This is the best crypto tax company especially for us Boomers! Lots of hand-holding, lots of superb explanations, and no talking down to us. This company makes protecting our life-styles so much easier.Love it!

Was a rough start initially, partly due to a confusing phone call with TokenTax, but also partly because of my ignorance with all things crypto tax. I was frustrated, Demi showed up and got me through all the headaches of crypto taxation. For real, I had physical headaches. I got responses even on weekends which is insane, and response times of less than 24 hours over e-mail. Just today I finished filing on the tax extension deadline, they were still able to respond quickly. Now with a clear mind and taxes filed, I can start learning more about how this taxation stuff works for crypto and hopefully next year I'll have exactly zero headaches.

I've worked with TokenTax for three years now with good results. During Tax Year 2022, I had a particularly tricky set of transactions due to one protocol which changed its security ID and another which went out of business. I was able to schedule a 1:1 session with Samantha. Samantha was absolutely incredible. She was a great communicator and extremely savvy with the numbers. She fairly quickly figured out my issue and saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Thank you Samantha!!

Great software and fantastic Customer support. The software keeps improving and adding new coins, exchanges and wallets. Customer service is real people quickly responding and answering your questions clearly and with excellent links to more details. I've learned so much about crypto and having a resource like Tokentax for such an affordable price has made it that much more understandable. Thanks everyone!

I've tried other crypto accounting software & they've been a joke. TokenTax works really well & whenever I've had an issue or confusion their support has been excellent, issue is always resolved quickly.

I've been with TokenTax as a VIP since 2020, and they've been amazing, especially with my complex crypto transactions. They've handled everything perfectly, even helping me fix my 2019 taxes after an IRS issue. Their customer service is awesome, always fixing any problems and answering my questions clearly. I've seen their platform get much better over time, making it easier to use. If you're not dealing with a lot of DeFi or NFTs on different networks, their Premium plan should work great for you.

I am an 81 year old rookie investor. These young folks have shown EXTREME patience with my complete lack of technical ability in retrieving the information necessary for our tax accountant. I have told them to use my "dumpster fire" case study in their training. Tokentax is focused on helping you avoid painful audits and on teaching you how taxes work. They give you options so you’re an active participant in your taxes. They also caution you from making common mistakes. I have them do my full return. One of their accountants, Steve C, is particularly professional and punctual. He writes extremely clear messages about what is needed from you, follows up frequently, and applies the perfect amount of pressure to get things done. Brilliant GenZ support for Boomers! Every one of the ever-available support staff at TokenTax were informed, educated, patient and kind which is such an amazing relief for us septuagenarians. Crypto is an amazing way to deal with the debasement of our financial dreams and security, but the taxes are daunting. I've been using Token Tax for several years, and its always great. This year, i needed assistance from their support staff due to some formatting issues. Kerri, Emma, and Demi were terrific. The followed up with questions and answers very quickly. The ensured that the formatting issues were resolved by their staff very quickly. I tried doing my own crypto taxes and gave up after about a day or two. I had over 6k transactions and it was an absolute nightmare trying to do it on my own. I've been a VIP TokenTax user for years and it is 100% worth it to take that off my plate. They have excellent communication and have always been very very friendly and helpful. They do a phenomenal job and I can't imagine using anyone else for my crypto taxes.

I have used TokenTax for 2 years now, and not only has it helped make things easy for me and my CPA, as a relative tax and crypto novice I have learned a LOT that will help my for years to come. Software is pretty intuitive overall, very powerful with the API pulls.Only reason for 4 stars is it seems a bit pricey, that may change with time I presume as market competition picks up. But for now this is the way to go and I recommend it to anyone needing the service.

I looked at 3 different online companies for our crypto tax calculations. TokenTax was the only one who could answer my questions completely and in easy to understand terms. I had some hiccups connecting my exchanges but their live chat was right there and we corrected things. I literally have less than an hour invested in getting my tax forms ready for filing! They are prompt and courteous. Really, this stuff is easy...even for us older generations! Highly recommended!

Emma from TokenTax provided such great customer service today, I wanted to write a quick review as a thank you. She was quick to reply, thorough in her responses and courteous. She was patient and cheerful and went the extra mile by generating a report for me. TokenTax platform is generally intuitive and fast but nice to know excellent support is only a click away (be sure to enable popups on your browser to enable the chat button in the lower right).

I've tried three other crypto tax services before TokenTax. But this is now my second year using their services and I couldn't be happier. Their website is incredibly user-friendly and their customer service team is super responsive and helpful. They've spent what it seems like hours giving me personal attention to resolve some discrepancies in my transactions so that I don't have to pay more taxes than I need to. I wouldn't go anywhere else for crypto tax services. 10/10.

Good product that can handle all different types of crypto transactions, and it continues to improve over time. Customer support is really high quality, Robin knew every little detail and was able to help me work through some tricky issues.

Been using Token Tax for 4 years. Wrong almost every year, but usually not off more than $2K. 2023 was way worse than usual. There were so many transactions with errors that I had to pay for a different software to finish the job. It was literally counting hundreds of buys as sells even though there was no cost basis. Not worth $200.
