My son is a barber and I got him a full set direct from tpob however the clippers will.not cut when fully open i have been in touch with customer service since September and still no closer to sorting this issue next step is trading sstandards would definitely not recommend this brand very poor.

All I can say to everyone is to steer well clear of this company and all of his products. They are Cheap and nasty they may look very nice but they do not do the job at all. I've been barbering for nearly 15 years and these are by far the worst clippers I've ever used. All so once you have paid for your clippers they don't want to know or help in any way terrible customer service and terrible company 😒

I have been barbering for over 14 years and I saw these all over my socials and I thought I would give this brand ago and so I bought the “X deluxe bundle”. I have used these tools for over a month now and I honestly don’t know who these clippers are designed for? Firstly the positives, They have a nice weight to them and I chose the “slime” colour which to be honest has grown on me. The trimmers have been really good, they’re a nice weight and create really sharp lines and I’m impressed with the battery life but that pretty much sums up the positives.The trimmers are what have dragged this review up from a 1star to a 3star. I do appointments only and tend to do around 15 hair cuts a day, which is no means a lot compare to other shops. I do a lot of skin fades and the clippers and foil shaver have already died on me. The foil shaver head worn out stupidly quick (and after talking to customer service replacements heads are only available in America) and I live in the uk. So it takes multiple weeks and have to pay import tax on them. The notched adjuster on the side of the clippers has already worn out also. These clippers are made in china and have a very poor build quality, this is evident with the charger for the tools just being a type c usb charger. Which makes them look really amateur. They did cut good at the beginning and at times can be quite unforgiving when it comes to fading. I probably wouldn’t recommend these to trainee barbers who are just learning or to the average joe at home who wants to shave their own head or beard themselves either because of this, they’re certainly not suitable for commercial use as a stated above hence why I said that I didn’t know who they were designed for. Very average product with great marketing. Save yourself time and in the long run money and buy a reputable brand such as wahl or andis. They will last you a lot longer and replacement parts are much more readily available.

I need to say a massive thank you to Sue from TPOB, I had a problem with clippers that I actually ordered for my friend who is a barber, I was sent a replacement but also an upgrade so I would like to again extend my appreciations for Sue.Thank you very much the new pair is working a dream

Avoid like the plague - hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. Jin at customer service has purposely made every step as painful as possible. Would love to share the correspondence to anyone who wants to read

Bought the play hard bundle a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with it. Delivery was super fast. Would highly recommend TPOB to anyone looking for great clippers at an affordable price.

Worse crap have ever used . Totally unprofessional company. Customer service is shocking. Thank god I payed by pay pal and got my money back . Do not buy anything from this company. They try the best not to help asking for many videos. You send they reply not long enough .Hoping you give up .well I didn't .Thanks to my protection of pay pal . I was one of the lucky ones who got a full refund. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND FAKE ......

I hate needing to write a negative review but I am exasperated by the poor Customer Service at TPOB . I purchased a bundle set 1 month ago. The second identical set in a busy salon. Within a week the smallest trimmer had stopped working, and is growling and grinding. I contacted Customer Services with supporting videos . No less than 12 Emails later and they are still challenging me on whether it is really faulty and covered by warranty. Really Guys?! Extremely Disappointed. It’s a simple resolution so that we can all get back to work. I Will not be purchasing again and cannot recommend investing in this company. Really Poor service and products.

So happy I found this brand! Don’t waste your money on anything else because these are the best clippers l’ve ever used. The customer service is also spectacular. Never going back to using anything else!

I’ve used many name brand high dollar clipper companies tools over the past few years. And about 7 months ago I started using TPOB BRAND clippers and trimmers and shavers. I will say I us to have to switch clippers out on clients very often so that my blade would stay cool (temperature) and I would get all the blades thinking that would help and no But with these new and very advanced tech I run through clients all day with just one clipper THE TPOB PLAY so if you haven’t grabbed one yet go ahead and grab 2 lol

Don't know why people are in their feelings on tpob (person) about how he conducts himself as you can see it's a gimmick, this is my first Clipper and let me just say, best Clipper I've had in my hands bar none, you got to give it to him and see past his way of getting attention, dude is smart and the hardware he provides has his name on it and, that alone says enough. Can't wait for the next product. Im thankful someone cares about the person behind the chair in the quality that he brings. My you be blessed G.

I've recently became a qualified barber. One of the other students on my course has been cutting hair for a while and recommended TPOB to me and said once I bought the TPOB plays, I'd want to buy them all and he wasn't wrong! The TPOB plays make cutting hair so much easier and smoother. I love the fact you can change all 3 colours and they're so lightweight, quiet, and most importantly, affordable. I've had loads of compliments, especially from senior barbers who have stuck with the same brand forever, they're also amazed at the style, quietness and affordability. Will definitely be purchasing more TPOB clippers when I start earning money from barbering!

The TPOB plays are by far the best clipper I ever used. I honestly didn't think they would be able to top the XO's but they absolutely did! Lightweight, powerful and the Quietest clipper i've ever used. And fits beautifully in my hand and will with most unless you have abnormal size giant hands lol I recommend the play to everyone amazing clipper

Bought the TPOB blackout bundle and wow the clipper is shocking i put a request in about exchanging the full blackout bundle and getting another set to give them a chance. However when receiving the exchange I only received the clipper and not the trimmer. Why waiting for that i carried on using the new clipper and it has no faulted 2 haircuts in with them sticking on lever closed. I'm now waiting for a response to get a full refund. DO NOT BUY
