High quality items and stylish designs. I have trainers, several T-shirts, jeans and shirts, all of which I really like. They wear and wash well. I also love the ‘Oud wood’ EDP.

Tom Ford states I ordered a bottle of cologne. This NEVER occurred nor have I received cologne from this company since 2023!!! I attempted to dispute with my credit card company and Tom Ford states it was delivered. I have proof on my Tom Ford profile the last thing ordered from the company was 04/2023! I have called their customer service line and they to agreed it showed nothing…yet they will not offer a refund of $254 to my credit card. I have no choice but to pay the amount now!! BUYER BEWARE…do not spend your money or waste your time with this DISHONEST company!!!

I recently ordered an anniversary gift for my husband from Tom Ford and paid for expedited shipping. They did not ship it (so far, at all) and when I called customer service, they told me that one of the items had been canceled, but they had not emailed me that it had been canceled. And, they also didn’t ship the second item, and gave me no reason. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, but they wouldn’t put me through. Now I’m left with nothing shipped and no gift. For an exclusive brand, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

I was a big fan of this brand and have a couple of sunglasses. While the price is not the most competitive one, its design was always trendy and sleek.Last summer I was looking for a pair of sunglasses to renew my collections, but for the first time, I couldn’t find anything I like or anything that suits my style.I think they changed their signature trying to follow the latest trend of oversized sunglasses.While having Tom Ford sunglasses was a gentleman's statement, the latest collections are more appropriate for fancy and trendy guys.Thank god they still keep the old collection so I can choose from them.

I ordered makeup for my girlfriend for Christmas, said it was in stock. Never turned up. After a couple of automated replies which didn't answer my very direct question on ETA, customer services cannot even estimate the arrival of the makeup and apologies for the inconvenience. IT is now 13th January and understandably my girlfriend is upset at lack of present, as am I.

Don’t Order from this site ! I have tried ordering twice on 2 different days! Each time I was charged twice with no order number just multiple charges ! When you call the employees claim the card was declined due to no funds however the money is still took from your account! How can a card decline if it still takes the money off the card lol Tom needs to update his website before he has a lawsuit ! High end clothing brand with low end website make it make sense MR.FORD!

I returned a pair of shoes that were never work on 5/5/23. On 5/10/23 Jolly signed off on my order being returned all within Tom fort return policy guidelines. I reached out on 5/14 and I was told I needed to wait another week. Well as of today 6/9/23 I’ve provided proof of my return being received and I’m still without my money. Do yourself a favor and never order from Tom Ford e-commerce. They have no clue what they are doing and they could less about me not getting my $1000 back. They’ve lost a customer for life.

Tom filed stands behind his products and his staff does everything possible to suit your needs. I call my contact there and he welcomes me immediately. He pulls things ahead of time I would like. He doesn’t rush me. He proactively reaches out after to make sure I’m satisfied. I can’t beat that.

I called to cancel, and I indeed got refunded as manager said she didn't know where my item was. Two days later, I got billed again and had to call complaining and wasting my time again. I am still pending my refund. Horrible nightmare dealing with this company directly.

I was delighted with this lip balm but after 2 uses it was apparent that the shimmery sparkle is only on the outside! I am shocked. £48 and the lip balm is a soft pink with no sparkle. It is a nice colour and texture but not what I thought I was buying. What a shame as it was stunning for the initial use. Very, very disappointed and actually feel conned.

They only ship if your shipping address matches you credit card! It’s like denying their jet set clients!!! Hellooooo I live in multiple countries and cities so I want to ship your s h*t where I want it. But at the other hand you can at least order by phone and have it shipped anywhere for 350$. That’s ok for me 💁🏼‍♀️ And yeah their products are ridiculously overpriced. You pay the brand which lives from the high price distinction. I like that but it doesn’t make the product greater.... they are really basic products.

I ordered online and specified that purchase was a gift. Included message. The message was written in sloppy writing. No gift bag or wrapping. Disappointed!

Me and my wife just adore Tom Ford Black Orchid perfume. We use it for years. Its the best!

I bought couple of items online , espadrille which the linen in black and its leave stain and start to peal , i write to them but no one answer 2019 before corona , and i bought a private collection optical glass and I received the glasses semi broken and the hands are flickery , again i write to them and they ask me to contact the glass manufacturer, which was weird becasue i bought the glasses from tom ford why i had to deal qith 3rd party i never knew , tom ford should be responsible for the quality of the items not the end customer, i find it a name over quality not worth the value we getting in any way .

“Customer Service really suck!”

I ordered a $500 eye-glass frame from their website. A few day later, they delivered to me an empty eye-glass's box. What a ridiculous situation! We emailed and call their customer service, they said they need to do some investigation with their delivery provider to be able to process our case. One month later, without any further communication from them, we called them back. They said another department have already the case opened and still working on it. They asked us to wait for 4-6 weeks more. Time flies, and they still be hiding somewhere. Their service's strategy is maybe TIME CAN FIX THE ISSUE ITSELF, and time can make their clients forgetting or giving up the case. What a bad service for such a brand like this. “Blend of spices”

I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend. She likes it. And I like it too. It seems to have a deeper blend of spices with just enough of floral in it.

“He's fab, some policies, not so much”

I've been a huge Tom Ford fan since the 90's. The man himself can do no wrong, and the site is beautiful. This is the reason for 3 stars instead of 5: he recently came out with a fragrence that is so risqué I can't even print the name here. It was released as a limited edition only available on his site and his boutiques. Their return policy with beauty and fragrence items is you can't return them if they've been opened, which is fair. The problem with this fragrence is that if you don't live near one of his few boutiques, you have to order it on their website. They will not send you a sample to try it first, so the only way to see how it smells is to open the bottle. If you don't like it then, you can't return it. How ridiculous is that? I know plenty of high end perfume companies that will get you a sample, like Creed. I'm sure if they're selling bags and shoes for hundreds and thousands of dollars, they can afford to offer tiny samples. Stupid move. I'm sure they'd more than make up for the minuscule cost of a sample by selling more full size bottles. I'm a perfect example, I live 2 hours from the closest boutique and really wanted this fragrence, but I'm not buying it because of this.
