“Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere”

I ordered nerf bars for my 2023 F350 standard and they just didn't look right as if they were built backwards. Step was either awkwardly to the rear of the door or switched they were offset to the rear of the truck and quite honestly looked terrible. After ZERO help from Topgear autosports customer support I ended up finding what looked like the same nerf bars from Climwa on Amazon. After delivery figured out they came from the same place, same packaging, same exact nerf bar for HALF the price. “Junk. Turned them on 12 times and they failed”

I purchased these Jan 2023. Installed on 67 Camaro. I turned them on 12 times, then 3 of the leds would be a different color or be out. I contacted them, they said you purchased 15 months ago. “Audi A4 headlights”

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered Audi a4 headlights. I got the headlights and opened them. All the plugs were bent. The lights had two different plugs. I could tell the lights were junk and I should've sent them back. The headlights lasted just long enough so their warranty wouldn't cover it. I'd be real careful ordering from them. Worst customer service ever. I've sent in a return, I have have not received a refund for my items nor any follow up emails. I've sent in 3 emails for a request and update of my return item. This company is the worst in returning items. I'll never do business with them and at the point I'll never see my return to my account. Makes me wonder how they stay in business and now I know why. Ordered headlights hat were late on delivery, shippers fault. When they did arrive, no light bulbs in package. Discussed initially with customer service and they asked me to verify they weren't pre-installed. They were not and I did confirm, but have not gotten any follow up from them after I did confirm. I pard for a complete set-up and they did not send what I paid for. Will not recommend or buy anything else from them. “Terrible customer service, refusing to stand behind their product.”

Ordered side mirrors. Installed well and looked good initially. The lenses over the leds on the front of the mirrors began to crack not only in the middle of the lenses but the edges of the lenses looked like they are chipping away. Spend nearly two months emailing before I got a text message asking for pics. I sent pics and after another two weeks I was told per the manufacturer the only way the lenses could crack was from impact. Not sure how that's possible along the edges but ok! “Grill”

Ok well the grill i received didn't come with head lights and said it did and called about wires that were on it for side marker lights told the lady 4 times black and white wires she offered a email are phone call when she found out what they connected to and what year lights fit in the plug they sent got a text later that night that the blue and white wires go to the running lights well there's 4 so i guess pick 1 lmao and no answer about the lights so took the plug to a local parts store and they figured it out for me so for about 500.00 got a good looking grill that is quite cheesey wouldn't recommend buying for this company give them 0 stars but had to do 1 so i could post this thanks for reading and find someplace else to get your parts from 🤜🤛 Shipping

“HiW do they stay in business?”

Wife bought me upgraded headlights for my Chev Colorado. They came without any installation instructions, but my mechanic has a world of experience. The product description on the website claims that with regard to high beams, low beams and turn signals, the units are "plug and play". We plugged - the turn signals didn't play. Mechanic showed me the only plug that hooks up the lights. Said he thought the units defective. I contacted the company and was informed that the model we purchased didn't come with turn signal bulbs. Sure enough, put old bulbs in and turn signals work. Could have told us that plug and play meant we had to plug in bulbs! Next, low beam aim was wildly out of acceptable be limits for both right and left unit. Back to the mechanic who finds he's able to adjust the up and down but can't find a way to adjust the side-to-side. I again contact customer service who asks for a picture of the problem. I reply "just tell me how to adjust the side-to side aim so I can see the road instead of the trees." Two days later, customer service informs me that there is NO side-to-side adjustment on this model, just up and down. Can't use them! Took them out and put back the OEM units. They're not very bright, but at least they illuminate the road ahead instead of the trees on either side. Don't know why I'm even taking the time to write this review. Order placed 4/6/23. Tried without results to find out status of my order, which was to be a birthday gift for my son. “Terrible customer service”

Great to work with when you are placing an order, but afterwards their customer service is the worst! Had a bulb burn out in less than a year. Left messages via email and phone. After a week finally got an email with a link to order the bulb, however, it was the wrong bulb. Their price for two bulbs was double of what I paid at another site for four bulbs. I ordered Top Gear mirrors. They arrived promptly but they have a mechanical problem. Have called 6 times on the only two phone numbers that are an option to chose from and haven't heard from them. I DON'T recommend them.

It started out fine. I ordered a LED headlight kit for my truck. Turns out one of the bulbs was bad. I sent an email the day of and instantly got a reply and even a text message from a representative. They offered to give me 2 replacement bulbs and I was fine with that. That was over a month ago. I've sent 2 emails and 2 texts to the number that reached out to me. Haven't heard anything. Spend your money elsewhere. Service Shipping

Everything and anything that could possibly let your company fail this company does it. I placed my order almost $500 for towing mirrors they were defective. To try to reach anyone in the company is one of these futile most frustrating situation's. It has taken over three months to get the money for my mirrors returned to me then I had to fight for the shipping costs for them to ship it to me but they will not honor the $100 that I had to pay to ship my defective product back to their company these guys are horrible.

“Extremely Poor Service”

I ordered a set of tail lights, shipping was good. I installed them and the turn signal part of the light was not lighting up all the way. I called about returning them and they said they would send a shipping label for return on 1/6/21. I waited a couple of weeks and did not get it contacted them and they said I should be getting it but they were behind. Well to this day ( 2/20/21) I have still have not gotten my shipping label so I'm very dissatisfied with this company's service and will never order anything from them again. I would be wary of ordering anything from this company because you will probably be stuck with it and out your money you spent! We have ordered a few different sets of running boards for a customer of ours, for his fleet of Ram trucks. We ended up having a 2020 truck that ended up being a classic truck and needed a different set of brackets. So I got ahold of Jessie and she got the brackets that we needed quickly and at no cost to us, even though it was our mistake. “Not great wish i would of read these reviews first”

Bought mirrors for my 19 sequoia came quickly took me forever to put on no instructions had to figure out wiring myself passenger side mirror kept going out first it was the power control then the other times was blind side indicator. Seems when these mirrors get into any kind of weather (snow, rain) and the water gets into the mirror they dont work any longer. Driver side had been working through everything but after the last snow blind side indicator went out. But now fine so we'll see i guess I waited for over a month for them to fix the passenger side but they never did and sent me a refund, i like the mirrors but then need to be built better, come with instructions. A lot of money spent installing them and exchanging them for nothing. But cannot find mirrors anywhere for this car so guess I'm stuck with stock mirrors. The spot light on the mirror I didn't use for reverse lights however wired them to a switch and when i needed them they are not bright at all no help what's so ever for backing up… Products used:Side mirrors Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
