tiffany.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives tiffany.com a fairly high trust score on the platform: 80.8. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 80.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to tiffany.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning tiffany.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between tiffany.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of tiffany.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of tiffany.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. tiffany.com is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether tiffany.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether tiffany.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, tiffany.com.

I purchased a bracelet on line using a gift card and also with a payment from my bank account.I have received no bracelet 2 weeks later and not even acknowledgement of my order. On calling their client care team I was told there was no record of the purchase and was asked to send screen grab of my bank account showing the payment and details of the gift card which I duly did. I asked for confirmation of my order and that the e mail had been received. I have since spoken to the team and was asked to re sent all prior e mails which I did.. I asked for a call back to confirm receipt and was told I would get one that day - but did not. It is now 2 weeks from my order and still no reply to multiple emails and 2 telephone queries. A truly grim and worrying experience.
We visited Tiffany & Co while in Paris for our anniversary and purchase the "Metro five-row ring" after having seen the piece while in NYC. What a mistake! Since then multiple diamonds have fallen out of the ring without any reason. We sent the ring in for repairs only to have more diamonds fall out within 2 weeks of the repair being completed. When we sent the ring back in for repairs again we were advised we would be responsible for paying for the repairs. I strongly encourage you to avoid Tiffany & C0 for your next jewelry purchase.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof. They brand their products as "quality" and lasts a lifetime. I had a ring recently fall apart basically, the soldering gave way and the ring ended up in 3 pieces. I sent it in for repair, or replacement, and was advised that it could not be soldered, nor were they going to replace it, as apparently it was not a defect, but rather my fault as I had damaged it??? I'm not sure how that could happen, as I simply wear it and am not engaged in any activity which would damage it in any way. I have been a good customer, having purchased many items, but will never buy anything from them again. Their marketing is very misleading as they don't stand behind their products at all. They are not to be trusted.
Tiffany is NOT AN INVESTMENT-‘Every Tiffany design is crafted to last a lifetime’ says Tiffanys slogan…. but please be aware ONLY if you have your piece serviced for £145 annually (for gold). We've bought many pieces of Tiffany jewellery over the years for special occasions as we thought it was 'quality brand’, even making collections from some pieces. I feel so let down by their Customer Service aftercare. My Else Peretti Jade bean earrings literally fell apart – the jade fell off the mount. I was shocked to see that it was stuck on with glue. When I travelled into London to show them and explain, I was told that it would cost £145 to repair because I didn’t have my earrings serviced regularly – what a bonkers idea!! Will invest instead in a tube of superglue for less than £5, and will never buy from Tiffany’s again. Hardly a 'quality brand'-please take note.PS the earrings are £1300 :(
Absolutely horrific customer experience - we have been customers for many years and made several purchases. One ring was only worn about 6 times over 10 months and became cracked - we took it back in as the product was clearly not fit for purpose and regardless should last longer than this. We expected they would repair - but they stated that the issue was ours (what, by wearing the ring?!?!) and wanted to charge £145 for repairs. For should a ‘quality brand’, this sort of customer experience is terrible - the lady serving was very poor. Remember she was happy to take money and the commission at the time, but the after service was terrible. Will never buy from Tiffany’s again! Would recommend you don’t either!
Unfortunately I can’t give no stars. Product broke within 4 months. Shipped to them at a cost, item returned undeliverable. Shipped again at more cost to same address and this time they received it. I was then greeted with standard £75 charge to repair, another £10 to post back. Local jeweller can repair for £35. Probably cost me that on postage alone. Pandora necklaces outlast this at a fraction of the price. Poor company, stay clear there is genuine reason for these very low ratings.
Reached out to Tiffany as had ordered replacement silver stud earrings but they were too small. Firstly I contacted them as the order was delayed with no explanation - Tiffany never replied. I emailed them again and they asked me to send an image, which I did. Have had no response whatsoever! Shocking from such a prestige brand!
Took my wife in as I wanted to get her a special birthday gift from T&Co.. our advisor barely spoke English so we had little conversation with her… She understood us enough to get the ring I was looking for and size my wife’s finger, she even had the right size 👍. 4 ⭐️
Left my wedding ring set for repair estimate over two weeks ago and still don't have an estimate. Service lines calls are not picked up and messages left are not returned. Sales staff are pleasant but do not return calls as promised. Very poor service. I will not shop there again.
Ordered a necklace for my daughter’s 18th Birthday that didn’t arrive in time- what’s worse I ordered it through their customer service that is meant to promise excellence as standard! Was told it would arrive in 3-5 days- it didn’t, very disappointed as my daughter is an outpatient at Addenbrooks with a metabolic disorder- her 18th Bday is a huge milestone for us all- all we wanted was that little turquoise box with white ribbon to celebrate! This was a certain piece that had just come back into stock in one of their stores which is why I called and ordered it over the phone. I would have collected it but was told it would get to me in time by post! So bad for what’s meant to be such a luxury brand with excellent service- we were all disappointed at what should have been such an amazing day
I was SHOCKED when I went in to get a rhodium treatment redone on a ring I bought there because it only lasted 6months and they did NOTHING. It also stings when I found that $400 I paid could have been $200 at Calgary Jewelers with a warranty! Don’t waste your money going to Tiffany’s!!
I would have given zero if i could. I recently bought the bracelet £265 for the first time however i put my old address for delivery because i just moved to my new address last week so as soon as i got confirmation, I emailed , chat message, whatsapp nothing work. Next earl morning call the customer service but the lady said i can change the address myself with dpd but i said it is not possible, i can only change the house number not the whole postcode because i have moved to diff county yet she kept repeating the same sentence again and again . I contacted dpd they said only sender can change the address so now i am waiting for parcel to get lost. There is no help at all from tiffany & co. This is riduculous being such a reputed company no help whatsoever. Did not expect this absurd act from tiffany. Funny thing is similar thing happened in the past with my address and two of the other not very known company resolved my issue in a short period of time. At least they tried and helped.I will never shop from tiffany & co in the future.
Ridiculous company. I ordered the wrong item so contacted them straight away to cancel the order. I was told that the order can’t be cancelled and I’d have to return the item “but returns are free”. Oh yeah great, I’ll faff about re-packing it, finding a UPS drop off place then wait for my partial refund as the postage doesn’t get refunded!
Both me and my partner would like to give a special shout out to Chelsea in the Manchester exchange Selfridges branch! She was attentive to our needs, friendly and made us feel very welcome. She assisted us with an exchange on our item and also buffed up my partners ring. She went above and beyond for us and she mentioned she’s just joined the company. Honestly with some of the previous experience we have received she has definitely turned things around and she is a role model for other staff members. We wish her nothing but success in her career!
Bought 3 silver necklaces all have quickly and very visibly blackened within a week of wear. Very poor quality silver... have never seen anything blacken as rapidly. Have emailed / rang Tiffany and got their usual response... buy a cleaning cloth etc...shocking, given the price tag and brand reputation! Will no longer purchase from them.
Yesterday morning, I ordered a ring for my wife’s birthday, with a promised delivery time of 1 p.m. today. Instead, I received a notification from DPD this morning, offering a delivery slot between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.—a time when no one will be home, and right before we leave for a flight tomorrow. Why offer a service you can’t fulfill? Customer service suggested delivering the ring to a neighbor. A Tiffany ring, left with a neighbor I don’t even know? That’s hardly appropriate. What’s worse, I wasn’t informed of the delay, nor was there an apology—just a standard notification, as if I had bought a kettle from eBay. I expected much better from Tiffany. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
Unfortunately my Wife's Tiffany Bean necklace broke twice! First time we got it repaired, then the repair broke but it fell off and we couldn't find it. Tiffany will not replay or warranty their own faulty work here. DO NOT BUY TIFFANY PRODUCTS! If this is their approach with already a repaired shown in the history, they do not stand by their products. The quality is clearly gone and their trying to gain margin by increasing price and cutting value based on brand name. Hopefully this saves people the trouble and avoid this purchase.
Ankit at the Tiffany Store in King of Prussia is a wonderful, patient Professional. Each year for the last 15+ years, I have given my daughter, my Grandaughter and my two daughter in law's a Christmas eve gift in the famous tiffany blue box.4 Tiffany Gifts for 4 women of various ages is aa challenge enough but to accomplish that within some kind of budget is even more challenging. It is because of Tiffinay Representatives like Ankit and my belief in the Tiffany Brand, that I keep coming back.Ankit was patient, helpful and Professional in helping a " 76 year old jewelrey novice man"not only getting thru this annual project but also making it enjoyable.Thank you Ankit...thank you Tiffany and see you in 12 months.Geoff Walker
Awful customer service. Not sure I will buy from there again. Certainly not online.Gift card was faulty and not working, customer service suggested trying another number this didn’t work either.Called up- no help.My 73 year old mother who bought the gift card emailed several times as well. Automatics reply no actually help.
I had an amazing experience great customer service she explain everything so well she had great patience with me aswell I will come back just because of her Mrs.Liliana

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
