Getting what you paid for seems like low hanging fruit, but in today's world it is notable. I've now spent nearly $20k on 2 watches. I got what paid for in seamless transactions from selecting the watches online to putting them on my wrist upon delivery.
The picture on the traveler (shinola) watch made the dial look black rather than the dark green that it actually is. I know the color description says "dark olive" or something like that, but olives can either be black. Either way, none of the pictures for the watch made it apparent that the dial is green. I'm keeping the watch rather than deal with the hassle of sending it back, but it is a bit disappointing.
The concierge Natalia was very, very helpful and kind during the transaction. She made sure things got to be before Christmas day!
Great experience with the Solist. I got couple watches here and always so happy with their service. They have many good deals and they have a great reward program which make the deal even sweeter. Overall, great company. I will get more watches from you in the future for sure .Thanks
Excellent high end products. Catch the tremondous sales and you will get a terrific bargain.
The response time in ensuring that I received the item in time was satisfactory.
Beautiful watch at a great price and delivered quickly!
I recently made a watch purchase & about 4 days later found the same item at a different merchant for significantly less. I inquired about a price match & the assigned Solist team worked diligently to price match & refund the difference in a timely manner.
Wow, so impressed! I purchased a watch for my son as a Christmas gift and couldn't be any happier. Thank you so much!
Positive experience. Nice product at a very good price. I own various high end watches costing between $2500-$7500. For $400 I’m pleased to add this to my collection.
Natalia was extremely helpful. The super prices and her assistance are the reasons that I shop at the Solist.
They made a mistake on the delivery but made it right on time . Thanks Natalia.
Great selection of jewelry.Fast shipping.Good discounts.
Nice and reasonable goods’ prices.
Great product excellent price and the delivery prompt
The website seemed reliable. The payment process was easy and hassle free. The watch was shipped promptly with free 2-day shipping and well packaged. There was an manufacturer issue with the watch and the Solist Concierge Customer Service was spectacular. They quickly set aside a new watch for me and sent me a shipping label for the return.
Beautiful merchandise, fantastic customer service, one of a very few places I would not hesitate to purchase from. Top notch.
The Solist obviously knows how to buy watches because they pass along the savings & incredible value for most pieces. What really separates them from their competition, though, is a personal level if service that is unmatched. You can literally call the owner & he's happy to help with anything he can. You just don't find that these days. I'll definitely buy from them again.
The staff couldn’t be more helpful, friendly and accommodating. This is how retails stores should be run and rarely are. Good will creates loyalty and devoted customers and now I’m one of them! Solist is the best!
My Luminox watch came today and I couldn’t be more pleased. During the shipping I contacted Solist with a question. The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful, she called me back when she said she would which doesn’t happen often enough with other companies. I will highly recommend Solist to my family and friends

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
