This is just a general review about The Warehouse in Petone. For the last 4 times Ive been going there the workers makes my hudband and I feel like we are about to steal. Whilst paying they literally stand and ensure that we are scanning everything. I understand there might be people stealing but this is not fair to people that hasnt stolen a thing in their life, and we always tend to pay at the first cash register so that they can see us.We ussually buy a trolley of goodies every 2nd week. I told my husband that they make me feel uncomfortable. I dont want to support them any longer. We ussually do shopping midweek so its ussually empty. Im not sure about the correct dates we were there as I discarded our receipts but put in a random date.
Bought an HP printer from Warehouse Poriirua that had to be returned for inherent faults. We even contacted HP big disappointment. Warehouse Porirua stationary kept us waiting for over an hour for service only for the 2IC to get involved who did nothing and let his staff abuse us escalating issues and then let that staff member threaten us with security to get his way The 2IC did say later it was disappointing service and that he could only coach him for the future.The inherent problem this printer has needed to be sent back and would take over a month to fix no refund and in the meantime had to buy another printer from Smith City.Consumer guarantees act over a cheap printer meant nothing.Didn't matter which way you turned zero results even a follow up call fell on deaf ears. Didn't care their actions meant no printer in the near future buy another one and no refund. Loose money. Wouldn't even let me fill in forms because the section was closed and he said this int if the 2IC.They say Warehouse wants to change and is changing its image because of sales. We'll when does that start?BTW Warehouse are dumping the printer .
I went in there and bought a keyboard, the back of it says that it comes with a cord to plug into the wall so the keyboard can start. It did not have the cord in it and I put the batteries in the keyboard for it to start and it didn’t start and it doesn’t work. 40 dollars. Mad
Two great staff at The Warehouse Feilding, Jodie and Crystal (sp.?) Jodie found the items I wanted, insisted on carrying them to checkout for me, waited with me then she and Crystal carried them out to my car. So helpful and friendly to a senior customer.

The account went down yesterday and I cannot reinstate it and it is impossible to speak to any person Anywhere isn't time going by the reviews with this company that you stood up and was counted. I order razors, lynx, socks etc. To be Couriered by New Zealand Post.When it doesn't arrive I contact them and they tell me oh lynx is dangerous it's going to take another week to deliver they did not have this listed on their site and tried to tell me it wasn't their fault I said change your delivery company!
I'm not impressed with this mobile service and have been lied to about minutes rolling over. I don't recommend this service and as a result I'll be changing providers. If business lie to loyal customers they deserve to lose them. To be honest it's not even worth a one star
Did an online order to pick up from the Manukau store on Wednesday majority of my order are in stock apart from 2 items that needed to be shipped. Emailed me on Thurday saying all of my order are out of stock saying they'll get back 2 me within 24 hrs but its been 48 hrs and nothing. Kept checking their store and its still in stock. I don't know if they're 2 lazy to pack my order or what. Very disappointed as some of the stuff we needed urgently.
6.45pm 3rd April Lyall Bay Wellington WarehouseLast night I was waiting in line at Checkout, the lady at the front desk was being very disrespectful. She was calling for customer service on phone. As She was serving customers along with making comments like “ where the F word is he” “I’m gonna punch his nose in” I thought was very disturbing and disgusting behaviour. As I heard she was the supervisor. Soon as someone came she questions them, she’s bossy, no customer service, very rude and aggressive.I don’t think this lady should ever take a job like this with that aggressive attitude! Using The Warehouse app to shop feels like using Aliexpress. Way too crowded, bordering on illegitimate. For every legitimate in-store product the app search results yield is a cheap looking, oddly priced product with a stock image photo and sweatshop vibes from "tHe MaRkEt"If I've come to The Warehouse app to shop, I want to shop from what The Warehouse has.If I went to the Noel Leeming website to shop, they wouldn't stick all The Warehouse results in there too. Why shove The Market in there like that?? You don't see PAKNSAVE and New World overlapping, and they're owned by the same parent company. Foodstuffs has faith that shoppers knows what they're looking for.The whole concept of The Market even overlapping The Warehouse (while also being its own thing???) clearly shows how out of touch they are from consumer demand.
Look at how expensive their fragrances are. It's ridiculous! It's twice as much compared to Chemist Warehouse and Perfume NZ. No wonder people are turning away from shopping there.

Don't shop at a business that is part of medical segregation. Their sales are down and now and so they are bringing in forced medical procedures on their staff, which will intern mean customers have to have the jab. Own body, own choice.The jab does not protect you from getting, nor spreading it. It's efficacy diminish in time which will mean more jabs to keep your job. Stop supporting illegal mandates in business and shop small and local.
Click and collect totally useless. Original order broken, replacement order cancelled by Warehouse because they couldn't find stock (I subsequently found stock on the local shelves), but email outlining refund seems to never have been sent as claimed. Can't refund online because I 'ordered in store'. NOPE!! I ordered online. Get it together Warehouse. Lucky it's such a small amount. More trouble than it's worth
If I could give a negative score I would. I was charged twice for the same item at Torpedo 7 (T7 is a Warehouse business) due to an error by a shop assistant and its paywave system on its EFTPOS terminals. The amount involved is large (for me). They agree that it was their error, but getting the money refunded has been a nightmare. I’ve phoned 6 times (with wait times over 20 minutes), emailed them 3 times, visited the store again. Each time I get apologies and excuses, and am told to just wait longer - with no end date. Ive contacted my bank who has now opened an investigation into Warehouse’s point of sale process. Warehouse Group deserves its falling share price… it’s got zero understanding of customer experience.
Hopeless service Sylvia Park, Inquiries counter, short Asian staff very opinionated and judgmental. He needs to be taught Customer service, he should know he is there for customers and not a police inspector !!!!

Received my order today and out of everything there was one wrong item. I went via their chat online and within minutes everything was sorted. Being able to sort things then and there was key to customer service for me.
