So silly, they give you a new customer discount, but won't let it be used. So thought, nevermind I will use my key worker discount, nope can't use that either... The whole point of those discounts is that they're exclusive to certain people... When there's a sale on the website, everyone can access that, you should be able to get your exclusive discount off too! It's pennies to the company, but to us in the cost of living crisis is vital to save those little pennies where we can.
Terrible experience with Too faced,Ordered Christmas gifts for my daughter only one item arrived multiple items paid for but missing! Utter disgrace. Tracking link claimed that the parcel had been delivered before the dispatch date. Nothing received. Tried contacting on the phone (no surprise that it wasn't available due to technical difficulties), WhatsApp (no reply at all, even during "work" hours), live chat is a joke (just same bot message each time). I purchased something on their website and 2 months has gone by and I haven't heard anything. I got a confirmation email saying i purchased it, that's it. I tried reaching out to them directly twice and they never respond. It's been almost two weeks and they still haven't shipped my order. I've emailed them about it, and they say it's bogged from their semi annual sale. I’ve purchased their lip injection Maxximum Lip Gloss, along with lip injection, extreme lip, shaper, plumping, lip liner. The lip injection maximum plump lip gloss is average. Buxom has more plumping action, then the too faced. I really had high hopes for this gloss, but it just didn’t follow through.The plumping lip liner fantastic idea it just falls short. To advance the liner you click on the bottom;  you do not twist or sharpen like other lip liners. The color is beautiful, but I am not seeing any difference. If you like the color, get it, but do not buy it for the plumping action of the liner.
Too Faced make-up is premium quality. My teen and I both, between us, have 7 of their eyeshadow palettes, 3 of their liquid lipsticks, 3 foundations, and a smattering of mascaras and individual shadows and highlighters. We love the eyeshadows for their colors, pigmentation, smooth application and fragrance. I apply the shadow wet as liner, as well. They wear very well. The just peachy foundations are light and smooth.The liquid lipsticks are lovely in color and flavor. Four stars instead of 5 because the mascara does not flatter either of us. Also the price is quite high... We buy when there are sales.Overall, however, Too Faced can't be beat.
ordered on the 24th of December, If i could give it a one star review i would and i would always now get it from boots.The tracking never changed when i went on a chat it would always say closed and i had no even managed speak to anyone, even went on twitter and it seemed everyone was having the same issue they dont respond or they send you automated message saying sorry babe! I placed x3 orders with too faced totalling £255, I duplicated an order so tried to email and I never got a response, calling from the uk would have been to expensive i even tried to contact them via Facebook .... nothing. I find this unacceptable. I love Too Faced brand, I get it from Sephora and Ulta normally. Well they had a BOGO sale online so I went to the actual website. It has been awful. I accidentally ordered the wrong lipstick and tried calling MULTIPLE times since it says to call right away if you need to fix your order and no one answers, I put out MULTIPLE emails and no on answers. This is the worst service Ive experienced.

I have heard a lot of good opinion about Too Faced and their cosmetics. So I finally decided to try it out myself! Must admit, the variety of products was stunning but the thing I wanted most was the Better Than Sex Mascara. You have to believe the reviews online - its amazing! Plus, the shipping was so fast! “Service is the worst”
Their items aren't all that fantastic, but their customer service is the worst. The lipstick is pricey and watery, the eyeshadow has no staying power or payoff, and the majority of the other products are marketed towards teenagers. I can only say that the package is adorable. Also, although the smells are pleasant, my eyes don't react well to them.

“Customer Service is not good”
Buying products from Sephora, no problem. But steer clear of their website. They will give you shade recommendations based on other products, but they don't match. I decided to pop into Sephora less than an hour after placing an order to check the shade match, and it was soooo bad. I tried to update my order or change it (less than an hour later) and they only give you 30 minutes to make changes and customer service wouldn't help. So when I received it in the mail, I immediately initiated a return through the chat. That took an HOUR. They received my return 11 days ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I won't purchase through the website ever again.

My favourite palettes are of this brand and want to stress the attention specifically on one named Eyeshadow Too Faced Chocolate Gold - which has amazing pigmentation, luxurious scent, an expensive palette of shades! Not only is their customer service the absolute worst, but the products aren't so great either. I ordered a birthday gift from too Faced's website. I thought it was a great deal and was super excited to receive it. I ended up receiving an empty box in the mail.
