Received all 17 Vogager Headsets for our staff within 48 hours, AMAZING headsets l. AMAZING customer service
Company has gone into administration, but still taking orders. You have no hope of getting your product or order. This company should shut down.
Under new management, very helpful and answered all my questions even though they were busy. As a small business myself I know how much a bad review can affect your reputation. I am glad I gave them a chance and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.
I placed an order the day before the new owners took over while it was in Administration, while i had all the difficulties in the world with trying to get my order out of the Administrators the new owners stepped in to help out and got me sorted even though they ultimately didn't get paid for the order i placed.
Yes a dishonest company. In January 2024 I ordered an item but received an incorrect item and returned it in person to the supplier on 7 February with the Return Form supplied by The Telecom Shop. When arranging the return there was no mention of the company not honouring returns. No credit was received and when I enquired on 16 February I received no response. Following up on 28 February as to why it was taking so long they sent me an email saying they were in receivership as from 21 February and referred me to the Administrators. No response....
still selling products that they cannot dispatch with no eta for actually receiving stock or sending your order. In this case i ordered add-on hp printer paper trays. There is no indication that they are "sold out" or "preorder" when buying. Refund practice is well below online industry expectations which is usually hours or days-still waiting for my refund at the time of writing
Placed an order 2 weeks ago. No response from them regarding dispatch. Email to support went unanswered. Finally called them and the product is out of stock with no ETA despite their website indicating it's in stock. Requested alternate item and stressed urgency - customer service didn't bother telling the warehouse and item will now arrive too late.
Company has gone into receivership, but still taking phone calls and order. but you have no hope of getting your product or order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BURN YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. WEBSITE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.
These guys shouldn't be in business. They are trading under Administration and advertise items as in stock when they are not. No product no response to the repeated refund attemps. Very dodgy.Avoid this company, and buy elsewhere.
Ordered something on line said was available, after no contact for 3 days, reached out to them said the brought became unavailable and no delivery date possible and would give a refund. Still waiting!! Lots better than these guys around would avoid using them.
Ordered and paid (as requested) for goods on 12th December 2023 and was told they would be sent out immediately. Spoke to staff on 2nd & 3rd January and they said they were checking on the order. Later in the day on 3rd January, I received an email saying they were in voluntary receivership. I spoke to staff again this morning and they admitted they knew when I placed my order on 12th December they were going into receivership. Very dishonest company.
We have used the Telecom Shop many times in the past, and they were pretty good, however, as of December they were placed into administration, and are not open or let you know.We placed an order at the beginning of December, and they used delaying tactics until January before sending us the Administrator's advice that no orders placed before 15 December would be honoured. We had to file a claim under PayPal in order to get a refund, and they only shipped us the goods once the PayPal claim threatened to refund our money. We waited almost 2 months to get our goods. In our opinion they are being very disingenuous and (Alarmingly) they are still trading with their web site taking orders and payments with no guarantee of delivery.BEWARE!
While the products were delivered, no support is offered, only fobs you off to the supplier even though we purchased the phones from them, Been using them every year for the last 5 years, however will be shopping elsewhere for people who can provide support 2 exmaples 1 - Headset stopped working within 123 months, would offer a replacement, had to deal with the manufacturer direct. Then had to get a tech to resolder the battery2 - Phones failover settings do not work, wouldnt help at all, If you MAY need support or would like a decent waranty shop elsewhere
Purchased headset for $220 on Dec 11 and had nothing back from them. Checked online- they have gone into receivership,Search "the telecom shop receivership" in google and you will see.
Avoid at ALL costs. This is a dropshipper who have gone into administration without providing ANY information on the issue. Incredibly dishonest and I wish I’d read the bad reviews prior to ordering. Somehow they have a 4.5 star google rating. DISGRACEFUL.
Like many other buyers I chose to purchase from The Telecom Shop because they had stock. After a week of no movement I called to get tracking and they told be they'd email me back the next day with the tracking details. Of course they DIDN'T have stock, and so after not receiving an email from them I had to demand immediate shipping or a refund. 48 hours later I finally have a refund. Deceptive seller with extremely poor communication.
I received a faulty headset from The Telecom Shop. They have not been willing to assist me - simply referring me to Plantronics. Plantronics informed me that place of purchase would usually assist their customers especially if it’s within 30 days of purchase. I purchased less than 7 days ago. Thankfully Plantronics are helping me knowing that The Telecom Shop are unwilling. After sales support - very poor! I’m attempting to get my 14-day money back guarantee - but am still advised I need to replace product direct with Plantronics. They will not accept the return of the faulty product. What store does that!
I made an order for an item 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it, yet the amount has been fully deducted from my credit card. The company doesn't appear to have any good tracking system so you can view order status.I called last week and was told somebody would ring me back in the afternoon but they never did.
There were a number of issues with the order but these were probably due to COVID-19 craziness. My case was reviewed at a higher level in their company and ultimately I’m very satisfied with the outcome. Once they realised their mistakes, they made every effort to sort it all out.
I ordered a tip for a charger for my laptop in late December after several prompting emails by me I eventually received the wrong item just over a month later. After further communication I gave up on them and took the wrong sized item directly to the supplier and swapped it for the correct one. I wouldn't deal with them again.Ken.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
