After spending thousands of dollars with this company they wouldn’t honor a full refund from a faucet we had to return. Their shipping and restocking junk fee was 50% of the entire purchase price. Terrible company avoid at all costs

Fast. Efficient. And very professional. Used online chat to answer a few questions and got precise answers, plus a discount coupon. Product arrived quickly and so well packaged! The hood is spectacular looking. I’m very excited to see it in my new kitchen in a few months. I’ll get back to you with pictures. Overall an excellent experience.

Bought the range insert on Friday. Received it by the next Thursday. Had it installed by Saturday.

I have had multiple experiences buying appliances with The Range Hood Store and all have been first rate. My sales people have been helpful, know their products and were true to their word. I used to be a builder, mostly large customs so I am used to dealing with professionals and was not let down by this company.

The dishwasher came with water inside (possible return?) and stopped shutting after three washes, the fridge came with two dents, and the range hood had wring color handle. We called and were told they would offer us $75 off. This is absurd for a $3500 fridge for our brand new kitchen. Should have gone to Home Depot but thought we would get better service with RH.

So I called the store and asked if they could ship to Alaska and lady said no. Was disappointed but then got an e-mail from Alex Marin reaching out to help. With a little info and a second party shipper, my Zline is on its way! Thanks for not just saying no but rather lets make this work!

No wait time on order phone call. Sales associate wasfamiliar with product line. Website said shipping was9-12 business days. Product arrived in 3 business days.Shipping carton was not in good shape with protectivefoam broken. Package was inspected however and retaped. No damage. Installation was easy.

Everything is packaged so well for shipping. You can tell Zline really cares about getting their beautiful products to their customers, as safely as possible, by carefully wrapping & bagging everything up so nicely. Almost makes you feel like you’re unwrapping a gift upon arrival. Shipping is fast & efficient, as well. Amazing Product!!! This Product was awesome! I had hired a gentleman to start remodeling my kitchen and redo the soffits and range hood as it was broken from a power surge. When I went into the store to find an island range hood, they no longer sold them in store, so I went online to find that ZLine had the very best reviews. Two days after placing my order the hood was delivered. It was even better looking in person than it was online! I will definitely order another ZLine range hood in the event I ever need another!!!
