Is tokushuknife.com Legit?

Thank you for carrying one of my favorite knife companies in Moritaka and thank you for not inflating their prices to obnoxious levels. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast but very reasonable and better than many given the holiday season. I will definitely order more knives from you as I have in the past.

I got quick responses to questions and friendly service. Package was very secure and in great condition upon arrival.

This order was only strop shots which I use daily. Haven't tried others because I haven't needed to. I'm pretty versed and don't think there's anything better though. Now as far as tokushu. Always prompt, always reasonable andalways "as expected".

It was Tony's knowledge to the takamura sg2 knife I was planning on buying. Tony recommended the blade guard over the saya dye to getting scratches. Willing to give proper equipment over a bigger purchase price he has earned my respect

I’ve purchased several blades from Tokushu. When I first began looking into Japanese knives it can be very overwhelming. Zach and Tony truly take the time and explain them on a level that whether you are just starting out, or you’re true knife enthusiasts that has spent many hours learning about this vast community. I ordered a knife from Tokushu that didn't end up working out for me. I contacted Tony and asked what options I had, and he quickly got back to me and offered a return for store credit so I could get something that was better suited for my needs. I'll certainly be a return customer with customer service like that!

Excellent source for knives. Comprehensive site, a ton of variety but not a crippling about to look at and sift through. I actually ordered another knife from them basically as soon as the other showed up. Fast and free shipping too, the price on the site is the price you'd pay.

I purchased a custom Wa DANIEL RYAN Alder Burl - Brass Spacer - Black Horn - 90mm - 150mm Blades handle to go with a TAKESHI SAJI VG-10 GOLD DAMASCUS PETTY 130MM knife. Customer service was amazing. Had an issue with USPS and sent an email. Received a response in 5 minutes with a new shipment with UPS and apologies for the inconvenience. Hard to come by customer service like this these days. Knife rack is a perfect addition to our kitchen.

Someone trying to be helpful used my gyuto (purchased from Tokushu a few months ago) on something hard and chipped the blade in 3 places. Tokushu repaired it and returned it for a very reasonable price in a very very fast timeframe. Highly recommended!

My second knife from Tokushu and I'm twice as satisfied. The first one was a Yu Kurosaki Fujin petty knife. Killer. Great looks. Great blade. Great buying experience.So, why twice as satisfied? Well, my second knife was a Masakage Koishi Gyuto. Unbelievably great knife. Same great price. Same great service.Tokushu has great prices, great service, fast shipping, a great selection and the team is top shelf. You can't go wrong.

Order process is simple and easy. The knife ship promptly and the knife arrived in well protected package. The handle a slightly lose after usage, reached out to Tokushu expert the Zach, he quickly respond and provided return shipping label.

I ordered a knife and got an e mail saying it was delivered, but it wasn't at my apartment, and it was nowhere to be found. I contacted Tokushu to see if they could track it or find out where it was, and they just sent a replacement, which i did receive. They were very helpful, I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new knife!

The guys over at Tokushu, Tony and Zach, not only do an awesome job with their selection, but also have killer customer service. I had a package lost in the mail and they didn't hesitate to send a replacement while we figured out where the original went. I've ordered now several times from them and will continue!

They offer a superior product. They also offer the best customer service. PayPal had an older address stored, and, luckily I noticed it before the item shipped. I sent Tokushu Knife an email. They responded within thirty minutes and corrected the issue, which was actually my fault.

Tokushu is the place to be for knife nerds. It can be a bit overwhelming for new buyers but if you're looking for something that rare or hard to find it always seems to pop up here. I bought a blade and a custom handle, Zach verified everything would work together and assembled it for me for free. The assembly was as good if not better than the fit and finish on my Yoshikane which says alot.
