The communication was excellent! There's a message/chat on the website and although it starts off as a bot staff are quick to respond and help. I purchased 30 trophies in various sizes and a bulk of medals. I wasn't sure how to place the order in a clear and time-efficient manner. I dropped a message via the bot and within an hour I had a clear response via email with an Excel format to clearly state the product name - plaque wording separated into 3 lines and pre-set to drag the wording if it's the same on multiple awards. I am also very pleased with the logo quality although it is just a sticker it is of good quality and shine. Medals - great selection of ribbon colours and loved that the items came pre-made and bound in groups of 10. The communication throughout the process was fantastic and good turnover time which was appreciated after putting trust in not only money but also in hopes of being able to reward the athletes with quality trophies and medals at the ceremony.

Our Bowling Club in now to stingy to give out trophies that can be kept so I decided to purchase an identical one that has been personally engraved for my wife to keep.An excellent purchase. At such short notice, Tower Trophies delivered a very good service. Vivian (apologies if spelled incorrectly) was brilliant, keeping me informed via email and was always available on the phone for any questions. There were a couple of scuffs on two of the 5 trophies I ordered but all were very loved by their recipients. (groomsmen for my wedding). Tower Trophies should be your first stop shop. Their catalogue is mega-extensive.

I bought a trophy for our fantasy football league. I accidentally omitted to provide engraving details but rather than go ahead anyway, which they fairly could have done, they took the time to come back to me and check. Ordering process was easy and found the right trophy really quickly. Price was very competitive (you get what you pay for!). Delivery was well within specified time and although I wasn't in to receive it, picked it up from the Royal Mail sorting office next day without any bother. For a small trophy the box it came in was huge and really packed well with lots of polystyrene peanut shaped packaging. The wine glass trophy looked great and the engraving really stood out which hasn't always been the case with other trophy suppliers. Will definately use again.

Excellent service start to finish! Good choice of trophies, easy to order, arrived early and we'll packaged. Quality of trophy is very good and comes in it's own presentation box, very good value for money. Very pleased as this was quite a last minute thing and took a chance ordering over the internet but we weren't dissapointed. Highly recommended. Only thing I would say is a choice of engraving font would be great but only a minor thing.

Let down last minute by a local supplier and discover tower trophies through a Google search. Only place that stated could deliver in five days with engravings. Simple online forms for engravings Put order through and was contacted by them to inform me that one item was not in stock but they had a suitable replacement if I was happy with that. Went for speedy delivery and all trophies landed in 3 days. Very happy with quality of items and the presentation was a success. Thank you and will definitely be doing business with you again.

I needed some trophies for our end of season event and looked at a range of online companies. Tower Trophies had the widest selection of great looking trophies and easily met the challenge on price- I couldn't find the trophies on sale cheaper anywhere else. I had bespoke engraving and a mixture of trophies so sent an email to Vivien. The service was quick and easy. The trophies delivered in a handful of days and arrived in prime condition. The team will be delighted next month when they receive them!! Highly recommend Tower Trophies to anyone.

Ordered my u-13 teams end of season awards with over 2 weeks to spare prior to presentation. Was starting to get worried as 2 days passed after the target delivery date, leaving only 2 days until presentation. Called Vivean who was excellent, explaining the delay and absolutely guaranteeing the trophies would be with me on time. True to his word, the delivery arrived on the Saturday, a day before the presentation. Vivean even called me on the Saturday to keep me personally updated. The trophies were of excellent quality, very heavy and solid, not like some of the cheaper ones often found and they were well worth the extra little bit more money. I will definitely buy next season from this company.
