sabine did a great job and the planning tools ur offering are amazing and very impressive also are the services sabine is offering in high flexibility and the planning just got taylored to my specific interests. i do look forward to plan next time again with tourlane - from my opinion the best way ever to plan holidays.oliver

Very good plan and interactice video conference for an 20 day Island trip. Cause Island was too expensive fou us we did not book.

We have been planning our trip to South Africa with Tourlane. It was end2end a great planning experience. During the planning we go super detailed insights according to our needs, the planning app was perfectly helpful with all stops, driving route, activities and all documents along. On site, everything worked perfectly and even though we did not need him our great concierge was always there checking in every couple of days via what’s app if everything is alright. We will definitely plan with Tourlane again!

We had a tailor-made Costa Rica trip and can only report positive things... especially the concierge service of the team on site - we had a really great service from ELISA (she does a great job 😊🙏), who always helped us and acted like a fairy godmother 🧚! We thank Tourlane for this great trip!

We highly enjoyed our South Africa trip organized by Tourlane. The Garden Route with start in Cape Town offered us incredible experiences. The guest houses were luxury and the staff welcomed us as we were friends.

Great ExperienceWe booked our two-week family road trip through Namibia with Tourlane. After the first proposal we discussed the hotels, lodges and activities in a video call and Tourlane made some adjustments based on our specific requirements. We had a fantastic trip, stayed in great lodges and saw lots of animals and beautiful landscapes. In my experience this type of trips are notoriously difficult to organise. You have to juggle flights, rental cars and accommodations (11 in our case). Tourlane did a great job, especially since we booked shortly before the actual trip. Last but not least, the price of the rental car included full insurance cover and we did not have the all too common discussion about additional expensive insurance when picking up the car. We will certainly use Tourlane again.

The Tour Operator has planned a real interesting and charming trip through New Zeeland for us. The advice was very competent and comprehensive. The process was sent to us by email with a lot of information/pictures. The company can only be recommended. 5 Stars.

We had a nice relaxing holiday in Costa Rica. The round trip by rental car was well organised by Tourlane. Car rental with well functioning hot spot for google map navigation. Small 4x4 wheel drive car, which I highly recommend to have as the roady are in some instances really in bad shape and to reach some beaches a 4 wheel drive is a must. All to our satisfaction. BUT we had one major highlight and this was Miss Elisa from the local concierge travel support. She was just so amazing. Via whatsapp all our queries had been answered and support immediately with a speed and efficiency I have never experienced before. WOW Elisa was really great specially the day of our return to San Josse for departure day, where she gave us the hints to avoid the traffic jam and the closed roads due to heavy street damages back from Caribbean sea side. Besides the beautiful places and animals we were amazed by teh beauty, this was excellent service and kindness.

We asked Tourlane to plan a 3 weeks road trip in south Africa in family. All was perfect ! Very good activities, all was very good organized !We will for sure Ask again to Tourlane to plan another trip in family ! Also very good initiative from them to have a local concierge during the trip, very usefull, Johnson was perfect!

Absolutely terrible experience. They are unbelievably incapable. They cause issues like booking overlapping flights and then we, the customer figures this out and they simply do not do anything about it. Also other issues in communication. They are not available, nobody is answering the phone or the people who do cannot do anything. We've had months of issues going back and forth and they do not do anything. If you're considering Tourlane, don't do it. If you already did, get a refund now or if you can't, double check their work and good luck.

I can highly recommend Tourlane. Ms. Ramona Maas is a competent travel agent who delivers high class service , she left no stones unturned and made sure our need were met. Although we did not go on this trip due to personal reasons, I surely will use them on our future trips!

I traveled with Tourlane on a very short notice to Costa Rica and it was fantastic. Everything worked very smoothly and I loved the Concierge Service! We had a great time in Thailand! The planning before the travel as well as during the holidays was seamless, very reliant, punctual and with great expertise of the locality. They even remembered the birthday of my partner and we got birthday messages and a birthday breakfast.Such a nice surprise! A special shout out to our Travel concierge Pump who did a great job. Super fast, well connected and very reliable! There was a small mistake with the booking in a national park but all Tourlane staff was very quick to resolve it in a fast and simple way. The mistake actually turned out to be a lucky mistake and brought us to a location where we saw wild elephants :D Super lucky! Thank you Tourlane!

Really bad customer service: several (more than 5 different) people involved, unpersonal emails, hard to get a hold onto.We needed to cancel our whole travels due to severe weather conditions (flooding and cyclone) and literally weren’t given any updates beforehand. On top of all of that we received a unpersonal email with the T&Cs and that tourlane will keep 90% of the costs. It’s very frustrating to deal with this company and has been from day 1.We will never use this company again and would not recommend this company to anyone! Very frustrating!!!
