! Don’t listen to the negative reviews ! Toys Wonderland is a great company to buy from! I recommend them for all your collectible purchases!👍💯

At the beginning I received several orders, but since 2 years ago I have pending 3 collectibles (Spiderman Classic suit, Spiderman Anti Ock Suit Deluxe and Luke Skywalker Snowspeeder Suit), first the pandemic, then they did not have shipments to my country, then they did not answer and evidently they will not be responsible. Take care of your money, don't give it to ToysApollo, ToysWonderland..or whatever their name is.REMEMBER ToysApollo and ToysWonderland are the same.

Total Disappointment. I have never met a company that can rob you in broad daylight, and then rob you again after promising that they will make good. They have now formulated a New Site called Toys Apollo to swindle new members who have no knowledge of their reputation and what they have done. They will swindle you and attempt to re-swindle you at any opportunity they have. They did not deliver my figure of which has been paid in full. They then pretended to have arranged freight from UPS but all a hoax. I paid for that too. THEY ARE CHEATERS that are allowed to THRIVE!

I bought two Spider-Man figures from toys wonderland late February 2024.( before reading the reviews) After I made the purchase I decided to google the company. Of course this scared the life out of me after spending $1000.00 AUD.I read carefully through all the reviews and felt immediately I was scammed and lost my money. I emailed their support team to obtain tracking numbers multiple times with no response. Occasionally, I would receive an update which was very generic and similar to all the posts on this site.Long story short, my figures did arrive 3 months later. ( opened the box today)I can confirm that they definitely not a scam company, however their communication and delivery process is appalling.

I’ve ordered and paid for several items from them and have never received them. They lied to me through emails saying they are waiting for stock but after several emails they stopped replying. Avoid this company. They have since remaned their company Toys Apollo. But still up to the same tricks.
