Is timeshop24.de Legit?

Very unpleasant experience, watch arrived looking not new, scratch on back. Contacted seller, very abrupt and denying issue, had to claim through paypal despite me sending seller evidence. Not sure watch is even genuine now.

I bought a solar watch at a very reasonable price and am very pleased with it. The purchase process was simple and delivery was within the time specified.

They sell fake watches. I bought one looked good but after less than a year a button stuck and the repair confirmed that this is just a standard Japanese mechanism inside:( Luckily, mine is not totally crap quality, but definitely not the Bulova I had expected.

Ok. Have not actually opened packaging yet as a Birthday present and got delivered in lovely gold wrapping paper and red bow. So wont see watch until 20th of march. But communication throughout delivery and speed were all perfect. Obviously happy with packaging as not opening till next month as present . Will update when actually see product! But well worth 5 star rating so far

Usually don’t bother writing a review. But this retailer deserves one. Ordered a Citizen watch then before shipping it out I kindly asked if I could add a second watch and either have some discounts or save on shipping, which they accepted. The customer service took care everything with a couple hours. Very efficient and smooth transaction overall. Will buy from them again.

I've bought Casio, Seiko and Jacque Lemans watches all from this German website and been impressed with every transaction. It's a great website, decent selection of watches and has good deals and would recommend them to anyone.I'll continue to buy from them as well thanks to their efficent shipping service.

Watch arrived within 4 days, but had a micro scratch on sapphire crystal. (I requested free band reduction, so this is probably where it happened.) After complaining for a bit I was offered a 20 euro refund, which was fine for me, since you could barely spot the scratch. Besides this minor incident, everything went smooth and delivery was fast. Contacting support was also not hard at all.

Just got my Citizen Promaster Dive watch :(BN 0191-80L).The watch arrived well packaged and also included the Yellow Scuba case which was cute and unexpected.I had a query prior to purchase which was answered immediately.The price was about €30 cheaper than Amazon UK.Overall a very pleasant experience.

I ordered a Citizen watch from TimeShop24, it was a great deal and cheaper than anywhere else. Unfortunately My PayPal pulled through my address wrongly - so the watch was not deliverable. This was no Fault of TimeShop24.Oliver at TimeShop24 went out of his way to help me, Communications were fantastic, the watch went back to them, the address was corrected and resent out. My watch arrived today, I am delighted with it!I can not recommend them enough.

I ordered a Versace watch only a week or so before Christmas. There were some initial (system?) issues with my delivery address appearing wrong on every email they sent, but they delivered to the correct address in the UK only 2 or 3 days later

My seiko watch got delivered from Germany to Australia in just 4 days. Super impressed with the speed of delivery and quick responses provided on chat. I contacted the customer services team twice and received and message within less than a day. The initial email with order confirmation included incorrect tracking number but after contacting the team I got message with the right code. The customer service team is very efficient and engaged.

Just avoid them unless you are buying a 50euro watch. Bought a 800euro Oris Aquis and the pin broke on the day of delivery and when I brought it for repair found out the serial number in the warranty card didn’t match the number on the watch. When I returned the watch the next day it was delivered, they denied to give a full refund saying that there was a scratch in the watch lol

I am from Czech Republic, ordered watch (Orion Star) got in 3 days. (Everything tends to be more expensive in CZ than DE from some reason. Just for comparsion, the watch me on timeshop24 cca 21000CZK, in czech shops around 27000CZK)

Excellent service from start to finish. The package got held up at the border for a couple of weeks but that was due to Brexit and not Timeshop24. Bought an Oris Aquis for my partner and just wow! Believe this is an old model from about 2-3 years ago so maybe old stock but came brand new with all the seals and protective film in place, tags and warranty card and even a 2 year warranty from Timeshop24. For the price paid which is almost half the retail price, I expected an ex display model, so was very surprised to see that it was brand new and in immaculate condition. Great service from Timeshop24 and will be using them again in the future.

Got send a slightly damaged watch, but i think this was due to shipping and not timeshop24. It was solved very professionally and fast by the company. Customer service is great! Will definitely order in the future.

I have on 03.12.2018 with the order number ******* made a purchase, paid for watches and watch straps and chose the international delivery with German Post. The seller changed the carrier without my knowledge and sent another courier service. He caused me to unexpected expenses in the form of debt collection and brokerage services. The same day I wrote to the customer service of the business. I hoped that & quot; reasonable people & quot; worked there. I wanted them to cancel the delivery from a muddy forwarder, cancel the transaction, and return the money. The store ignored my requirements and began to hang noodles on the ears. So two weeks passed, the package came back to the seller, the store did not return the money. They did not even apologize, by the way, I got the money only after 2 months thanks to the Paypal support dispute. The shop did not want to return my picture and left the goods at home. This is not a praised German quality. These are circus performances from the gateway that rob gullible people. Many reviews about this store can be found in the last year of the negative. If you want to buy a good watch and get it guaranteed, you will see other offers for comparison. Good luck to all readers.
