If I could give minus stars I would. Exactly the same details as the reviewers below me, the same script, even down the the late phone call from Alex, due to another member being in a crisis and needing extra help.As soon as I started to ask questions, I was ignored. I started a charge back and section 75 through my credit card and was sent an email with a threat of 3rd party debt collectors to get the balance owing. At this point, I've already wasted something like £4-5k and lost zero weight. Meal plans and training programmes are not personalised, they are generic cookie cutter programmes. Hard sales tactics, dubious contracts signed over the phone under pressured sales techniques. Avoid at all costs unless you have money to burn.
This company use hard sales tactics. All done over the phone. Your money is taken while on the call (and your head is swimming!!) You are deliberately given no time to think. I was paying €150 monthly and had already paid over €2000. I hadn't finished the 12 week program (was only halfway through it) when I got a call from Alex inviting me to the Elite program. Your totally unprepared for the call and the money part is glossed over in the hard sell. Again the money is taken on the call. I got a phone call in August to offer me a reduction in my total amount due.... the call was rushed, a very hard sell. I said I couldn't afford it. Alex reduced the amount (initially he wanted €5000 so reduced to €2000 to get €500 off total. Thankfully I only have €1000 limit on my card which he took while on the call. Long story short I emailed after a very sleepless night to say I couldn't afford this so I don't want the discount and could they refund me.Similar to the other great review when I contacted them I got no responses to my emails but a phone call out of the blue from Pippa "the trouble shooter". I say out of the blue because that's one of their tactics. You are not prepared. Anyway I was told exactly the same as previous review. Can't refund you as you had full access. This was in August. I had full access since February. I deleted the app and no longer used the "full suite" as Pippa described it. I said goodbye to my coach, who was a nice guy. Not sure if he knows the sales tactics used by the company he works for. I got nowhere with chargeback. It is shameful to treat people this way. If money is a deciding factor for you then do not use this company. If money is not an issue for you then you could consider it, as the support offered while in the program is very good. It will work out at least €9,000.
I am writing this because I cannot find any unfiltered reviews online - only 5 star ones on their website, despite there being '500 5* Google reviews'.I must start off by saying that I have not used the programme so I cannot say whether it works or not, I know someone who has and says it worked for her - which is how I came to be in contact with this company. My friend said that there was a referraldeal on and if she recommended me there was a free fat loss training session . I agreed and was texted by Alex within the hour - which was before 8am.He was chatty and asked a lot of questions so he could get the right advice for me, after a few texts he suggested that a complimentary support call would be best as then they could 'see if there are any gaps right now in your nutrition, training, or mindset...... focus on a couple of quick wins to get you on the right track without overwhelming you ......Learning how to easily implement a few simple sustainable changes is half the battle.'The only commitment from me was to watch some videos he would send links for and report back which ladies I resonated with before we had the call. The videos added up to 90mins, which is quite a time in a busy day but they were great. I resonated with the women and with what he had to say - Alex was very impressive, like he genuinely cares about what he does and comes across as authentic and inspirational. I fed back my thoughts on text as requested but had no reply.I had a confirmation email for the support call which laid out some bulletpoints of what would be covered. 1. Hormonal changes2. Not knowing where to start with all the conflicting information that is out there3. Downplaying the problem or trivializing it4. Behavioural struggles that you may or may not be aware of5. Metabolic disadvantages due to the implementation of over-restrictive diets in the past.6. Physical and/or mental health struggles such as low self-belief, fear of failure or struggling to put yourself firstMy session was with Rudy who clearly had not read my previous text responses, and asked me some of the same questions again, different person so to be expected, and I am sure I was one in a timetable of 'support calls' in the day, but after all the personal touches in the videos I was not expecting that.At no point did the call feel like a support call, it felt like he was reading questions off of a pitch. The bulletpoints in the confirmation email were not really covered and it was all about getting me to say my stuff out loud so that he could ask me questions to get me to agree that I thought he could help me on my journey. I know when I am being sold to, I get the need for me to be committed and but this was classic sales psychology, a learnt Q and A patter. After the authenticity of Alex an the videos I have to say this was really disappointing. At the 40 minute mark I did not feel I had had any help or tips at all, we had come to a place where Rudy had listened and was content that they could help me lose weight and I was ready to be committed to a plan. My friend had done an initial 12 week plan with support, before signing up to 'lifetime' support from Alex and his comprehensive team. Rudy said they did not operate the 12 week plans now but I would have a personal plan for training and diet, access to the a personal trainer on WhatsApp and lifetime support from the wider team - a nutritionist, physio etc. All this for £2000! Yes you read that correctly, actually that was the 'discounted price' if I paid up front, otherwise it was £2200 which I could pay on six instalments.I suggested that I may not want or need lifetime support from the outset - pointing out that I had no idea if this would work. Had I been offered an initial outlay for 12 weeks and had results I may have been persuaded (despite the sales pitch/not supportive info call) and then I may have continued beyond that on a monthly basis. But I don't have £2000 just now, or £2200 in 6 instalments, I've just got a child starting Uni!I did feel blindsided as there was no mention of investment until the last minute (classic sales again) and I have to say the authenticity and trust the videos had started to build was broken.I have no doubt of Alex's commitment and passion, or the team behind him. All good until the thinly camouflaged sales pitch - which as I said may have even worked if the pricing options were realistic. I'm not paying for life time support before I know and trust whether I even need it.I did feed back what I hope was polite and constructive thoughts on why I would not be joining - I had no response.
I was so pleased to read the review by Melonhelmet. My experience was much the same but with the exception of being relieved of much more of my money!I signed up to the 12 week programme (yes it does still exist) at around the same time, September this year. I've been pleased with the results, my coach has been not bad although there was no bespoke training programme offered to me just a comment about continuing to do what I was already doing at the gym. My first 4 week meal plan was uploaded to the app. After the first 4 weeks, no meal plan for the next 4 weeks. I asked a couple of times where it was and it was eventually emailed to me.Everything continued on reasonably well. After the 8 week mark I was asked if Alex could arrange a call with me to discuss my progress. This was put into the diary during my working day but I made time for it. Alex called me about 20 minutes late (because he was helping someone with a crisis). He went over my progress for a few minutes and then launched into what can only be described as a hard sell to upgrade me (because I had been specially selected) to the Elite programme.I was told that in order to be healthy I had to be a size 8 and he could get me to that size (I have not been a size 8 or wanted to be since I was about 13). He went on and on about my goals, making me write things down that he said, little 'affirmations'. It was all very clever. He then told me that to be a member of the Elite programme for the next 2 years the price would normally be £15,000 but if I signed up today, right now, it would be £7,800. And if I paid a big chunk of that upfront (over £3K) I could pay the rest off at £150 a month. It was very high pressure and coercive. I said that I couldn't afford it so he proceeded to push forward a range of options to get me to sign up until I agreed at £1,200 upfront. This is then almost 4 years of £150 for something that lasts 2 years. He brought up a 'promise' document for me to sign - actually a contract. It did not detail what was included or the payment plan but he pushed me to sign it to 'get the lower pricing'. I was in the middle of a busy day with calls and emails coming in at this time that I needed to deal with. I spotted a clause about the 14 day cooling off period and thought 'well that's OK I can just cancel later if I don't want to go ahead'. Sadly, because I was being pressured to sign, I misread it and it said that because the content is a digital download (pushed through straight away to the app I was already using) I was waiving my right to a colling off period. I almost immediately had second thoughts and spent a sleepless night worrying about the cost and the fact that I never wanted this upgrade. The next day, thinking I had a cooling off period, I revisited the contract and realised what had happened. I emailed Alex to explain the situation and that I had not slept worrying about it and that I did not intend to upgrade at all. From then on he wanted nothing to do with me. He just replied to say 'the management' were dealing with it.It took about 3 more chases to get 'the management' to respond. Pippa, who seems to be the trouble shooter called me (they don't like to put anything in writing) to inform me that they had 'as a gesture of goodwill' written off the £150 per month and cancelled Elite but would not be refunding me because I had accessed the content. What I had actually accessed was the app I was already subscribed to and paid for where the Elite content was sitting. Not the content itself. I had not completed the registration process or taken advantage of any part of the program.Pippa was adamant. No refund. I then noticed that the Elite content was still sitting in my app and asked for it to be removed. Pippa replied to say that because I couldn't have a refund it would stay there. Not doubt to show that I have access to it.Since my initial call with Alex where he coerced me into upgrading I have basically been ghosted by this company. My coach has sent about 3 messages in 3 weeks, all just in response to questions about meals etc. Nothing proactive or encouraging. Not what I paid for bearing in mind I paid for 12 weeks and the support ended after 8 when I dared to push back on themI don't dispute that the results have been very good over the last few weeks and that many women are seeing amazing transformations. But this is like a cult where if you don't subscribe and drink the Coolaid then you are out. And it's tough luck if you are out of pocket as a result.Do not touch these people with a bargepole if money is any sort of an issue with you, they don't care what is affordable or what sort of stress their behaviour puts you under. As long as you pay up, that's all that matters.Update - just had a threatening email in response to my dispute of the credit card charge. This is the kind of people they REALLY are.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
