tissotwatches.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives tissotwatches.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 87.1. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 87.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to tissotwatches.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning tissotwatches.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between tissotwatches.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of tissotwatches.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of tissotwatches.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. tissotwatches.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether tissotwatches.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether tissotwatches.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, tissotwatches.com.

order number is: #39000001252:Reference: T1256171105100. I have an extremely disappointing experience with my recent Tissot purchase. The watch started running slow just few days after I received it. After the first repair, the issue persisted. I sent it back again two weeks ago for a replacement or refund, but have received no updates or confirmation from Tissot. In summary, I have experienced poor product quality and subpar customer service. I expected much more from a brand like Tissot.
First ofvall I would never buy tissot again.my watch broke inner workings sent to tissot secaucus n J.they rec it apr 1 ,2o24.ive called numerous times and u have to stay on holding for a mi .of 40 min.each time I told them to fix only the inner workings, about $200.lately been getting emails that it would be fixed by June 28.now they sent new email saying butter case needs to be changed . I've told them NO numerous times but now they have to order parts. Now. They have had it since Apr1.i finally said if that's how they r treating me send watch back.never buy swatch tissot
Purchased a T Touch Solar (£1,000). Tissot sell it as primarily a watch, rather than a 'smart' watch. Because perhaps, it's not very smart, doesn't actually work. Very fiddly set-up, menu functions crazy complicated. Managed to get it to connect to the App... but then Tissot updated their App, connection lost (see App Store reviews !). The App is awful rendering the watch largely useless. Customer services invite you to send the watch for diagnostic - but the reviews/feedback there is similarly poor (expensive bills, time taken to return the watch). I don't think there's anything technically wrong with the watch... it's the App. The T Touch isn't fit for purpose, Tissot really shouldn't be selling it.
Complained to Tissot regarding the clasp fastener on my wristwatch. The wristband is almost impossible to fasten one handed. The actual fastener stands proud of the wristband when fastened. Tissot told me this was a feature of the watch. Biggest load of rubbish I ever hear. Poor quality manufacturing is more likely.Would I buy from them again - not in a million years, would I recommend them- not on your life.
Bought my Tissot watch a year ago it’s been worn a total of five or six times and it stopped working. Local jeweller tells me it’s not the battery. Things happen, but literally cannot get a hold of customer service, have called them a dozen times either get hung up on or nobody answers. Finally got through to the sales line. Spoke with somebody they assured me they would mail me the necessary return box for service, nothing has come! Tried to call them back again nobody picks up. This is at swatch group, the owners of Tissot customer service in Canada. This is absolutely atrocious service.
My son's 1 year old £200 watch was losing time so we went online to exercise the 2 year warranty. Upon completing our contact information, within 48 hours Tissot sends a free pre-paid parcel so as to return the faulty watch. We have now sent 2 completed forms the last one being on 22nd March 2021 but still no pre-paid parcels. The latest email received was from Ms. Jenni Buswell (Customer Care Executive!) based in Southampton informing us that the package should arrive within 3-5 working days. There is nobody in the office to phone due to Covid. What else can we do but write a poor review on Trustpilot
Tissot CS Belgium and CS Portugal: Horrible service. To replace a crown on my PRC200 (17 years old), they want to replace the entire movement, charging 200 dollars, approximately 50% of a new watch (450 dollars). Completely disproportionate. A scam. The watch is in perfect working conditions, except for the crown that doesn't screw.Very bad service compared to other watch makers TAG Heuer (excellent) and Citizen (Very good). As comparison, TAG Heuer charged me 60 euros to replace the crown of my Series 1500 watch (price 2.000 dollars, 27 years old).I will trash the Tissot watch, I refuse to pay 50% of a new watch to replace the crown. TOTAL LOSS.
Appalling service, con company for after service. Paid in excess of £300 plus for full service which comes under warranty but had a crown snapped after a months and being told it's due to life style, wear and tear or shock and won't be covered asking me to pay £220 day light robbery. As I refused to pay and they won't even sell parts advising me to go to independent shops. Never in my life again from Tissot brand
Beware - Tissot nor its shops will tell you but at least some of its battery models have to be returned to the manufacturer or an authorised repairer just to fit a new battery. Check before you buy!I did complain to the UK center but just got a standard reply about where I can send the watch.
Tried to change the battery myself on my Tissot Touch. Watched the usually YouTube’s on the matter and adhered to the instructions. Tried it and failed. Emailed Tissot UK. No quibble response. The emailed back saying that they would send a reply paid envelope and a special transportation box to return the watch to them. The package arrived promptly and the watch has been returned. It’s a work in process And I will update but so far EXCELLENT response.
Sent a watch to UK service for repair and service. Was quoted price once received at service centre. Once approved was quoted for return date. Watch received today 3 1/2 weeks early and it looks fantastic. Great comms throughout and very approachable.
Every time i visit the shops of Tissot i am having lovely, elegant store. My experience has always been professional and welcoming. I have always been served by a very knowledgeable and lovely lady. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the team!! keep safe.
I have worn my Tissot chronograph everyday for about 28 years apart from having replacement batteries at which time I have had it serviced, it has always kept perfect time . I would recommend Tissot without any hesitation.
This review is in regards to the after-sales service of Tissot and not the actual watch. Bought my first Tissot in December 2023, I had the case back professionally engraved after receiving it. I decided a month later I preferred the original look and sent the watch to Tissot for a quote on just a replacement case back. I was in utter disbelief when I received a PDF quote of £156 (for a one month old watch that was worn on 2 or 3 occasions) recommending it needed servicing and replacement bracelet in addition to the case back. Absolute joke. To add insult to injury, they also invalidated the warranty due to the engraving and send me back my watch with the bracelet not fully attached.
What a con. You buy a prestige brand and expect it to last. 17 years on they describe your watch as vintage and tell you they no longer do spares/replacement parts for it. Offer a time limited voucher "as a loyal customer" of £250 that can only be used on a purchase over £500 and can only be redeemed on their website products!!!!!!My equivalent watch is over £1,000 on their site. They charge a mint to change the battery and service the watch in it's lifetime then throw you out with the bathwater.Wouldn't go anywhere near them ever again.Swiss quality? Customer focus?Steer well clear of Tissot
Very poor customer service. I bought a watch fro my husband and they forgot to take the links out. So I sent the watch back and two month later they sent it back to me but again they did not fit it correctly to his wrist measurement and only took one link out as opposed to two. Finally they offered to pay for me to go into one of their suppliers to get the watch adjusted but why was I not offered this optioned the first time around?
Do not waste money on Tissot, their customer service is completely non-existent and I cant even get a new stainless steel bracelet for my watch. I would never buy Tissot again, thats for sure.
Poor customer service. The watch has been in warranty twice now. Both times the work somehow falls outside the warranty and will cost £100 plus. Selfie the first time and got the work done with the promise of the warranty next time. Won’t you later same result trying to charge me another hundred pounds. Sharks. Do not buy from this company.
I have a Tissot watch and I like its classic and elegant style. It is a reliable, stylish and precise timepiece. With regards to the company, I appreciate that they promote projects that share their values. They have several sport partnerships, including the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation, NBA, Tour de France and since 2011 they are the official timekeeper of MotoGP™.
I really like the design of their watches. It is trendy and has quite many models that will make it hard for you to decide which one is the best.I recently bought one, and I literally love it!In my opinion, this is a brand that offers the best quality for the price. While it’s not the cheapest brand of watches, their prices are quite reasonable and affordable.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
