Is townfairtire.com Legit?

Went yesterday to get snow tires put on, had since 2022, so used 2x......Zach said he couldn't put them on, I need new ones.....2 mechanics said they're FINE.....have a picture on my other reviews

Excellent customer service. And because they utilize a call center, someone always picks up the phone (during business hours). This is the 4th time I have used them and have had a great experience with quality work each time.

In for tire rotation on tires bought at town fair in feb of 2023. First tire rotate done in late 2034. No record of hat visit in their system under my number. One tire worn. I said an alignment was done in early 2023. Tech wanted me to prove that before giving any credit. I think it was a defect tire to begin with. Tech Zach was a condescending young man thinking he's speaking with an older lady who knows nothing and is possibly a liar. Yeah I lie about alignments being done. Convenient my number was not in system on the first rotation done in Topsham ME

Jameson and the crew at Town Fair Tire in Concord NH were great. Jameson was very knowledgeable about the tires they sell, he was up front with prices and explained any rebates that were taking place. His communication (cell phone call updates during waiting period) was very much appreciated. After the tires were installed, he explained all that was done and any issues that were addressed. Thank you.

Today my 2014 Tacoma was serviced at Town Fair Tire at 166 DW HW in Nashua NH. Jonas took care of me and replaced one damaged tire and replaced my spare tire to match the tires on the truck. An alignment was also performed. Once again Jonas took care of me and my vehicles tire needs. Great shop. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

CJ at this location goes above and beyond when my family (3 cars) needs tires. After browsing and calling the competitors ie: Firestone, Mavis Tires & Brakes, and Meineke, Town Fair Tire delivers where the competition does not. CJ, “clarifies and educates you on the tires I’m looking to buy”, where the competition appears to only inflate quotes. My new tires I just purchased Continental Extreme feel like a new pair of sneakers 24/7. The store personnel at this location First Class!

😒Town Fair Tire Centers, Inc1355 Douglas Ave North Providence RISimply a horror show.1. They told me there was a different price of the same tire for 2 different brands of cars. 2. The wait to change one tire was excessive 2.5 hrs to three hrs.3. They were overcharging me on the final bill $100.00 I am glad I was paying attention.4. They did not install my spare tire the correct way. It was put in reverse and it was not latched.5. They broke the case where the tire goes in the trunk.6. The broke the plastic screw where the spare tire is latched.7. They lost the stem cover which was matching with the brand of the car.They simply do not care about your car. Don't go there.

The kindness started with Brian from the call center.I had such a pleasant conversation with this gentleman which set me up for a positive experience at the Saugus Ma. shop. He offered me obvious well experienced advice with suggestions in a way to not feel like a dumb senior citizen, a woman taboot! He patiently walked me through the tire specifications and appointment availabilities. He also asked for an aarp or aaa membership for a discounted total price. Just a wonderful gentleman. I also want to mention Mike from TF Saugus who ran into a few glitches with my tires but dealt with them seamlessly and "got the job done". Another experienced young man exhibiting kindness, a rare trait these days. Thanks to all.

The people who work at Town Fair are friendly and helpful. As soon as the customer arrives they are as efficient as possible to find out what is needed and take care of the problem quickly. I have experienced long waits, but the were understandable. This last time replacing my tire was quickly done. Highly recommended when needing tire repair or replacement.

Great follow up. I purchased new tires back in October at the Williston, VT store. After installation I noticed one tire losing air and brought the vehicle back to TFT to have it checked out. Skylar at the Williston store got right to this and found that the leaky tire had a damaged air stem. It was promptly replaced at no charge. Great, fast, customer-oriented service.

Been going to town fair tire for a couple of years now and was furious to notice after waiting a couple of hours to have my tires rotated that they were never rotated at all. How did I notice you may ask? I forgot to tell the service tech that I had a roofing nail stuck in my back left tire and to please repair it. After getting my keys back I thought it was odd that there was no mention of it so when I returned home I checked and there it was still in my back left tire. Makes me wonder if my brakes were actually changed and the tires I bought were the actual tires I paid for. What a disappointment.

Excellent service from the staff at the Seekonk, Ma location. Nico went above and beyond to help me find out what the problem was with my tire pressure. This morning I hit a pothole and it destroyed my tire. I was able to drive it to the nearest Town Fair Tire Center at 1736 Boston Rd, Springfield MA and Dave Clerk # 056F was so quick, helpful, sincere, and the epitome of phenomenal customer service. You made my crappy morning so much better, I thank you!! The tire being put on with alignment only took 40 minutes. Truly am so appreciative for all the workers at TFT Boston Rd. You have earned a lifelong customer.

The Falmouth store is a role model for TFT and Ricky is a true representative of what customer service is all about. He was professional, knowledgable, responsive and kind. From the moment I walked in, he struck me as someone that the TFT CEO, local store manager, and fellow employees likely see as a leader and face of TFT. Due to supply chain issues, beyond any of our control, securing a specific all-weather tire/size was very difficult. Ricky's steadfast pursuit to provide me with updates and his diligence to solve my tire issue was very much appreciated. Within a few days, I was driving away with the needed tire shipped from clear across the country.Kudos to Ricky, Tom, and the entire TFT crew from Falmouth MA!
