Nach der Barzahlung via Paypal wurde mir durch geschickte Rhetorik nachträglich ein zweites Produkt in den Warenkorb geschmuggelt und ich hatte auf einmal mehr gekauft als ich wollte. Ich habe mich sofort a den Kundendienst gewandt und forderte die Stornierung der Bestellung. Dies war nicht möglich, denn erst Stunden später wurde meine Anfrage bearbeitet. Zufällig nur kurz, nachdem die Bestellungen bearbeitet wurden. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Hände weg von diesem Händler!

Über die bei Kauf zugesandte Trackingnummer konnte man einwandfrei ermitteln, wo sich die gekaufte Ware gerade befand. Minutengenau wird aufgeführt, wann die Ware wo (z. B. ABFLUG intern. Flughafen, Abfertigung Zoll, Übergabe an ....usw.) ist.Die ausgelieferten Handschuhe sind mit denen, die TEMU heute für 3,22 Euro anbietet, total identisch. Wenn die Aussage von TEMU stimmt, wurden sie bereits über 100 Tsd. mal verkauft.Optisch ist der erste Eindruck nicht schlecht. Mal sehen, ob dann die Versprechungen der ThermoProfis sich im täglichen Einsatz bestätigen! Möchte heute die Handschuhe nicht als China-Schrott bezeichnen, aber die Werbung suggeriert dem Käufer schon, dass "alpine Profis" etwas ganz besonderes entwickelt haben (trifft in jedem Fall für die Geschäftsidee zu).

Vorsicht, die Handschuhe sind nicht das was sie versprechen! Bei +8 Grad werden die Hände schon kalt. Das sie bei Minusgrade die Hände warmhalten sollten ist eine Täuschung. Bei einer Reklamation sollte ich sie in die Türkei schicken, damit mir das geld erstattet wird lächerlich! Fazit: 20€ in den Sand gesetzt

Test :Schon bei 3 Grad+ auf dem Fahrrad sind die Finger eisig kalt. Total untaugliches Wintermaterial .Wo wurden den die Handschuhe geprüft. Das ganze erinnert Thermo-Handschuhe.de.
