Is titolo.ch Legit?

I made an order on march 3 and at the shipping cost of UPS €50. I am still waiting for my order to be dispatched which proves to be ridiculous and disrespectful. I wrote to titolo about the status and they informed me that they are dealing with February orders still. This is the nearly the first and surely last time i order from them. It's a shame being a s Swiss company. I would have expected some basic professionalism but no. Even 1 star is too much for this experience.

1. Ordered a jacket online, took them 4 days to ship. 2. Switzerland - Germany shipping with ups is 32 EUR, which is ridiculous.3. The web-page says all tax duty paid, it is NOT - had to pay 70 EUR customs fee for my jacket.4. The jacket has a small defect - but no refunds.I wanted to buy a jacket with a discount, but with the shipping cost and customs fee it appeared to be of the same price as the manufacturer web-page. Would not recommend.

To whom may concern, Ordered multiple times, when an item is not available it takes 3-4 weeks for them to realise, they refund you but nothing more. Once received a 20CHF discount it did not work, informed them about it they never bothered replying = no customer care.

Got a pair of shoes for birthday. Unfortunately they had a manufacture defect. Titolo didn’t want to refund the money but after three weeks of going back and forth they agreed to give a gift card. The shoes I got for birthday was out of stock so I had to order another pair and pay more money. When the new pair arrived they was way to big even though they was the same size as the defect ones. Now Titolo don’t want to change them to a smaller size as they do not accept international returns, according to their Terms & Conditions.

Ridiculously bad. Titolo are holding £182 of my money and I haven’t received them. I ordered them on the 15th of May and I haven’t heard anything since. I have sent them multiple emails and Instagram dms and they haven’t replied. When you’re paying £50 over retail you’d think the service would be a lot better.I got my order confirmation and haven’t had a cancellation nor despatch notification however they’re happy to hold my money.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 High for 170€ then paid 32€ for shipping which is an enormous about of money for slow shipping. On their website it said that taxes are included but when the shoes arrived I had to pay an extra 77€ for import taxes because the package comes from Switzerland and I live in Germany. In the end I paid 280€ for a pair of shoes that’s only worth 170€. Complete scam. Definitely do not recommend ordering from them not matter where you live!

I have never had such a poor customer experience in my life! I bought a pair of sneakers as a present, two weeks later they tell me there was an error in the order and that the sneakers are not available. They refunded the money without even offering me store credit to choose a different model. A proper slam in the face!!This shop is best avoided!!

I have ordered a pair of trainers, only after my call after a couple of days I got an email next day saying they cant find the shoes in their warehouse so they refunded me the money back. Very very disappointing. The lady on the phone sounded lovely and polite, but still didn't change the fact that I was extremely upset.. I reckon I should have at least been offered some sort of discount towards my next purchase to make up for this.. You guys need to find a way to smoothen things up with customers you disappoint like that cause you'll drive everyone away.I can see I am not the first person with such experience.

Entered a raffle, was not aware they were going to take my money before the draw, they then said they were going to refund and it has been 2 weeks and they still haven’t

Firstly I received my order in 3 separate parcels..One order never arrived as they had no stock left of the product I purchased. However in one of my parcels they had sent two left feet... I sent 4 emails with no response. Eventually I called them and they said they would call me back with a solution and I am still waiting for a reply.. it has now been over 4 days I am still awaiting a response. So disappointed!

My package arrived correctly and product was as described. But be careful , in their Terms and conditions they have a NO EXCHANGE policy. My sneakers are too big and they do not want to take it back, even if I'm willing to buy another pair shoes and to not ask for a refund. That's a pretty confusing policy for a sneaker shop, I never had this kind of problem before.Now I have pair of shoes that I cannot wear....disappointing experience

I order a pair of Nike Lunar AF1 14 June 28 and I have yet to receive them. Now there's a block on my credit card because you all say my card has to be check through your credit card services. What am I suppose to do about money until this process is complete? Will I still receive my parcel or will I be refunded my money? Please respond to me via my email. [email protected]

Very very bad service...i have ordered 4 items. Still did not received it. I have send them an email. They are not answering quickly.. They still did not send me my package. I am waiting 3 weeks!!! payed €60 for shipping!!! Ridiculous!!! Very unfriendly service!! I will never order again...DO NOT ORDER AT TITOLO!!!

Please do not order during this time.I have already sent a question 2 times that I have not received.delivery is extremely expensive!!I have been waiting for an answer and shoes for 2 weeks.i undrestand they have a lot of work to do butcould be written off..

I bought and paid for a pair of GT Manchester Spzl trainers and then received an email from this company to say that they have a defect. They sent me a picture and asked me if I still wanted then to which I replied immediately that I didn't and I asked for them to cancel the order and issue me with a refund. It is now 24hrs later and I am still awaiting a refund so I have had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.To top it all off I have just received an email from them staying that they replied to my emails (which they didn't) and that they have issued me a refund via PayPal (which they haven't). I have evidence to prove that they are lying.It's safe to say that I will never use this as it is the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life and that's saying something.I strongly advise anybody to use a different company.

I have order 4 times from that Eshop and the experience is awful!They are amateurs at all.2 times I order after 6 days they said that there isn’t number available for 2 pairs that I order and for the other 2 pairs it’s ok.They don’t reduce the shipping cost and I pay shipping as I have order for 4 pair of shoes!Totally rediculoua way of eshop!The 3rd time I order (big order 680 euro) I wait more than 2 weeks to send me the tracking number of order but nothing!I sent them a lot of emails and after more than one month they replied to me and the excuse was that my mail dropped at junk mail and they didn’t see!!!I ask them you didn’t see a big payment 680 to realize what was that?Never get back answer I get a claim to credit card customer care and I get a refund from card but all these takes me more than 3 months and a lot of papers to fill!!That shop must be banned by security companies to protect customers!!Never order again by this scam!!

I found a Nike Track Jacket on this website that i have been looking for, for ages! The bad reviews here though, held me back a litte, but i ended up paying for it and just hope for the best.. Everything went smooth! I live in Denmark and was expecting to pay customs duty, since this company runs in Switzerland (not part of EU) - so i did without any problems. I received the jacket after one week and a half and the condition of it is just perfect - true to size and color on the pictures. After my personal experience with Titolo AG, I highly recommend this website and suggest all potential buyers not go along with the bad reviews!

Now,it’s about two months i’m waiting answer about wrong model of pant they sent me. shop told me:sent me back wrong model at your cost and then we’ll send the right pant and money of shipping. I did, and then ghosts.Would be a pleasure talk whit your.

if your package gets lost or stolen during delivery you will pay for it out of your own pocket, titolo doesn't insure their packages when shipping with UPS to cut down costs so good luck, they also dont refund you or replace the items they or their couriers lost.

the only sneaker shop I order from in Switzerland! honestly best choice of sneakers and nicest customer service! never had any issues with them..even tho my order was delayed due to corona that's to be expected really so can't complain. but everything arrived and was in great condition :)
