Is ticketfairy.com Legit?

Not recommended. Ticket fairy representative DEL can’t do the basics doesn’t know how to deal with customers or be of any help what so ever.After not being able to assist me, I asked to get someone who can? Ignored that.Asked where I can make a complaint ? Ignored that. Basically ignoring what I’ve been saying from the get go. It was like talking to a brick wall if a brick wall was a customer rep for ticketfairy. Train your employees better please. I know good help is so hard to find but they are out there.

I accidently booked the wrong venue, they were extremely quick and helpful and getting me booked to the correct concert! I then wanted to upgrade my new tickets and they gave me all the info i needed to do this! Quick communication, with a great outcome! Couldn't be happier with their service!

The Ticket Fairy is and has always been a reliable source of tickets to the venue I visit. There has been zero issues using this platform for buying tickets securely online for the past two years and I will trust them for years to come. The response when I had a question a long time ago was super fast and they helped me sort out my questions.

I wanted to make last minute changes to my tickets a few days before the event. I didn’t have high hopes since it was last min but the Ticket Fairy Support team blew me out of the water. They were incredibly quick with their initial response and their follow up response and actions which made the entire situation stress free and seamless. Prepurchased tickets to Incubus as they are my fiancée’s favourite band. Unfortunately fiancée fell very ill and will be unable to attend. Tickets were non refundable however ticket fairy reached out to the organiser and requested a refund on our behalf. We really appreciate you going the extra mile for us when we are already stressed.

Fast response time to a major question i had brewing for the past week. I missed a payment and wasnt sure how to pay it or if the next payment (on payment plan) would come out as a double. I have honestly never received better support from any company ever. The response time to my emails was almost immediate, even at 10pm at night! The support was helpful and thorough. Thanks so much. Could you please run some workshops with other ticketing companies on how to do things right. Would be appreciated.
