Poole store In falkland Square.. is superb, staff are helpful, answer questions and give honest recommendations regarding juices and mods.. I'm a big drifter juice fan so they mix my drifter shots and juice in store for me which is very much appreciated. Its my go to vape store

Swindon store- I visited to get a new vape kit and the man in the shop was so friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions and told me what deals they had. Shop was clean and very tidy. Definitely be returning , thank you guys

Hythe Store Location-Been a regular over the years, staff are always super friendly and personally kind. Kieran and Megan have been wonderful in the past years for me; but the new staff, Emily & Gabby have been notably radiant, very sweet and really hard workers! Always giving me good deals and recommendations, helped me pick out a new replacement device when I encountered an issue with my old one. Couldn’t give them enough praise :)

Nat is amazing! Defo knows her stuff!Alice is very knowledgeable as well. Store is always super busy, n costumers are always leaving happy n satisfied! Would defo recommend, to new or existing vapers. They have different things as well - all amazing and very well explained!!

David at the Totton branch always sorts me out and it is amazing and good value for money.

Ran out of ejuice so this place was nearest. No custard juice?….strange. Sold me a 100ml shortfill for £16.99!!!! and gave me the wrong nic shots I specifically asked for, which cost extra. Jeeez! Wont be returning. Poor service and expensive.

Been using tidal vape for a couple of years, and today confirmed why. Had a minor problem with my new kit & the guys at the Falkland square store were really helpful and sorted me out with the kind of courtesy & friendly help that is sometimes missing in retail stores. Big thank you to you, obviously recommending the store if anyone asks me for a vape shop. Kind regards.

Recently started shopping at New Milton Tidal Vapes after moving on to refillable vapes and it's been a pleasure to shop there. The staff are always so friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Theo was brilliant at helping me choose some some new products this week, many thanks! Would definitely recommend this shop.

Been ordering goods since they openend and spending good money.Delivered by hand many times then started using DPD this weekend my delivery was posted to wrong address so called them and recieved no help or customer service and was told its DPD fault.Called yesterday and a arrogant guy listenend to my problem and said call me back but this didnt happen.Just answer phone in shop.These people happy to take money but dont want to know when something goes wrong and people left out of pocket.I will call them when they decide to answer phone and tell them under data protection act to delete and cancel my account.Never again taken for a ride by these people.

Used three of their shops across 2 cities, until a member of staff laughed in my face because of my appearance in Southsea. Rang Head Office to discuss it, left two voicemails. Nothing. No one ever contacted me. Furthermore they run a 3 for £30 offer, yet never have the stock to fulfil it. Avoid like the plague, the staff need to grow up.

Visited the Eastleigh store today to look at vape pod kits. Wasn’t really sure what I was after, only that I wanted something refillable so I wouldnt keep buying disposable vapes. Connor served me and was extremely helpful, explaining how they work and the different refills available and answered my questions. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Tia and Josh were very professional, listened to what I would personally like, gave options and helped picked juice. Great value for money, reassurance of any problems concerned. Basically any questions were answered. Will be using this store as my go to. 2 weeks of using what Tia advised with No ciggy. Thankyou guys.

My partner & myself went to the Andover Vape shop yesterday to have a look at getting some flavoured juice. We spoke to Drew & Connor. They gave us some very good advice on & how to use different juice. I would recommend anyone going into the Andover shop & speaking with these guys. A real pleasure to meet you both. I’d only started vaping recently and wanted to stop constantly buying elf bars! Jake from tidal vape Eastleigh made me feel so comfortable and was very in depth with info when I was purchasing my first vape. Excellent prices, top tier gent who is so laid back, knowledgable and not all just for the sales! I will always choose tidal vape and jakes genuine customer service, thank you!

I went into the shop today. Was served by a very helpful lady called Megan and helped me pick the correct vape for me and took the time to explain the different types that were available and the different types of oil that were available and which products would work better for the amount I smoke to help me quit. All in all was extremely satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend anybody that is trying to quit or cut down smoking. Go in to tidal vapes and seek their advice.

Managers treat their staff like rubbish. Not allowed to eat or have breaks. I had a seizure in the store and the manager was on the phone to the employees in there saying how inconvenient it was of me. They fire staff for no reason. The store staff in fareham and Portsmouth deserve better employment. Its vile how the management treat their employees.

Staff at Southsea Tidal Vape always cheerful, friendly and really helpful. Rhi and James keep a good stock of disposables and I always find what I need. Service is quick and efficient and they encourage recycling which is a great incentive to keep our streets clean. The tide ebbs and flows at Tidal Vape Southsea ⛵😀 Cheers ✔

Tidal Vape in Shirley have been my go to since it opened. Every staff member has been really friendly and knowledgeable, even taking the time to chat about things unrelated to vaping. They are happy to order in what they don't have in stock and remember who I am when i go in to collect.The personal touch is much appreciated.
