Is therainydays.co.uk Legit?

RD389231I ordered 3 items of clothing on the 29th September and it stated 4 to 5 days delivery but tracking info hasn't updated since and items not dispatched. I have emailed on the 3rd and the 6th asking the progress with my order and I still haven't had a response. This is awful customer service and something that seems to be common looking at the other reviews. I have used rainy days in the past with no issues so not sure what has gone wrong but just reply to my 3 emails. You have taken payment and I haven't received what I ordered and it's over 7 days without any change in the status of my order.

Placed an order on 20/09 and am still waiting 10 days later. I have been charged, but have not received any sort of tracking or notification to say if the order has been sent. I have checked my junk and there is nothing there either.I have sent three separate emails during this time to info@therainydays asking where the order is and they have completely ignored them. If somebody reading this could please get in touch that would be great, as I would prefer not to go through the hassle of contacting the bank.

Scam company. Tracking doesn’t work and dont respond to emails. No sign of T-shirt after 2 weeks. AVOID.

Sell fake items. Don’t send the item I have ordered and want me to pay return postage for sending me the wrong items?

Ordered 2 polos, for such a good price and they were delivered within a week. Definitely recommend!

I accidentally ordered 2 carhartt t-shirts instead of one, got in contact with them to sort this mistake was very fast response time and very helpful sorted the issue for me and my t-shirt arrived next day. Very good service!

Placed an order on 08/08/24, was told it was shipped on 09/08/24. Still haven't received it, I emailed to ask what was happening, took 8 days to reply with the brilliant response of here's your tracking order,which shows it hasn't moved in 19 days 🤷Still waiting to hear back what they're going to do about it, dismal customer service. Do not buy anything from this shop.

Good quality and delivery on time. Definitely, I will order more time with them. The only negative point it was that I didn't receive an email confirmation. However, they informed me that it was a website issue. Anyway, everything it was perfect.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Always get my T-shirts from these guys, great prices and speedy deliveries. Constantly changing stock also keeps me coming back!

Lets keep this factual!Order placed on Sat 21st, no conformation received. Tuesday 24th i emailed you to cancel my order as no conformation received. This was followed by an email from you confirming my order would be refunded in full, you then sent a further email confirming the dispatch of the item along with the alleged tracking code!The email confirming dispatch should have been sent on Monday, this is your error, not mine so i am well within my rights to request a refund when no conformation was received!The customer has indeed requested a full refund for the item and if the item has been sent, i will also require the return postage costs for the item that i tried to cancel before being told 24hrs later that the parcel had been shipped! Why should i pick up the expense for your non existent customer service!I did also advise that if delivery was attempted then I would simply refuse the item as I'm not paying anything to return the item!Looking on your reviews i can clearly see i am not the first customer to experience issues with how you conduct your business, therefore it is only right that Trading Standards are advised so they can hopefully save other genuine customers wasting there time on the back street operation you obviously are!As stated any delivery will be refused and i expect my full refund regardless of your returns policy!!!Item refused for delivery 19 days ago and no surprise at all they are now ignoring my request to be refunded. If the full refund has not been concluded before the 18th October I will report you to Trading Standards!!!

I’ve edited my review as customer services came through and were excellent.Delivery is a little slow but when you’re getting luxury brands at half price it’s worth the wait.In delighted with my purchases and would recommend The Rainy Days.

Top value for money! had a great experience with the staff when ordering online and when I bought online my items came quicker then expected, great store overall!

I don’t usually leave reviews for companies but I have to say Rainy Days is class. I always order my gym clothes from Rainy days, they actually offer an affordable price compared to the manufacturer (Nike wanting £40 for the same top). They always have stock in, not just XS or XXXL like other sites offering similar prices. They replenish their stock and bring in new styles. I’ve ordered around 3 or 4 times now and I’ll keep coming back. The points system is also the cherry on top, I just wished I joined after my first order. The quality is always spot on, very happy.

I Ordered some Fila T-shirts, wanted to change some sizes on my order got in contact with them to change sizes fast response and sorted my issue and was dispatched same day, arrived and couldn’t be happier. Great customer service and support!!

Don’t normally leave reviews but I’m really impressed with Rainy Days. My kid badgered me about the site as his mates use it. I honestly thought it was another fake site when I saw the prices. I couldn’t be more wrong. Ordered stuff for the kid, and then myself when the products arrived. Highly recommend Rainy Days for great quality, price and service.

Items reasonable priced for the brand and quality Could be delivered in a cardboard box to avoid plastic and create an more luxurious experience rather than the feeling that the branded item can be a knock offOverall will definitely buy from them again

I had not heard of Rainy days before I placed my order. I must say that service has been fantastic following my order missing a jumper (which had become out of stock). When my parcel arrived and I had only received part of my order I was not to amused, I emailed straight away to advise and within hours received a reply. This is awesome customer service. Within a day I had my refund for the missing item.Safe to say I shall definitely be ordering from Rainy days again based on their customer service.

I bought an Adidas t shirt from this site. Easy to order, arrived when they said it would. T shirt was good quality and was sold cheaper than advertised on other sites. Will definitely use the rainy days again

First time I’ve used this site. Item returned almost one month ago and still no refund. Initial email exchanges stated 5-7 days but now they have stopped replying completely. Still unsure whether my refund has been processed. Shocking customer service and poor communication! Avoid!!
