Having tried 5 other companies who sell similar NMN products, this is the first which has actually had an effect. My lesson here is don't buy cheap China manufactured versions. This is made in the UK under strict lab conditions. I am honestly quite shocked at my increase in strength and the fact my latest blood results are showing a big improvement.

I purchased Berberine Phytosome it does work as I tested my BG shortly after taking the recommended 2 capsules making it 1000mg. The packaging is nice and the product does work however I do feel there are cheaper products on Amazon etc that I have purchased which are cheaper to buy and work faster and better. Overall I will continue to use my time health products until they are finished however I probably wouldn’t purchase again unless they were on a deal.
