Is tictacarea.com Legit?

Bought a Casio Ediface EFV-100D on the site 13th July 2024 - initially unsure if this was a trusted seller as price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else and not a company i'd ever come across. Watch arrived today (UK) address via free Royal Mail postage option. Really have no complaints - would reccommend.

Excellent company to deal with. I ordered a radio controlled Casio digital watch from them and was very impressed how quickly it arrived from Spain! It took 1 week 1 day to arrive and was beautifully packaged with red tissue wrapped around Casio watch box.It's obvious to me that this company really cares about their customers and wants to do business with us in the UK not like some other businesses in the Europe who seem not to want to deal with us since we came out of Europe. Big mistake as business is business at the end of the day! I will have no hesitation in using you guys again and recommending you to friends and family!

The watch arrived in perfect condition, in its original box, and well packaged to protect it from damage. Excellent communications, including postal tracking details. I searched online (worldwide) and this company gave the cheapest price for the watch model I was looking for, with free delivery. The watch is as described - and it's an extremely lovely watch. I have been looking for this watch for a few years now. I used to have it, but mine got damaged. I did find it at a few places but the prices were very high (3 or 4 times what I paid at TikTockArea). I ordered it, it was dispatched same day, it arrived very quicky (little delay in customs, but not TicTockArea’s fault). Very well packed. I love the watch, it brings back so many memories. I came to Trustpilot to check TicTac before buying as the watch I was interested was £40-60 cheaper than anywhere else - and they had run out anyway.Item was posted same day and sat in Madrid for nearly a day. Then for some reason went to the Netherlands for a couple of days. When it finally arrived in UK I was pleased to get a delivering next day email after only 1 day - and absolutely chuffed as previously I had a £40 customs charge. This time nothing. This was great. The price of my watch was competitive. It arrived pristine in original packaging and was even the correct time to the second, just adjusted my zone. I would buy from here again, it was exactly as stated. The tracking was excellent, Australia Post, took a little while but it was no problem at all.

I've purchased a £55 cost watch, but because the description didn't give all details (like the watch's radius) the watch was to small on twist. The delivery time had longer than 10 days, and when I've tried, and I've contacted with the customer service, I've run out of the 14 DAYS, what's the refund policy. Luckily someone is helped to me, and he has agreed to the refund, so I've sent it back, BUT some MF is refused my parcel, so I've lost my watch, and the post cost as well.Thank you TicTac area!FU!

Placed 3 orders for a total of 4 Lladro Christmas bells on December 2. Two of the three orders required intervention. I received the first bell (no intervention required) on December 30th and the last bell today...Valentine's Day (February 14). I kinda wanted them for...Christmas?TicTacArea's response was very well received. Upgraded from 3 stars to 4.

it is Really shame as till now they didn't replace my broken watch under warranty and they blackmailed me ot remove my reviews here to be bale to replace the watch and of course i didn't as this is my right to review my experience with such bad seller.don't fall a victim of such bad service or buy anything from them to not regret

: I have been trying to replace this watch band and luckily found availability on TICTAC AREA. I was notified up front from the company, I would be delayed in receiving it and since coming from another country and had to go through customs, this added to delay. I was well aware of time length to receive. It was well worth the wait and it was the perfect item, arrived in perfect condition and now my watch looks brand new. Grateful to have found this site.

Tictacarea was great in that it had a huge selection of watches at great prices. A lot better than my home country so I decided to order my G-SHOCK from them. Delivery took around 2 weeks (noting it was through the Christmas period) to get to Australia and tracking worked well. The parcel came in good condition and everything was packaged perfectly. My watch is exactly what I wanted and communication was sent out every step of the way.

Ordered a gift for my dad, a Casio edifice. Paid £25 for DHL delivery and the order was promised to take 24hr to 96hr so I was sceptical why the status of the delivery hasn’t changed for the first day. I messaged the company on instagram, Trustpilot and gmail and their team responded on all 3 platforms and informed me that they don’t work on Sunday hence why the delivery status didn’t change and reassured me that the delivery is going to come in the expected time as promised. I received it on the third day as promised, gift wrapped with a note as I ordered and well packaged. Happy with my order and and appreciate the team for their efficient customer service.
