Is totwooglobal.store Legit?

I placed my order in November thinking my gift for someone would come on time by Christmas and so now i have not received it still!!!!!!. Now it's January. When u go to ur email the store linie aka(totwoo) it goes to spam and u have to un spam register it, then when you reach out to customer service at the bottom of the page theres no email, no phone number no direct contact information and if u look for reviews on their direct page it shows error code messages when u select reviews. So if u go to internet search directly you can apparently find reviews so I'm placing my horrible experience here....I spent almost $30..... just to for nothing literally not a package and when u look at the updates for arrival the first few days it updates but nvr ships days package waiting to be picked up by handler, I need my money back or the package or some out come this is horrible, I only wrote a review because I see that the ones here get responses to from the company unless there on auto response.

They arrived fully charged and came beautiful gift package. He really liked the thoughtful gift. Since giving this for our relationship, we've worn it daily - it feels like a special bond connecting us.

I gave one to my granddaughter, who lives with her mom, and this bracelet has truly kept us connected. On our first night, she buzzed me 11 times! It's fantastic.

I bought the original Sun & Moon bracelets for my birthday and loved them. The customer service rep was super helpful in finding the right size and assisted me throughout the purchase.

one star is a star too many............ i purchased two pairs of bracelets on two different occasions and THEY NEVER ARRIVED! all too quick to take my money. someone FINALLY replied to my email saying theyve never gotton any orders off me 🤬🤬🤬 utter waste of money and time!!! This company hacked my Monzo Visa card and stole £337 2 days ago now monzo fraud team are investigating them Scammers I’m happy to report they did eventually return my money back into my Monzo account which I’m extremely grateful for the entire process took 6 days . Thank you for acting super fast much faster than my own bank did . Peter

Daughter ordered a bracelet as Christmas present in November, it failed to arrive, we contacted the company and got an email back about how our business was important to them and it would be sent soon. Waited a few more weeks and contacted them again saying it was now January and where was it. Got exactly the same email, clearly a copy and paste job. Replied and said we would like a refund, no response!

Absolute rip off, over £100 for a pair of cheap bracelets. There's nothing about the experience or product thats worth more than £20 for the pair. Needs the app on you phone to work and for the device to be in Bluetooth range so why not send a text or a WhatsApp with a picture. Cheap bracelet with ugly multi colour LED, blue,red and white that vibrates that's all it does. The led colour signifies the sentiment that's it so most of it is up to your imagination

The bracelets don’t work properly. They buzz all the time when no one is touching them and don’t buzz when we want them too.Customer service makes it virtually impossible to contact them by making the app and website so difficult to navigate you can’t access any refund information. Avoid as very expensive too.

The website is a total Scham set up from Hong Kong Providence to collect information and not send products or goods under claims such as "you did not order it here, wrong order numbers, shipping errors, and more. We tested this in May with a simple order of $39.00 at first it seemed legit, 9 weeks later customer support refused to accept the order number off their site directly, claimed they did not send a confirmation off their IP directly, and refused refunds.

Awful company DO NOT USE!Sent us faulty items (it was a Christmas present!) , refused to authorise a return and now asking for a return as my expense tracked to China .. refusing to refund or send a label . I’m taking it to international trading standards as they were a lot of money . Avoid at all costs!!

If I could give ZERO star rating I would. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED BRACELETS SUN/MOON BACK IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY. It is now June and they ignored all 4 of my refund requests and no instructions provided for a refund. Emails kept going around in circles wanting to troubleshoot when that isn't what I was requesting. They are quick to charge your card and send faulty items, or you don't receive your shipment, or you are ignored when requesting a refund.For refunds reach out to your financial institution and let the bank deal with them. Don't waste your time. This is not a reputable company you want to do business with.

I bought two necklaces and they work amazing, I’m from Mexico and the only disappointing thing is that it took more time than the spectated, they said 7-10 days and it arrived like 15 or more days. I talked to them on WhatsApp and it’s faster than email. I feel my battery the same with the necklace

This product DOES NOT work. It just vibrates all the time when your partner hasn't done anything. It will buzz back to back to back 16 times and your partner either hit it once or not at all, and that's if you can even get it to connect. Customer service is worthless, they will tell you to do things and even when those things don't work they will keep repeating the same thing.

I purchased bracelets for me and mysufe. All was well till mine broke. I contacted customer service and was sent a message stating that I qualify for a replacement. I was excited. I paid for the shipment. It's been over a month and no response from several emails. So, don't waste your money or time. Thought is nice, till you can't use them. Will update if anything changes, but I doubt it. Will leave a review each week (Sunday ) till resolves.

AWFUL customer service. I ordered two bracelets for my daughter and I to keep close. They arrived but never worked and I have been repeatedly ignored when I have asked for a refund. This has been so disappointing. Do NOT trust this company.

As a non binary person, when a glitch causes the app to misgender me repeatedly before switching back to my preferred gender, totwoo has been pretty upsetting to try to us :(Also like... I can't just be allowed to be androgenous? There are only men and women to these developers I guess.[Edit: I got a response from the company and will update this review when I see improvement.]

The bracelets are faulty both and I am currently in the process of getting a refund. The customer service is infuriating and many will reply back with no solution and repeating what the other person says. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am so disappointed, I was looking forward to using the bracelets as my partner and I work away from each other so this would of been perfect. Anyway set them us and they constantly disconnected from each other and didn’t work. Even siting next to each other. We had two refresh the Bluetooth in order to send a vibration. Not worth £130!
