Is theyetee.com Legit?

Great customer service I put my address in wrong by accident on an order, and never received my package. I emailed the help desk and they sent me a new one right away without any extra charge

I had some trouble receiving my Darkest Dungeon art book as it had been lost during shipping, but I contacted them via email and got a quick response and a reshipment with tracking. It got here way faster than expected, and the quality of the book itself is insanely good! Super satisfied with the purchase and the support received, thank you again for your help! :D

Package arrived In great conditition. My Cuphead Mug as not broken *phew* I was skeptical about the site at first but the shipping was great and came real fast too! (By the way whoever works at the yetee can You Pretty Please restock The Mugman Mug And make it as cheap as the cuphead THANKS!)

Packages received on time without any problem. Unfortunately 1 of the 2 t-shirts I ordered had a small imperfection around a sewing, but the after sale service took it very seriously. They were super nice and helpful. A replacement t-shirt got shipped right away. Really great experience :) Thanks a lot guys !

Great customer service! I accidentally delivered something to the wrong address, they were notified by the residents of that address, and were able to reship them to me!

Shopping in person for cute, original and fun video game apparel is so hard. I like transformative artwork that offers a new spin or a unique take on a franchise I love. Yetee’s daily shirts and market shirts are perfect for that!Or, alternatively, they have some original designs too that are hilarious, cute and high quality. I’ve gotten compliments on them often, and I have a couple from as early as 2016 which have survived the years/are not super cracked through proper washing. :)Love you yetee, you’ll always be my #1 nerdy shirts place

Super happy with the quality of everything I've ordered from the yetee! Pins, hoodies, tees, and standees have all been awesome. Because their daily design apparel is screen printed, I've been really happy with how well they hold up over time/washing too. Delivery is always timely and comes with automated tracking emails, and when I've had to email customer service (usually because I deleted an email on accident) I've *always* heard back and had a positive experience. Don't be fooled by the reviews talking about some other yetee scam website lol.

Yetee has been my favorite merch store since they’ve lauched. Excelent curated art is going live day after day and not just that, their garment quality is awesome. Also, customer service is pretty friendly and always resolved any kind of issue that I’ve had!

This company handles the shipping for a kickstarter game project. Backers for physical edition are supposed to get the copies early so they can join digital edition in the 3 day early access to the game. The yetee failed to do this to some customers because they mess up their orders. I paid $59 for a simple game case in shipping and my order is no where to be seen while others are already playing the game.

The Yetee has always been a super awesome place to get really rad tees. Their stuff is always so high quality and they are speedy to help with any customer service issues. They also have a really great community of artists who are super great with helping you learn how to design high quality tees; I’ve become a much better artist thanks to these guys.

The Yetee is a reliable, great way of getting new and interesting shirts while also supporting smaller designers. I also appreciate as a larger guy the unified prices across different shirt sizes. I’ve never had issues with shrinkage or the design fading. Love y’all!

Have ordered from The Yetee for years and their tee quality -- color vibrancy, comfort, and durability (still have tees from 2020 with no cracks after being worn and washed countless times) -- is outstanding!I love that they create a welcoming community for artists and all kinds of people to talk about their favorite fandoms or improve their technical skills. Their stuff has always arrived on time with no issues and they're run by genuinely good people.

Would rate them higher if I could! Every time I buy from The Yetee, the items arrive quickly which is amazing because every piece of apparel the produce is carefully screen printed. And the only thing better than the speed I get them is the quality of the print. Super vibrant and durable through tons of washes!

Their customer service is non-existent. I'm a legacy backer of Eiyuden it's shipping soon. When they initially joined up with Yetee I was having financial difficulties & missed the email saying I would be receiving a sign up email from them & had so many emails I never caught up but deleted none. I searched my email & never received a registration email from Yetee to begin with.i have contacted them twice about it providing my backer number & have received no response. I'll likily be contacting Kick starter next in an attempt to get my money back. I will never participate in crowd funding again as there's no control over the quality of the 3rd party bussineses you may be forced to deal with.

I've known theyetee.com for years and as an artist and customer, I can say that the quality of the t-shirts is incredible (they're made to last for years) and it's the store with the most unique designs! Shipping is fast and everything arrives in perfect condition, even when sent to another country, as is my case.

Emailed them on weekend and nothing on Tuesday for my copy of Eiyuden Chronicles. Games being shipped from Germany to UK and wont get here in time for release if not dispatched in time. People in Germany have their copies already so why wasn't UK shipped out before them? It takes longer to get to the UK obviously. They are not responding to my emails through their own site explaining why my game hasn't been dispatched. Im worried they took my delivery cost (which was $14 for a game from Germany to UK) and I'm not gonna get my game as I know people who still haven't even got their copies of eiyuden: rising.

I’ve bought items through the Yetee for years and never had a problem. The shirts are good quality, good designs, and ship reasonably quickly. The other reviews speaking of scams must have been scammed by a copycat; I’ve never had any issues with the company myself. I always reccomend them to friends who are in need of some good nerd gear!

0 stars if i could, horrible company with horrible customer service. magically lost my kickstarter backer information, yet kickstarter sees it just fine.. stay away from this scam group. they ignore your requests for help, only contact is e-mail... its 2023 use a phone and live chat or close your scam business.

I ordered one of their limited t-shirt. But when it arrived, it was a little to big for my size. I contacted their costumer service, and told them about the issue. And they where kind enough to reship the item for me in a smaller size, without expenses.It as one of the best costumer service experiences I've ever had, and I will continue to bye products from them in the future.

Great Shirt Quality and Helpful Customer ServiceI have been picking up Yetee shirts for a while now and their quality is awesome! The printing quality is amazing, and the shirts fits really well! I've needed their help from customer service a couple times and they were all really helpful. Nothing to complain! :)
