I ordered two items with the promise of fast service. A month later one item arrived but, the second still hasn't arrived. I contacted their support and requested a refund but they did not respond. They sent me a tracking link which indicates that the destination is Ireland, I am in the USA. The products look nice if they ever get delivered.

After over a month since the order, emailing 2 times and calling once, I never received my order from this company. I was looking forward to giving a great gift to my husband, son, brothers and dad, but I never received the items. I am so disappointed and feel that fraud has been committed. I have asked for a refund, but have not received any acknowledgement. I will not order from this company again. As of Dec. 31, 2020 I have not had a very good experience with TopOnlineBargains.com. On 12/15/2020 I ordered a heated vest, received an email confirmation, and a text stating the package was arriving (just before Christmas) but turned out it was only the battery. The tracking number given was not valid, the order number provided when looked up on their website said it couldn't be found. Now I feel I was scammed so I looked up this company and saw several disgruntled comments. When the vest hadn't arrived by Christmas, I used the Resolution Center on Paypal, but it was first sent to the seller. The response received did apologize for the delay and said that I should still receive it soon. Today, I found a different tracking number provided on the Paypal site. I followed and sure enough, It was valid. The vest was coming from China.. Had I known this at the time of ordering I would NOT have ordered 10 days before Christmas. These overseas websites need to state where items are coming from.. the battery for it came from California, and I assumed the vest was too. Use this company at your own risk.
I haven't ordered as of yet, they (TopOnlineBargins) have a nifty survival case that would be perfect for my hiking daughter and her friend, however when I look at the supposed deal, it states 45% for one (but the total is off by 1.35, and it goes up a few cents for every additional case ordered, so it seems even at the "bargain" price they are selling it to the customer, they are adding a surcharge of sorts, roughly 1.35 each case. I think I will shy away from this company.
