Is tobaccopipes.com Legit?

i placed 2 oders during my stay in dubai as its my second home i used my uae bank card so they cancelled my order since shipping address is kazakhstan. anyhow now im in kazakhstan and i write to customer service; im ready to use my local bank card and local address to avoid cancellation. and tobaccopipes reply was about “fraudulent transactions” which i find disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.just bought the same cigars with montefortuna, even better price.

I placed an order. A few days later it was cancelled with no explanation at all. Said "refunded" but has not been credited to my card.

Purchased 2 units of Zippo Crackle 1941.The service has been great, questions answered within 2 days and dispatching is fast. Could not give 5 stars because i am disappointed upon receiving a regular inserts which are not the for replica's 1941. They told me their inserts are all the same.

I am really happy with this store! I like the easy-to-navigate webpage....and the prices that they offer are excellent. I have received several items from them in the mail....and they are courteous and prompt....and I will continue to do business with them! They set a great example...doing business the old-fashioned way!

This is the only place I will get my tobacco from. I always get my orders when expected and have never had a problem with quality.

Same as other reviews here,I made an order here (order number 279226) , payed 40+ dollars extra for the Faster shipping.. and 3 days later the package is stil not at ups.I contacted customer service, and they turn out to be as dishonest as described by many others here .. Im happy i purchased using paypal, if my order never arrives, ll get my money back eventually.Avoid this shop!My paypal is xiematlive.be

See title of review. Received shipping notice but PO didn't receive item until 4 days later. I ordered a Bones Bent Billard but received a straight pipe in a bent billard box. I should have read other reviews before ordering from this company.

They have a great selection of every imaginable pipe tobacco. For real connoisseurs of excellent, relaxing pipe smoking, this is the store to shop.

Purchased the items last summer in 2020 and since June 2020 till this moment the shipping tracking number indicates that the item is still in Miami Florida International Distribution Center. Still the item has not been received, seller refused to refund my payment and asked me to check the store shipping policy! That is all!!! So I guess check the shipping policy before buying.

Had the same issue as just about everyone else. Made my order, they immediately took the money, it stayed in "awaiting fulfilment" for over a week. I messaged them stating my concern and how long it usually takes to fulfill. They of course messaged stating it is in hold due to age verification. How am I supposed to know that if they've never said anything about that? I had to reach out. So, they wanted a picture of my ID showing my name and date of birth.(Im in the 30's) Did that (even though it felt sketchy and probably was), then after another few days, they refunded my money with no explanation. I'm just thankful I got my money back. I don't understand how others get orders from this site, unless it's all fake. I would pay attention to all the negative reviews from this site.*Update* They left a message on my phone apologizing, something went wrong with the e-mail that I sent verifying my age. The Woman said she took care of everything and updated my information and that they shipped my items, hoping that they can regain my trust. I checked the site and it says shipped, $0.00. So if the package actually arrives, I will give them another go.* Fingers crossed that this WAS just a mistake and that there actually is an excellent customer service, because she sounded sincere and really nice.

Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered from these scum bags. Package sitting at distribution center and they require sender to make an inquiry. The guys at tobacco pipes can't even be bothered to make a phone call for an inquiry. My order was over 300$. These guys are the lowest of low. You just take people's money and could care less. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. 56% 1 star reviews says everything you need to know. Pathetic.

beware they are scammers...... They take your money but do not send cigarettes. Come to find out it is illegal to sell cigs to the USA because of tax evasion.

I wish I could give them a zero. I ordered my pipe tobacco on October 10. They took the money and I have not received my pipe tobacco.I have repeatedly tried to contact them by email and phoned. Absolutely no response.My order number is 406800

I am unable to provide feedback because I bought few items 5 months ago and did not receive my package yet!!! Unfortunately, the seller was not helpful.

Tobacco order came in, and it was missing half the order.Spoke to the lady in sales and they said they'd get the order shipped out and on the way.I finally after a few weeks of waiting have my tobacco. I gave them a 2.

I have just sent an email to offer them to change this practice, of not accepting responsibility after full payment received. And i will update accordingly, with their reply within 48hrs.I placed my order and after 3+ weeks, it is in another country! SWITZERLAND!!! And again, no refund because they aren't responsible for shipping! They provide the shipping meathod of ONLY USPS, they do not allow other shippers, they wash their hands of the product the second the payment is posted to their account! Please, take the lesson from so many here. Do not order from this company!Update as promised:They stick to their guns and highlight a "policy" that you cannot easily find on their site prior to checkout! This policy states (in short) "purchase at your own risk. Tobacco pipes .com is NOT responsible for shipping, as we cannot know the laws and policies of international borders.) Again, this policy is not highlighted at checkout. Nor is there any other shipping method aside of USPS. As well, there is no warning of possible quantity issues while checking out. But they are aware of such limits. Because they stated in their reply email, that they post accurate content quantity on packaging. And this is good! But it also shows that they do have knowledge of border requirements while shipping international. They just don't care if you get the package after you've paid. And all of their actions prove this to be true, with several experiences from clients.Take care of yourselves

Love the site easy to navigate great selection I don't understand all the bad reviews though iv been buying from them for years and always get what I ordered I live in Canada they have great customer service always friendly fast shipping I use the cheapest shipping option and a real tracking number is provided every time never had my shipment end up some where else either lol
