Don't rent this unit in the summer: Reunion Resort 185 located at 1081 Castle Pines Ct, Kissimmee, FL, 34747. The family arrived in August of 2023, the summer months, the inside temp was 91 on the first floor and 93 on the second floor. Unbearable! Several calls were made to management and an AC service technician showed up and made a repairs. Six hrs later the temps were in the mid to upper 80's. It was very hot. Needless to say, as more of the 30 family guests arrived the hotter it became. Technician came again; it was determined that the amount of AC tonnage for the house was below the recommended for the square ft of the House. At this point no solutions were offered by TOP Villas.... In order to cool the house, we purchase 2.5 additional toms of window ac. This made the unit somewhat livable. Appeals to management for consideration from the Owner were met with token offers which included an agreement that excluded "bad reveiws". This offer was not accepted. The unit matched the pictures and we were pleased with the layout and furnishings. Had the AC units been sized accordingly for the House and for the rated number of guests, the stay would have received a good review.It was disappointing that management did not resolve this issue and then failed to grant a reasonable compensation for the inconvenience and cost. I would be wary.

The booking experience was very straight forward and easy. All costs were clearly defined and nothing hidden. The photos and descriptions were very informative. We can't wait for our trip!

Stayed in villa #568. Mold was discovered growing heavily on the dining room table. I reported the issue and maintenance came out and cleaned the table. The mold continued to grow and covered the living coffee table, chairs, floor boards, etc. It was everywhere. I notified Top Villas that the issue had not been resolved (as they were claiming it had) and provided detailed photos. We were forced to leave the unit (I am allergic to mold) and stay at other properties at my own expense. I asked for a refund and was just notified that management is refusing to give me my money back but they will provide a 10% discount on my next stay. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! I am still being gaslighted by the company claiming I notified them too late. I WAS SICK IN BED SUFFERING FROM RESPIRATORY ISSUES FOR A WEEK! Company is also lying about the dates I reported the issue.

Our family is large, so we decided several years ago to come together the week before Thanksgiving in Orlando, renting a resort home with all of the amenities for adults as well as our children and grandchildren. 2024 was no different. For months I sorted through homes I had saved but never reserved. Finally, I ran across TopVillas, which I had seen online but never utilized. To make a long story short, we rented a 10-bedroom home with 8 bathrooms for 21 adults and children. The house was fantastic, Reunion Resort 920, owned by an Astronaut who is entrusting guests with all of his memorabilia. The TopVilla staff was very professional and so very helpful. Calls to clear up a few hiccups after arriving were handled immediately. I have booked accommodation twice through Top Villas, the website is easy to use, also map shows exactly where villa is, which is useful to see where the villa is in relation to the facilities, and orientation to decide if you want a west facing pool or south facing etc. I have dealt with Lydia, Shannon and Molly. We are having family fly in from all over the country. We booked our house 1.5 years ago, and 2 weeks before, top villas cancelled with no explanation. So we got a replacement home through the company. Just found out that they cancelled AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous. Now we are scrambling! Zero customer support. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Cancelling twice for a group of 17 flying in from all over the country?! We’ve had this trip planned forever. Unacceptable.
