I'm astonished at how well Time Etc matched me with a VA. Her qualifications are perfect for my needs, and she is a pleasure to work with. I also love the suggestions and prompts Time Etc provides to help nurture the relationship and increase the chances of success. I highly recommend this service.

The process to be matched with an assistant was quick and easy. After our initial call Sarah jumped right it and tackled our first task, she learns quick is organized and I'm surprised by how quickly we established a rapport. She's shaved an hour off my day easily already and we've only been working together for about two weeks.

I explained that I needed help with a medical-related task. A candidate was provided to me. I spent several hours writing out the task in full detail, to be as helpful to the candidate as possible. Days later, the candidate said that they could not to medical-related tasks, even though I had requested that up front, and they tried to give me another candidate and make me explain again.They claimed they had done work—hours—in the first month, even though they had delivered nothing.EDIT: they refunded my payment after more than an hour dealing with them.

My experience with Time Etc. has been great. After an initial rocky start with my first virtual assistant the company immediately pivoted and found another virtual assistant who is working very well. She responds to my emails quickly and effectively manages my google calendar. She is also a great writer and I have included her in one of my projects as a result. I recommend Time Etc if you need additional administrative assistance.

I was so nervous about hiring a VA and a VA service. I've been burnt before and honestly wasn't sure I was ready. I love the process, the secure payment, secure password tools, the app, just the whole experience. So far my VA has been amazing. She's professional, communicative, and gets stuff done! The moment after my initial consultation with Time Etc. I could feel that I made a good decision. I even slept better that night. TE sent me a perfectly tailored assistant and we have been off to the races ever since. I have been able to devote more time to cerebral pursuits while delegating tedious tasks to my TE assistant, who completes them flawlessly. I urge anyone and everyone to engage with TE for the betterment of their situation. TE's video tutorials and general support network are also very helpful to approach everything in an organized manner.

I can't explain how much having my assistants have saved me. It is so wonderful finding someone to support my business. And I absolutely love the fact that if it doesn't work - no hard feelings - move onto another assistant. That is hard because I don't like being the bad guy when relationships don't work! But I have found some real gems in working with Time Etc and love what the work they do!

I have wasted more time with the assistants on TimeETC than I have saved. These assistants are not monitored well, and clearly are able to get away with way more than what is appropriate.Far too often, I find that I am billed for hours, and never receive the finished product.Or a product is sent, and after the fact, the tanker will add on extra time, even though the job has been completedNot to mention, the quality of the work is beyond poor. Just a whole mess. They need to manage these assistants better.

Room to Breathe!My virtual assistant has given me an opportunity to get my email under control and has given me room to breathe and wrap my head and TIME on only what is critical and necessary instead of getting bogged down by the noise of tasks that can be handled by someone else. I did have a not so great experience with my first assistant, but Time, etc quickly replaced them and it has been smooth sailing for over a month now. Worth every penny!
