The beakers were delivered when promised and they were well packed. I was disappointed that they were both the same design, even though their names were on them. I had previously bought for other children from a garden centre and there were several different designs with lots of names already on printed on the beakers.

Never used before so always dubious. Website is easy to navigate and the price was the best around. Placed an order and was delivered in a couple of days by Royal Mail, great service, thank you.

Item arrived damaged and with missing parts- looked like it had been a return not processed properly. Instead of offering an exchange or perhaps money off next order was told to send it back and order again. Simply writing ‘sincere apologies’ doesn’t cut it these dates. They are joking if they think I will purchase again, I’m going somewhere reliable. 2 stars because the refund came quickly when I asked.

The robot arm is exactly as expected and works well. It arrived after 2 days and was left in a secure place as requested. Free P & P was a bonus. No complaints. My grandson will love it :)

I ordered one beaker and one bowl. Delivery was fast but I received two bowls and no mug. I informed the company and a mug arrived two days later. I was advised that I could keep the two bowls which was greatly appreciated.

Very disappointed, paid nearly £40 for black feather wings and when they arrived i opened the package and feathers fell out and they were so poorly made you could see sooo much cardboard through the feathers. I could have got the same quality for £15 from amazon I wanted to order from here as I thought they would be of good quality and worth the money but I was wrong. If there was an option here to upload a photo I would show them so you could see how poor the quality actually was.

I purchased a kids costume for a school event, which arrived quickly. However, it looked like it was either second hand or factory damaged. With a hole in the knee area. I asked for a refund, as the kids event had passed. So I couldn't use the item. I have still given a good review, as the customer service team worked quickly to refund my item on return.
