Is thesqua.re Legit?

Booking the flat was easy enough, Hitesh was helpful and we got the exact flat of the website in Bristol. Location was great, very central. Flat was always clean & well equipped, we really enjoyed our 5 weeks in Bristol and certainly it’s more comfortable in a flat with all facilities than in a hotel, that would also be more expensive. The company that owns the building is also really good, they have their office just in front of the building & are there every day of the week, and they are very helpful & friendly, especially Diletta. We had a great time!

The apartment had all essential stuffs for short to medium term stay, has all things for limited stay, smooth checkin and good furniture. Had a good time and surely this is suitable for short stays if any family member arrives. Good checkin experience, Rahul co-ordinated all formalities. Gave me best price as much as he can.

Everything was great! All queries were answered patiently, booking experience was quick, during checkin, there was a mess up with the key at the pickup point, but on calling the 24/7 number, it was immediately taken care of. Extra fan and well as key were provided as requested. Somehow the fridge tripped on Sunday evening, but on messaging the number on WhatsApp, there was an immediate response. Checkout was smooth.. Akshay Rastogi was very helpful polite and a joy to interact with.. immediately responding on chat providing options on other long term rentals as well. The serviced apartment at Harrow was very clean with latest kitchen appliances. Very near to shops and the tube.. it was a fantastic and safe experience and will surely recommend to anyone looking for short term stay at a serviced apartment.

This was a great apartment and true to the pictures. APAC was very responsive and helpful to our booking request. It was exceptionally clean and spacious with housekeeping 3 times a week. Receptionists were lovely, very helpful and always responsive. The location is great too and minutes from the nearest MRT station and very close to Clarke Quay for lovely restaurants and bars. I can’t fault this apartment and highly recommend it.

Rahul has been incredibly responsive via email and WhatsApp texts & chats to help get me checked into my new flat and made accommodations based on my schedule. He worked with my company to provide alternate flat options when the one I was in was no longer available and I am really happy with my new flat. I had some issues with my prior flat that were not resolved in a timely manner so I appreciate how responsive and on top of things Rahul has been. Mica (on the guest services team) has also been incredibly helpful and patient, when I was lost trying to find my new flat. I really appreciated his responsiveness and polite/friendly attitude and helping me get sorted.

My family of 7 adults had a wonderful week in Singapore (first visit to Singapore) staying in this clean and modern apartment which had 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. Coffee and a continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus. There was a pool, which we all enjoyed at the end of the day. We were assisted with the booking by Paridhi. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was close enough to walk to any of the central attractions, and the rail closest rail network was only 5 minutes away. There were shops and cafes in the apartment block. We would highly recommend this apartment and location to any large families or groups of friends.

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The WiFi didn’t work at all, despite asking multiple times for it to be fixed. It made it very difficult to get any work done or stay connected.Additionally, the street outside was a mess, covered with discarded packages, paper cups, pizza boxes, and other trash. It gave the area a very unwelcoming feel

Before I start, I want to say a great, thank you too Rahul Kumar and Aman Mathur for making my vacation just what i wanted. They were very helpful and polite. NB The collection of the key is like five minutes on a car and 20 minutes walking just to let you know in advance because it could be a bit frustrating upon arrival)I spent one week in this apartment. And based on the photos and the description, I would give it 100.It’s very true to what you see on photos. Reception downstairs is always polite wonderful and nice people. I will recommend this plc to anyone especially if you are a bit particular and fussy like me🌹 very clean place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Akshay Rastogi and Rahul Bharati. Though we didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was already perfect, their responsiveness and helpfulness before our arrival really set the tone for a smooth experience.We arrived at 3 AM, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. Akshay and Rahul made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time, and everything went smoothly even at that late hour. Their communication in advance made us feel confident and welcome.I would highly recommend this place—not only for its comfort and amenities but also for the exceptional service Akshay and Rahul provide. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area!

The pricing in their website is inaccurate and misleading, the price was listed in Danish krona and converted it the equivalent Swedish Krona, and when they contacted me they told me that the price is actually in Euros.I personally can't trust a company when their website doesn't reflect the truth

“Great Professional Experience of Stay”

Stayed last year during christmas in one of thesqua.re's apartment in canary wharf. They were not my first choice but due to holiday blockage of hotels I found them on internet. It really turned out as a blessing in disguise. Had a great time staying in their apartment. Will surely choose them again in future. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Unprofessional, catastrophic, predatory”

This is a company that took $11,000 for an apartment that was a swap against another apartment that they advertised, an apt which wasn't actually available. They did their business through a series of confusing and foreign exchanges, such that I was getting emails from something called Homeaway, half in Chinese. Four hours after I realized I made a mistake (10 days before we'd move in) and requested a refund, they refused to release me from the agreement. This is now being reviewed by authorities.

“Royal experience”

As we embarked on our Europe tour (we were a gang of 3 couples), we travelled to Paris from Greece and having stayed at 3-4 star hotels in Athens, we wanted a private accommodation in the city of love and what a terrific apartment it was! The plush 4-bedrooms were so huge and had brightest walls that were so beautiful. It was a royal feeling. Had a great feeling staying in a serviced apartment. ThankYou thesqua.re!

“Avoid being cheated”

If I had a minus rating I would Give it to them. They are good at taking your money and then they leave you stranded with no help in sight what so ever. I am a currently using their property Euston apartments in UK, and have booked it from September 17,2023 till September 27,2023. I had couple of issues with the property. I raised concerns and continue to do so but I see no resolution or empathy towards my concern from their end. While they call themselves "premium service provider " I will the the liberty to rename them as "premium conning company". There has been no greet and meet as promised by them Along with no Wi-Fi for past 3 days as was promised to me. I have also been requesting them to make me speak with some senior person with authority who has chosen to hide behind doors and not speak with customers. They charge heavy per day tariff and if you ask them for a small thing like an extra towel they share the cost as 15 GBP plus GST.
