As usual, prompt friendly professional service from the staff at Ashington Toolststion. It doesnt matter whe serves you they are all so pleasant and helpful. They all have a genuine interest in making sure your visit is successful. I'm just a DIY'er who needs support 😊

This was the nearest place by far that I could purchase the extra long spade bits I needed for a project. No one else seemed to have them locally - so I really benefited from the fact that Toolstation don’t just stock what everyone else has. Quick turn around at the branch when ordering and a decent price - what’s not to like!

Placed order for click and collect and it was available in a matter of minutes. On arrival at Toolstation At Sedgensworth Fareham I was warmly greeted by Leah who picked my goods and was helpful and friendly. I realised I needed other products which she also obtained for me and after a brief friendly chat I left a very happy customer. All in all a very positive experience from start to finish.

Placed my order late on a a Monday evening, received confirmation order available for collection at 6.45 on Tuesday. Really efficient turn around and so could get my project underway straight away after early collection. Staff were pleasant and efficient. A good experience.

Nothing was too much trouble for Neil & Sarah when I visited today. Even though they couldn't supply what I needed they bent over backwards to advise me where I could find my light.They made me feel valued.Their service was exemplary; they are a credit to their business.Miss S J Cook

Walked into Clacton branch after checking stock on line en- route.Served immediately, goods quickly picked & paperwork completed… in within 3minutes of arriving!Great, polite service.

Went for a return and was so impressed by the way Chanelle dealt. She was so polite helpful and respectful that would make me go to this store again and again.I needed some info about a product and the manager helped with all the info needed. She was so quick and seemed like she doesnt waste a minute.It was lovely to see the duo work so well together. Thats Management!!My only grievance is Toolstation should give good offers so that I dont have to go elsewhere.

Always find any purchases I make from Toolstation are always good quality & good prices. Never found anything I need NOT available on line.

For some reason my order was placed at a store 20 miles from me, the guy in the shop sorted everything out for me in a fast friendly efficient way

Ordering anything on line is a waste of effort. 'Next business day' is, if you're lucky, several days later. Again I've emailed Toolstation asking where my goods are, again no response, again the Evri tracking has no updates. Should've learnt by now. Won't be ordering from Toolstation again.

I put 4 era locks into online basket thurs night and clearly they were in stock. The system generated the quick trolley code for me to pick them up Friday. I arrived at whitwoood store castleford to be told only 1 in stock. I checked online when I got in the car and this time I received a red banner stating 'unable to fulfil order only 1 in stock'.Obviously the assistant had updated the system, toolstation's erroneous online checking system wasted my time and a 10 mile round trip!I cancelled the order and bought from screwfix.Im Not happy!

You need to pay decent wages so you have more staff.It's not acceptable to have paying customers waiting outside in the rain because you only had one member of staff trying to run the store.I don't know the guys name at your Maida Vale store, but he deserves a big bonus in his wage packet this month.

I had wasted time and money ordering online with Wickes due to their stock control was wrong☹ but noticed Toolstation had stock 😃 so they got my buisness instead🤔

I use toolstation often, in particular the Highbridge shop.Ordering is easy, the staff over there are equally good and always happy to go the extra mile.
