Is tlwsolicitors.co.uk Legit?

TLW dealt with a pension claim for me and I can’t thank them enough. I have real difficultly understanding pensions, like a lot of people, but Alex explained everything clearly and kept me fully update d throughout the claim. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and approachable and made the claims process easier to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I first heard about this company online as they were offering their services to people who had a bank overdraft for a number of years.I first got in touch last year and they have been so good in helping me claim my money back!I dealt with Florina first who excellent but then I was passed over to Elaine.She was nothing but professional from the start.Every step was communicated efficiently and effectively right the very start.She got a nice refund from my bank, something which I didn't even know I was entitled to.I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

The case took several years to settle, we've had different people dealing with the case whom have all stated either verbally or in written emails and letters that they expect the case to be settled/ paid out within a set time frame of a few weeks to a few months. It's actually took about 3 years. We've had to ring and chase them for updates throughout. Other people with solar panel claims whom we know with other solicitors have had their claims sorted in half the time it's took ours.

Accepted a marketing call about mis-sold solar panels. Didn't expect to get anything. TLW were very thorough, some repeated form filling but ultimately received compensation that had never thought I would.Kept me well informed throughout. 25% of award was payment for the work. Seems a lot but I wouldn't have got any compensation without the work of TLW.

TLW handled my successful claim for miss-sold and miss-managed SIPP. The process took a very long time due to companies going bust and the FSCS eventually having to get involved. They always kept me informed as to progress and were diligent in chasing up many companies for information. Ultimately they were successful and I am back where I should have been were I not given the poor advice and management. Thanks to Emily and her team!

For the amount of money they take , and yes I know they tell you at the beginning how much percentage they take , I feel that this company have been poor . Not enough communication as to how our claim was going, I can't remember how many different people have taken over the case . I won't be reccomending them

TLW were excellent throughout their representation, patient and i can say dogged! with limited information from myself there must have been hair pulling days for them but it never showed in any communication. they managed to bring about a successful outcome which would not have happened without their expertise.

Very easy to deal with and resolved my claim quicker than expected. Was kept updated throughout the process and was able to do everything online.

Avoid at all costs, they want you to sign up to a contract without providing you with their terms of engagement. Requested their terms on several occasions and was told their experiencing IT problems, followed them up after waiting a month and guess what .........still experiencing IT problems!!!??? Really???? Incompetent, incapable, inept!!

Be careful with using them, they offer you no win no fee for various claims but are hot on you possibly defaulting on agreements. They are too keen to end the agreement because they say you have defaulted and send you an enormous bill for work they say they have done on your case but you never get a invoice broken down into individual items.

TLW Solicitors acted on my behalf in a miss sold dispute, and came up trumps for me. Very pleased with the result. Would recommend them for any disputes u may have.

Emily Barr of TLW handled a pension claim for me. Everything was handled professionally, including the very competent receptionists. Emily was immensely helpful and continually checked that I understood the very lengthy procedure. The claim concluded with a payment to my benefit.

Just got a letter saying I'm getting my overdraft charges back and a bit more couldn't of done it without TLW Solicitors
