When I received the directions I found that the wings depicted in the picture of the dragon were not included in the instructions or in the kit. I also checked the materials I received and compared them to the invoice and found I was missing an item. I emailed their service department and they emailed me back to look around for the missing item. I emailed them again saying I did not have it and they told me it was not possible for me to be missing an item because they are weighed before they are shipped. It was only $4.32, but still their costumer service seemed to blame me for the loss of the item. I will never go back to them again.
