Is threadbeast.com Legit?

I love threadbeast, I’ve been missing it the last few months but getting a box for September with great gear left me full of smiles. Appreciate youse all, keep doing ya thing💪🏿💯👽🛸

The sizes were right in everything g fit very well and was surprised to see shoes and truly great full hope to see more shoes in the future 😁😁

This company would be great but they make cancelling so hard that I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. If you click on a promo through email it automatically signs you back up on the card you used last. Take your business elsewhere

Clothes have been on point and even a bit more creative than I would typically be. Great choices and the fit is excellent!

Well, I just got my first package, which was very quick. A being that I just signed up like about less than a week ago! We'll see how long it goes and what's in store next

I’ve seen the ads in IG of threatbeast for months. I wasn’t sure at first, but I decided to give it a try and the didn’t disappoint. Of course it should get better after 2 or 3 packages.

I have been a member at Threadbeast for over a year now. I tried to cancel yesterday and was told I couldn't and I would have to make another payment then I could cancel. What a joke. Beware you'll most likely be forced to pay when you want to cancel.

My son signed up for this mess. The clothing is cheap and not stuff he will even wear. We have tried to cancel and been told we are too late and have to pay for another batch of clothes that will go directly to GoodWill.He got his last box while we were on vacation, so when we got home and he opened up another box of ugly clothes, he filled out the cancellation form only to be told we were a couple of days too late--only have 7 days after getting the box, I guess:( I am so disgusted with this and WE WANT OUT!!!

Terrible clothing, AI customer reps, they won’t let me cancel the subscription, return or exchange clothing even though they keep sending the same exact things I’ve complained about. They are making me schedule a phone call to cancel during work hours. This nightmare has now become content for my next lecture on inaccessibility.

I tried to cancel my membership and they said they got it cancelled but still charged me today for another box and is refusing to refund my money even though I cancelled last month. I just had a baby and that's why I cancelled since I am on a fixed income. They are refusing so now I have to cancel my debit card so they won't keep charging me. They say they have a no refund policy but they refuse to cancel even after multiple requests.

I wish for the website for shoes to have options on a wide set of shoe and regular ..... Integration with clothing lines that have 2XLT clothing would be great and better fitting for most then jumping to a bigger size like a XXXL size ...... also able to choose more stores then just 1 and have an availability to have more options on choosing clothing .... Give you option how frequently you want a delivery Month to month or every 2 months etc.......

ThreadBeast has always been welcoming and accommodating when my style changes and improves they always like to hear that we actually like and will wear the stuff we get from their subscription boxes and very personalized. Like having a personal stylist and not having to leave home. And the stuff they send always seems to well exceed what we pay in store value. Well worth it!

I want to say that my first experience with one of their reps were great. The gentleman was very helpful and willing to make it right. The clothes I received were not fitting correctly and very poor quality. They sent me an exchange box with different items and boy was it a load of s$!t. One tee shirt fit like a child’s small, the other I couldn’t get my head through. I wouldn’t have paid $20 for the stuff I got in return. I’m tossing the garbage right in the trash, not even worth donating. Threadbeast is Aweful!!!!!!!!!!!

Was easy to setup got my box in less then 2 weeks love the style they set for me only wish the clothes were a little bit loose usually wear 2xl but guess all places are different clothes was a little tight would give 5stars if that wasn't an issue. Overall though great experience and happy

My experience, is to have my own stylus as a blessing because I don’t have to go and look for things or buy things. Sometimes you might not even have the money to go buy a nice outfit for a weekend…. That’s why this company is doing a great thing by helping people who some don’t know how to dress themselves or people who always wanted there own stylists so this company is blessing cross the board.. just wanna say thank you guys so much!

“Definitely Stylish But Quality Is Lacking”

I've been looking for a solid alternative to Trunk Club since it closed down. While the clothes are definitely stylish, the quality is lacking here, I'll probably have to replace these items in short order. Rather than paying more money for more items, I would be willing to upgrade to get the same amount of items (or even a little less) but of higher quality and price points.

So far extremely happy with about 90% of the items but I don't like getting the same thing 2 times in row my last 2 boxes have had a single pair of the same branded compression shorts just different colors. If I'm gonna pay for the service I am expect variety

“Customer service is slow”

Received an item that was too small and sent an email asking about an exchange or return. I haven't received a reply in about 3 days. I'm still receiving promotional emails to sign up for more boxes though, and may in the future. Not if this return process is difficult.

Very good everything looked very nice. Packaged nice only issue I had was the slides that were in there were marked as a size 10 and didn't fit me very well. A little too small other than that everything was great. Look forward to getting my next box next month.

I've received two boxes from TB and overall I'm fairly happy with the boxes. Out of all the items sent there were only two things that I would never wear. As a small business owner taking the time to shop for clothes is something I really dislike doing so this option works pretty good for me. Customer service has also been pretty good about responding to my questions. If you're busy and want to avoid having to shop in store this will work great.

Love that I can update my wardrobe monthly and with my stylist they pick out what is just right for me! And gives me some outside the box ideas that I normally wouldn't wear but end up looking great. Highly recommend this subscription, especially if you're like me and never have time to shop for yourself!

The clothes, for the most part, have been very good. I will say though: - swimwear is a little out of season now as we get into mid August, though I may/may not wear the swim trunks in later summers. - the backpack was very unexpected, and unfortunately not my first pick, I likely will not be using this item - everything else has been spot on! I love the designs and variations between short sleeves and long sleeves. The designs are very nice. I like graphic T's and also like a comfortable shirt that won't itch in the heat.

I thought my box was great! Everything I will most definitely wear. Y'all did give me a hoodie that I like but I don't necessarily need. So for the future…could y'all maybe replace that for another pair of pants. Please and thank you.

So, my fat fingers accidentally hit size 11 for shoes when I meant size 12. I reached out days ago and have received no response for the chance to swap them out. Then I decided to look up the cost of the clothes I reviewed and found that the "discount" is really just what they cost retail and marked up in some cases. I'm waiting for my 2nd box before I make a decision to continue or go back to shopping for myself.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would, but since I can't I'm giving it a 4, it's very convenient and the first order hit my taste pretty well, as per quality it's very decent but not great, however price for value, it's very good. Will continue ordering.
