Order shoes(sandals) from THEORTHOWALK. I paid a sales price of $39.99. Shoes arrived 1.5 months later from Hong Kong. The quality was cheap vinyl plastic with a strong odor; and hand sewn. Shoe is not standard US size. Sandal were wrapped in plastic with a stick-on label written in Chinese language. No return label. Company address: Unit 83 3/F YAU LEE CENTER NO 45 HOI YUEN ROAD KWUN TON KL HONG KONG. ORGANISATION NUMBER: 74948626-000-03-23-3 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some sandals which were presented as orthopedic. They were cheap, not orthopedic and not as presented. I emailed customer service and they never responded. I had to dispute the charge on my card after a number of attempts to reach the company to return the shoes. It was charged as strongsdepartmentstore.sh in Hong Kong.

Agree with others - SCAM. Ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals. They arrived weeks later from China. Very cheap plastic (not leather), very poor quality. Asked to return and was told I would have to send them back to an address in China at my own expense. In lieu of return, I could keep the product and receive a 15% refund (later offered 20% and then 30%). Opened a complaint with my credit card provider.
Definitely a Scam! Was dumb enough to click on ad on my homepage. Did Not complete any order. When I went back to \"website\" I typed in Orthowalk and was immediately transferred to Amazon, where they somehow gleaned information from my account and charged my Amazon acct $48.98 for something I did Not order. Cancelled card and filed a dispute. Then a day later I received a plastic bag with Chinese writing on it, and a pair of cheap plastic sandals inside. Be aware - if you look for \"Orthowalk\" instead of \"Theorthowalk\" you will be switched to Amazon. This is not by accident. Scam very well thought through. If you read through the pages of legalese, you will find out that there is no phone number for customer service, just an email address that says \"go to FAQ\" for proper email to contact. Can\'t be found. Then the legalese tells you that they won\'t accept returns past 30 days, nor will they accept returns of sale-priced merchandise, only full-priced things, so Good Luck with that! They can outwait you on the 30-day thing, or just say they never received it. Then - Everything on their \"website\" is supposedly \"on sale\" ....so they gotcha! Please don\'t consider ordering from these weasels. There are several websites for \"is theorthowalk a scam?\" Yup, it is!
Will not buy again. This is a China Company, selling as Theorthowalk , processing payments as Zhengzhi and part of Hong Kong Ba Ding Trading Ltd. They offer 30 day return at full credit, but do not disclose requiring return to China at great expense, nor the requirement to send them picture of shoe showing size and the label from receiving package that was shipped in a thin plastic bag, but their return requires it to be fully cushioned to withstand freight to China and you must enclose a copy of the pictures of shoes and label.. They will offer 15% and then 25% off to have you keep shoes. If returning at high cost of postage to China, you must send copy of return mailing label and pertinent return info to them so they can check to see that your return was actually sent by them and then issue credit less any freight that was not paid on the return to them. Shoes received were poorly made and of inexpensive material. Did not conform with the excellent description at selling.
