Is top4running.hr Legit?

Excellent store for running shoes and clothing. Express shipping of goods, the package well protected for transport. The latest models of shoes appear on their webpage within only a few days. Prices are decent, although it is worth waiting for discounts that appear on the last units. The purchased shoes did not fit me well, even though I had this model before, but the store processed the return promptly and without any problems. I can definitely recommend it.

Received a defective Altra shoe. The upper broke during the first run. Now I need to pay for shipping to Germany and wait for weeks for a replacement.The reseller blames Altra policy but a good reseller should take some accountability for the products they sell.Avoid.

Communication is key. I ordered Salomon sleeves for running but the size was much smaller than I anticipated. I asked them for a refund and will reorder a bigger one now. Recommended.

What a nice shop! A lot of running shoes for reasonable prices. I found the shop by coincident because I looked for some Nikes for my husband. I found them at top4running but unfortunately they were too tight.Nevermind returning is just as easy as buying here.Fast shipping: it took 2 days from Prague to Hamburg!With this service and this big choice of running shoes and equipment you gained a new customer! I'm pretty sure this website sells shoes that are rejected by the quality control department of brands!!! Out of 6 pairs I got, 3 are horrible, with clear quality issues (materials, shape, the left shoe being waaay different to the right one). That's why they can do big discounts, they buy these shoes for cheap. Wake up!

Do not understand the negative reviews.Ordered a pair of nike which had a factory default which came up after usage. Where nike wouldn’t help, top4running refunded the shoes after very fast and good communication.Dispatch was maybe a few days slower than what you expect from when you order with a local company, but the sharp prices and good customer service compensate that x times more than needed!

Ordered some tights for fitness which were sold out almost everywhere. Eventually my package was delivered 5 days after ordering. It came from the Czech Republic (I live in the Netherlands). Absolutly no problem at al.After a month the sales team of Top4Running contacted me because they were not sure I received the package. The parcel service didn’t have info about the delivery. So I told them I recieved it. Got awarded for replying with 10% discount on my next order. I think I’ll order again :)

Unacceptable return policy. I got under armor shoes in my size but they were tight in the toe. I asked them to exchange it for a larger size. they told me that I have to return the shoes and pay the shipping costs (€15). After that,I can order the other shoes and pay the shipping costs again.They asked me to pay 3 times the shipping. Of course I didn't. I returned them and bought from another store. Never again

Fake advertisement. Keep posting coundowns but by the time its due to release, they either have a couple odd sizes available or they Keep changing the countdown to a later time. Most recently for the Nike Vaporfly 3 pink. Changed the countdown 3 times and still haven't released the product. Playing with buyers time without any information.

Ordered to The Hague, NLGot a Curry 4s for a price i could not find anywhere else (50€ cheaper) and got the packet in 1 week! No issues, everything went completely well!Would recommend pricewise and order again

I ordered a Nike Alphafly 2 pair for a really good price with a free gift (Nike backpack). Unfortunately there was something wrong with the foam on the shoes but the customer service of top4running dealt with the problem really well and swiftly. Thanks Victor for being so helpful and kind! :)

I recently bought a pair of Adidas Adizero Ambition track spikes for my daughter. They were very reasonably priced and arrived on time as promised. Unfortunately a hole developed above the toe on both shoes within a month, so I emailed info@top4running and got a very prompt response telling me how to make a claim. I completed this simple process and received a reply the next morning to advise I would receive a refund within 3 days. 24 hours later the refund was in my account. Top class customer service, no hassle, no stress just simple and speedy.

It was great that I received a quick and comprehensive response (from Victor Van Kempen) within only a few hours. That was so fast.I had requested help by email because I was looking for a particular shoe design. Unfortunately that was not available in the e-shop, but Viktor tried his best and explained me his search efforts, providing links to potential alternatives.Great service. Thank you! I received a pair of Nike pegasus gortex trail 4s and there was two deep scuffs on the backs of both shoes in the same place, emailed twice and got no reply

I recently purchased a pair of on runners from this website . Upon receipt it was clear that the product was defective. Initially the customer service was great. But it has now been three months and have not yet received any refund. Despite sending the product back. They claim to have not received the product which is confusing as they have sent us an email confirming receipt. The two stars is based on the assumption I receive the refund.

Top4running have taken my money but my account says 'Awaiting Payment'. They are also not replying to emails. Very concerning and looking at their .cz Trust Pilot they seem to flag negative reviews and get them removed. Something really off hereEdit: They were having a system update and have since emailed me. Bit of an overreaction from me...

What a joke. Like seriously. First they send you a an email with a tracking number what does not exist. After when the parcel does not arrive in time and you ask about it, they will just reply they will ask the delivery company for more info. After a few days wo a reply, when you ask again they will promise to re-ask. When that also does not work and you ask the delivery company directly what going on and learn noone has made a request up to now, you start to become suspicious and send another request to ask the delivery company once more putting you on cc aswell all of a sudden a full refund appears without any mail traffic. Why all the lies? Were you just hoping i did not notice that no goods arrived? Just Sending me a bogus confirmation and hoping for what?

Wasn't sure what to expect as I had never heard of this company before but I got a pair of Nike runners for €40 less than lifestyle sports or elverys. They also came a few days before expected as well which was great. Will definitely be buying from them again!

Great Customerservice,Had a material faliure on my shoe, but the shoe was still usable. They reimbursed the whole price of the shoe, even though i asked if 50% were possible. Much more sustainable than having to send the flawed but wearable shoe in to be destroyed to get a refund!

Ordered shoes on the 13th December, received a box of energy drinks on the 11th January!! A mix up in the warehouse. Called, emails no joy on the refund NEVER buy anything from this pack of jokers - worst experience
