Is therange.co.uk Legit?

The customer service assistance at the Coventry branch was very informative and helpful with my on-line ordering and store collection. However, the online ordering system is flawed, as the items were already in the store for an item on that order and which made me pay a £9.99 delivery charge in order to have it collected from the store itself... surely this cannot be correct for "free click and collect" items? How can I get a refund please, for this one delivery charged item? ( aside from two other items on the same order not being available in Coventry store, but when checked via a phone call to Rugby branch, the staff at Rugby got it wrong also, saying those items were not in stock there .. but they were, as I collected them myself in person, from there today.

Your staff were really helpful, although they could not deal with me as quickly as they would have liked to. They made several apologies for my having to help. It made me feel as if my custom was really appreciated.

Easy to order online for click and collect but collecting it is another matter. Guy on till had to use the tannoy 3 times before a member of staff turned up. The store has always let itself down with good customer service as there is never enough tills on.

Excellent Blackpool Store the Lady on lighting exchanged my light, polite and professionally.All the staff are so helpful at all times.The team on the houseware department the blonde lady and her team are amazing.The manager is a lovely person too, she is helpful and kind and considered at all time.Well done all excellent store.Cant wait to get my black pom room sprays hopefully soon.

Said part of my order was in stock at store, took money, then email saying part wasn't in stock, could cancel. Kept stock item order, money for goods not in stock back in 3 to 5 days???? Order needed to be got out by staff when I arrived. As same day collection?? Got email saying ready at 4.15pm store closed at 4.30pm. Staff nice but not at all organised

Bit disappointed as came with no box! Which was a lie as the following week I saw them on display in boxes.The guy tried to tell me they came in a box of three! Must have thought I was stupid.I took it anyway I as love it so much and couldn't find it anywhere else closer to me.

I love The range and often shop here multiple time thought out the month. I also introduced the store to my mum who is also decorating and she also loves it. I love the fact that I can order and collect in store for free!! They also offer postage, however, I'm too impatient 😅. Most of my home decor is from the range and often travel to diffen site to get what I want. Soon many options for every area in you home and outside :) would recommend have been recommending the company love it!!!

Click and collect as delivery is 9.99. On collection no wrapping of any kind and 2 marks on front of canvas, returned immediately, very disappointed that the click and collect team couldn't see 1 corner protector missing and the other torn as if it had been bashed.

I was able to collect my item on the same day I ordered it.Friendly staff when I got there and not to long wait time to collect my order.Perfect price range.Great product it gave me a couple of hours enjoyment making up the wreath.Thankyou.

Excellent, ordered items on line for collection at local Range. They were available within 1 hour, no fuss, no messing around, just perfect!

Pricing in hemel store is abysmal, either not priced or stock in front of wrong price, team members dont know or don't care about laws regarding pricing. Is it a replenishment problem or simply you have little regard for providing correct information. It's straightforward you put stock on a shelf and put the right price on, then people buy it. How can you get this wrong!!!!

Got to the counter the assistant was serving someone else she served the perso. Then walked off o aske other assistant about click and Collect she proceeded to tango her as she came over had the moodiest look ever gave no service with smile or anything Wow I was gobsmaced

Highly efficient service My order was ready to collect the same morning I put the order in - within a very short period of time. Very impressed with the service received. The website was user friendly and the item was easy to collect. Thank you to The Range staff. Definitely a five star service.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a disappointing experience with ordering from the Range website. 1 month has passed and the Range hasn’t resolved the issue with the arrived items yet. Basically, the items arrived with faulty parts -the items were two night stands with legs that couldn’t be assembled because their holes didn’t fit the provided screws- 1 month has passed and the Range seems to be delaying their answers. They are not providing a refund. Also, they have said that they will provide the replacement parts, but they haven’t stick to their word, because after 1 month they haven’t provided neither the replacement parts nor any tracking number as promised.

I just had the most amazing experience at The Range in Newhaven. I wanted to buy a set of garden table and chairs but the only one left was the show model.The assistant Steve went out of his way to assist us and not only acquired it for us , but drove it to our house and set it up in the garden. All done in his own time and vehicle. This was tremendous as my husband has dementia and cannot help me any more. Top marks to Steve and The Range …. THANK YOU,

I ordered my 85 year old grandad an air fryer for his birthday from The Range, he plugged this in very excited to test it out and it tripped the circuit and his electrics went out. Upon communication with the range they have stated that this is an issue with the ‘market place seller’ they had no compassion for my 85 year old grandad and could not confirm whether the air fryer was made in China, there has been many reports on house fires from unreliable air fryers in the news. My grandad was heart broken to hand the air fryer back me me and this ruined his birthday. They have said they will speak to the seller and get back to me within 3 working days. Will never shop at the range again!!

Ordered 2 double mattresses in store with there online system,told we would receive confirmation through email,23 august 2024, Saturday 24 august no email.no information nothing.cant speak to customer service as there is none.all bots , not knowing anything as to whether we will receive our goods or not they don't care once they take your money.we never shop here again.lost lot of money 400 pounds. They need shutting down.do not order from these people.

Great item at a brilliant price. Well made and very easy to install, even for an old sparky like me. Only one problem is it’s advertised as a pir light and it’s not. I didn’t think it would be at that price, but some folks might not be so savy. Apart from that I will give the item a 10/10. 👍
