Great quality dressing gowns (2), sheets, duvet covers and pillowslips (two bed changes king size 400 stitch Egyptian cotton), and mattress protector. All fantastic quality. All arrived fast, too, even with standard Royal Mail delivery. Thank you. Well done. Won't go anywhere else again!

Really disappointed, I’ve had towels in and out a basket for months trying to decide if I want to invest the money in them, finally bought them and got a range of thickness and colours, they arrived today, they are thin and clicked. I washed them to try ‘fluff’ them up but they haven’t. I’ve bought better quality from cheaper stores. So disappointed I’ve wasted my money.

I ordered the 100% cotton dressing gowns they are lovely instead of using towels I just put on my dressing gown and the shower slippers. As I can’t hold up the towels I have a weakness I my arms. I have also bought more dressing gowns for friends as a Christmas present plus a lovely bundle of beautiful towels.

I've bought The Towel Shop 700 Bath Sheets for several years now and they are definitely the best around. Lovely and thick, they wash really well and are a great size. They are also by far the least expensive. High Street stores just don't match up either in price or quality.

Quality seemed fine, if a little lighter than expected. Main issue was the size, advertised on the site as bigger than XL according to the comparative dimensions of this product and "sized" products on the site. I felt that the item was small for me, in that it didn't wrap around me as I was expecting.

I'd been looking for a couple of towelling Robes to use for a hotel/spa overnight stay. I saw this company online. The price was good and delivery options meant I could choose next day delivery. The quality of the Robes surpassed my expectations.

Superb quality.Bought the 700gsm bale in silver grey to replace old set. These arrived very quickly & I was delighted with them. The quality is exceptional for the price & they wash beautifully too. I would definitely recommend & would buy again.

I like the feel of the material, very comfortable. I am hoping the metal closures survive the laundry process better than the plastic buttons and poppers on the duvet covers I have had from other brands.

Will not be returning. I wanted to return the towels I ordered as they were nowhere near as soft as expected and the colour was different to the photos online. They were thin and supermarket quality. I emailed customer services to see if I could send the towels back and buy another set that might be thicker and softer, and was told I could send them back, but I would have to pay for shipping, and they would not refund the initial shipping cost either. This is awful customer service, and made me decide I definitely would not be ordering more from them. Ridiculous to expect a customer to spend over £10 in postage fees to return poor quality disappointing products. Then they had the cheek to email asking for a review!

A good choice of quality items at very competitive prices ,these were delivered quickly and I was kept up to speed throughout the process.

The bathmat was OK and am happy with it for the price but I am not happy with the towels as they are really, really thin.

Ordered a new bathrobe. It arrived quickly, and was very soft and comfortable. Price was good too.
