Is tigerofsweden.com Legit?

I found a coat I quite liked at one of Tiger of Sweden's retail locations but wanted to get it in a different color, which created a series of problems for me. The in-store employee let me know that they maintain a completely different system for online retail so they couldn't just order me the jacket I had just tried on in a different color, and that I would have to order it myself.I did this, but was shown different color values in my order confirmation on the site and in email. I reached out to customer service and the agent cancelled my order rather than fixing it for me, telling me I would have to re-order.I did this, and had the same exact problem happen to me again.Reached out to customer service a second time about this and a different agent told me they looked into it and that my order was actually correct, despite what the email said.Then I heard back from the first agent who had cancelled my order yet again, telling me to place the order a third time and offering me a discount code. Can't do that, as the jacket's now sold out in the color/size combo I tried to buy twice.From these interactions, I'd imagine there's a lot of cost-cutting and outsourcing at this place that's led to some real organizational challenges. It seems like customer service isn't actually empowered to help customers. Ultimately, I haven't lost any money and have probably saved myself time/grief looking at other reviews here, since I never had to return the incorrect garment they were going to send me.

I've been buying Tiger clothing for 20 years - the quality (workmanship, material, jackets with only one inside pocket, etc.) has been deteriorating badly for some time now. This is also confirmed by retailers. Complaints about defects are quite brazenly dismissed. What a loss!

Just awful. No words to summarise the lack of quality versus the price. Bought a corduroy suit, during first use, torn off. Bought two sweaters , both wool, made in china and awful substandard quality of materials but also knitting. They are dissolving with every wear and falling apart (can post photos if requested). I also bought another suit whose fitting was unacceptable, i returned it for a refund. The only positive, their return service is great. Never again for me

I'm appalled by the low quality of this so-called premium brand. I own a trenchcoat and a pair of dress leather shoes from Tiger of Sweden. The trench coat I've had to had it sewn/mended every season going on ten years now. From buttons falling off to holes in the pockets to bigger things requiring tailoring, it's a mess of a coat. And not even a warm one, at that.The leather dress shoes looked like garbage after less than six months' use. They did not keep their color at all and are just generally uncomfortable. The leather quality is really bad.ToS used to be a quality brand one could depend on. It is no longer, and I have decided to go elsewhere.

Poor quality and bad service.I got a belt as a gift for my birthday. In under one year the belt is falling apart it looks like the glue in the leather is detariarting . extremly poor qualety and no one at Tiger of Sweden will take responsebilety for it . I must say I am extremly dissapointed in the poor quavelty and poor service. Over priced and poor quality.i can not recomend this brand.

The return policy is very strict and the costumer hotline, wich is in Sweden to make it even more rigid, did not do much to help. This is expensive clothing bought directly from the manufacturer so I guess I expected more. Very disappointed.

I am totally disgruntled as I write this review. It was my first online order with them and bought Corin coat in black colour. order no : 5200490651. I was looking forward to my orderbut the coat design itself is quite faulty. The top most button on the collar neck was faulty and there was no so space to tie the button ... also around the hips, there were less buttons and in the Danish windy weather, it does not serves your purpose. you pay a high price for this premiym brand basically get nothing. Upon returning, they deducted a small fee(as they say) and this info is not mentioned on Returns or terms and conditions page. what the fuckkkkkk ... like seriously ... and I was speaking to Katharine from customer service and she is couldnt refund the money back to a first time customer. way disappointed and will surely never turn back at this brand

Don't shop with them if you are based in the US or Canada. For any returns you will have to pay for the return shipping TO DENMARK. So returning your item will most likely cost $200 or more shipping across the atlantic and will take 4-6 weeks.

it has been second that i buy suites from Magasin TIGER OF SWEDEN. the bigest mistake ever the worest quality ever... and the service is even worest .. i don not recomend to buy tiger of sweden

Jeans are broken on the butt area after four months. Very embarrassing. Literally the quality cannot be worse. The company is a scam

I bought a 299 euro trench coat from the brand, for about 75% less. Polyester, made in China, very basic design, quality not too far from, let's say, a Jack&Jones product. Didn't like the fabric so I returned it. Paying full price for something like this would be truly ridiculous.

Overrated and overpriced. Poor quality bags and suits. I bought some suit pants for my husband were the seams in the crotch went up after only a fews uses. I also bought a leather bag which is very easily scuffed and marked even after caring for the leather. Weak flimsy straps and hooks on the bag. I bought a leather card holder that literally fell apart after a year.I really like the brands concept and design, however I won't be so quick to buy from them in the future.

People are saying i buyed an item with polyester, its bad quality omg etc ...but it's not their fault if you don't use your brain and don't check the composition of the item before buying.almost every brands have item with polyester.peoples talk too fast without thinking.Tiger of Sweden have very hight quality items with decent price.

Totally new pair of Tiger jeans. I took the jeans Home and 2nd time I used my jeans 2, strops in the Jeans broke. I took my jeans to Tiger of Sweden in Illum Copenhagen where I bought them. They Said it needed to be repaired even if it seemed unlikely that a repair would help. The Tiger of Sweden shop lady and I agreed, but at the Head Office Tiger they Said it should be repaired. According to rules even if the quality of the trousers where poor.As i live in Kolding 2 hours away it was not what I hoped, but I agreed and 2 weeks after i picked up the trousers and they broke/it happened again 2 time! 1.5 month later as I live 2 hours away I come back with the expectation that I would finally get a new pair. 2 month later. Exactly the same happened again. = I decided to give back Tiger of Sweden their poor….. faulty jeans back. My defeat was inevitably! 🐽🐽🐽🤬🤣🤣🤣Service and Tiger of Sweden is a city in Russia. In Illum Sandro is just 4 steps away from Tiger if Sweden ILLUM and Sandro give a SUPERB service, have QUALITY products so I decided to buy a pair of jeans with Sandro and 3 more iteams. This is almost a clothing fairytale 😁😁

The people i corresponded with in Sweden and in a UK store were all most helpful. Alas, since i deleted my account in order to stop getting emails from them i have already received an unsolicited email from them asking me to 'complete the sign up process'. The email is addressed to the specific name they had from me in my account, which means that haven't deleted my account either. Finally, although their ethics aren't suspect enough for me to boycott them i still find them suspect, as given. I would have liked to have given them 5 stars.

In general, I use a lot of their products and are normally very happy with both the quality and services. However, I recently bought a Red Sweatshirt, which after a wash obtained some slightly black colour patterns from the other clothes in this wash. This is something that can happen, but the item was the only thing in this wash that got coloured, which I found odd since it was of the same material, and not the brightest item.So I checked up on the chemical reactions that happen if a colour bleeds, and found after some reading in scientific journals that today this is not a common problem, due to the industries using an after colour finish (Both in the case of Acid dyes or reactive dyes). This ensures that the clothing does not easily accept further Acid Dyes. And since the reactive dyes that bleed are bond in the water, due to the hydrolyses that pull them out. It is most likely an Acid Dye that made the colour patterns on the Sweatshirt. Thus if the sweatshirt was finished as other clothes are today after the colouring phase, it would not accept the dye that easily, which also explains why it is not a common problem anymore, and why the rest of the washes (last 4 years) have not had this problem. So to conclude, for Sweatshirt at least go for a HugoBoss, Nike, Pole and so on instead, since they are in the same price range and does not have these problems. Furthermore, the Support was very insisting on the fact that the cotton/polyester clothes bleed/accept colours often. This is correct if they are not treated. Another thing the reactive dyes that many textile companies often use do not bleed colour that can bind to another textile in a wash as mentioned. Due to the water/dye ratio being to low.

Very happy with their trousers and jackets. Nice store on Piccadilly London too. I had to deal once with the customer service following some nasty issue with UPS (which made me pay tax duties for no reason), and CS very kindly and efficiently solved it. Thank you again Nadin from CS.

I bought a beautiful jacket in the summer sale and was really happy until my jacket got stolen in a bar in Amsterdam.I asked the customer support if I they could help me with finding the jacket again, which was again available in the Tiger of Sweden winter collection for the full price. They took 50% off the price again for me especially. Great quality & Great service@

I bought a suit. The quality was very bad!!! 400€ for a suit fully made out of polyester. Don't know why people want to wear mineral oil.The fit was also very bad, very standard. Looks like they dont have their own cut. Send it straight back. Will never turn back to this brand.Instead i bought one from Hugo Boss. Fully made out of pure new wool for only 100€ more.
