We purchased the Asheville cloud cabinets on our latest project and are really impressed by the quality. The selection and design process was very efficient and professional. Would definitely buy RTA Store on our next project and recommend to our network.

Absolute fantastic experience! Fast responses to emails and quick corrections to the 3D renderings. Detailed plans make verifying orders simple. Took all the worries out about ordering cabinets online. Already putting together another order. Found my go to cabinet store, even though they are literally all the way across the country.

Kyla was amazing! She was very responsive and creative. She had great suggestions on how our space could be best used and she is quite knowledgeable in design and space planning. I plan on using her for the design of our coffee bar and hallway storage spaces. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend her services!

The RTA Store has amazing in house designers and a DIY tool to get you started. Pricing is competitive and the quality of the product is top notch. I highly recommend them if you need custom cabinetry on a budget.

This is our third and largest project to date with The RTA Store and the experience to this point couldn’t be smoother. I’ve ordered a bunch of samples and picked out my favorites for several additional rooms! Our designer, Shawn, took the time to listen and ask clarifying questions to help make our design flow and accommodate all our new appliances and some quirks of our home layout. It’s going to be fun to see the whole kitchen in 3-D when it arrives and we assemble it.

We visited the showroom and Debbie was amazing. We felt so comfortable with her and she inspired so much confidence in the products and the process. Choosing what we wanted was so easy! We went home and measured and chose the details of our cabinets online, and purchased in a matter of days. Debbie was with us the whole way, answering questions and helping us tremendously. The value for such high quality is amazing. We will be back for all our future renovation needs!

Very speedy turnaround times for design assitance. The products fit perfectly with the measurements. Constructing the cabinets takes time, but is overall pretty straightforward.

Poor quality cabinets with almost no assembly instructions. Finish on sample was outstanding. Finish on actual cabinets spotty at best. Some doors warped, frame finish very poor. Cheap screws, poorly aligned predrilled holes, wrong sized screws... No possible way to return them. Better off going to the big box store. Fine for flipping, but if you're gonna live with them get real cabinets.Junk cabinets made with decent materials.

Amazing service! Naomi created a beautiful design and helped me find ways to stay within my budget. This is now my second order from RTA Store and I am so happy with the quality, the customer service, and all of the options they provide. I cannot recommend this business enough!!

Loved the online kitchen planner, wish it was available for other rooms. Was a little frustrated that some cabinet pieces weren't available in all colors/styles and no way to filter for those specific items, just lots of opening a style, scrolling and looking through all options to realize it wouldn't work for our space. Excited for the cabinets to get here and try them out.

Designer Elizabeth has been SO helpful (and patient- sorry!) helping us design our dream kitchen. She replies quickly, includes a 3D rendering (which is SO helpful to see it "come to life") and comes up with creative solutions for our space. We really enjoyed working with our designer Jacquelyn Jordan. She gave us beautiful designs and really listened to our questions and desires. She patiently revised things until we fell in love with the final design. We’re so grateful for her help in this process and we are looking forward to putting together the beautiful kitchen she designed for us.

Cheaply made cabinets!!! I paid a lot of money for these because they were supposed to be solid. I unpacked them and was in the process of installing them when drawer fronts just starting fall off. Drawers were installed crooked so they do not close properly. The drawer accessories bought for the pantry are limited on where they can be installed and came with NO instructions on how to install. In stock cabinets at Home Depot are better quality than these!

I was sceptical at first getting our kitchen designed online. And the cabinets shipped to us. But Gwyneth Alberetti was amazing. Answered and solved any questions. Helped with the best options for our needs. Suggested ideas. Gave 3D renderings and changed things around when ideas changed. Cabinets damaged in shipping was replaced. If and when ever do another kitchen will diffenatly will start here firstCody

Jennifer (designer) was AMAZING! She was responsive to emails, fun to bounce ideas off of, and knowledgeable about how to make even our basic kitchen shine with great design touches. The shipping process got a bit mixed up, but Ed sorted out the issue and had us back in shape in no time. Cabinets arrived without a scratch, and we are excited to start install! We highly recommend working with the whole thertastore.com team!
