Is toogoodtogo.com Legit?

My experience with Cooperative, Church Street, Tamworth was very disappointing. £0.20 products ,5 in total ,should be a £10 bag but wasn't and when I went to collect they said that they had only 2 dnd it's already collected. After few minutes they brought me a bag with a 200gr spinach ,beansprouts, sausages, a bred and a pasta ,ready to eat in that thay.

I was disappointed with my first experience with TGTG. I received two small stale boxes of “Lunchables.” They were terrible. It confirmed why I never bought these for my kids. Each box contains 6 microscopic, quarter-sized crackers, processed cheese, and processed meat. Definitely not worth the money I paid. I’m hesitant to buy another TGTG if this is the kind of surprise food that is sold. : /Is this the kind of food I can come to expect next time I buy from Circle K/Holiday Station?

When I arrived I asked the receptionist that had a box and he startt filled the box with 3 or 4 donuts and suddenly one of the girls spoke to the worker so he replaced those donuts and put pieces of bread instead. It was the worst experience I have ever had in Tim's stores. I think it will be the last time I buy anything from this store and I will try to advise anyone not to go to that store.And I stil had picture of the box

Well, I get very excited once I’ve ordered ac bag on The To Good To Go App. I haven’t been disappointed soo far and look forward to saving a few e meals while saving my pocket at the same time and even more happy to be doing my bit in helping reduce food waste. Always felt a bit sad knowing that many times Real good food gets thrown away at the end of the day and soo many people in need of a meal.Happy to pay reduced prices and collect fantastic varieties of foods just a few doors away.I luv surprises….

I purchased a mystery bag from Olde Hearth Bread for next day pick up which was Thanksgiving Day. I am greatly pleased with my order. 3 different loaves of bread, baguette, flatbread crackers and seeded brown rolls. Excellent value for Artisan quality bread. Easy pick up in an industrial park. I look forward to purchasing again and sharing with my friends.

With this dynamic price feature the app is no longer about saving food, but about making as much profit as possible. Which is ok, just stop pretending this is for the planet.

I love that I get food that I like at a discount. About half of the time the food I get isn't even noticeably old, which is great since the whole point is to get food that's older and would be thrown away otherwise. I would say there's a wide range of value across stores, so it really is a bit of a gamble sometimes, but I'd say about 75% of the bags I've gotten have felt like good deals.

I ordered prepared foods from a store that had two listings posted- one for Baked Goods and one for Prepared goods. Instead of all Prepared Items as I selected- I was given baked goods in place of a prepared food item. I often rely on these meals to get me through the weekend at the beginning of the months, however was disappointed by the misleading selection of my goodies in my to go bag.

We loved the amount of food we received from Biedronka Kopernicka Zagan, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind! This definitely won’t be our last time using this app—thank you, Too Good To Go!❤️

First time customer. The entire process was straightforward and seamless. From app download to collection of my breakfast bag, every step was simple. And the contents of the bag were a genuine surprise!

Amazeballs!! This is such a great idea with equally great execution. Very easy to use and feel like I'm truly doing something positive with regards to decreasing food waste.

Booked 2 surprise bags from Hatay Kingston. But was somewhat disappointed. Surprise bags listed pastries/bakclava ,but sadly received 2 sandwiches and a tub of salad.

The app works well and the process of ordering, paying and pick up is great - easy and efficient. Unfortunately my ‘surprise bag’ was surprisingly disappointing. An inedible (dry, stale-solid) Chelsea bun, and two dull sandwiches. This was supposed to be at a £12 ‘value’ - glad I didn’t buy at that price, but tbh it wasn’t really worth the £4 I did. In the end, the experience depends on the individual retailers and I wont be returning return to Starbucks.

There is always a variety of food. I have tried all sorts that I have not tried before, however I can't rely on the order not being cancelled I estimate about half the time the order is cancelled. Always check emails before you go to collect so you don't have a wasted journey.

I arrived late to collect my bag through unforseen circumstances. Although the shop was still open and my bag was still there and paid for the manager refused to let me have it. When I questioned TGTO regarding a refund I was told "it's like buying a train or concert ticket, if you miss it you can't get your money back. This is nothing like that as this is goods you are buying, not services, such as a train or concert ticket. Be careful.

Absolutely never again, if the bags where decent with a occotional cancellation then fine but 2 finger buns a scroll n bag of scons for items about to put to waist for 10 bucks no way I've spent ridiculous money on petrol orders cancelled on arrival, it's cost me at least half a tank of fuel I can't see how Ur doing any GD to the environment Just avoid it peeps it's really a waist if money... I'll never get my money back

Extremely bad customer service!! My order got cancelled 24 days later I’m still waiting for my money back!! The customer service team are completely useless just keep telling me things I already know instead of actually giving me my refund!! They informed me on app that store cancelled my order. And when I contacted to complain that I’m still waiting for my refund they told me they have to investigate and see if it was cancelled!! They’re the ones that told me it was in the first place!!!! Useless incompetent company takes your money gives you no product then you have to fight to get your money back!!! Really ridiculous!! They said refund would be in my bank by the 20th and it’s the 30th now!!!!

Late purchase Starbucks bag - two savoury and two sweet products. Good quality and certainly felt fresh. Good value compared to full price at Starbucks. Staff member was great! Friendly, cheery, helpful

Great idea through the app. Super convenient and efficient! Happy to save the food and help the world to keep greener. The only thing is hope the sellers will not gradually reduce the quality or quantity to disappoint the users that finally may turn down such a good ideaed App. Maybe it’s better to phase out the seller once the evaluation rate drops to under 3?

Ordered for Krispy Kreme one day ahead - first time and didn’t know what to expect. Was told by email about 2 hours before scheduled pick up time that pick up will be earlier - no problem at all. Waiting to chew them up anyway.Arrived. Was taught how to use the app - my first, and was given SIX delicious doughnuts of MY choice. Serving lady was very encouraging and friendly, an absolute bonus!And doughnuts really were still very fresh from the day. So satisfied!!
